Great company! Ordered a chair from them (with the help of great customer service advice)! Ended up having a minor issue with the mechanism several months into owning it, and they sent me a replacement mechanism no questions asked! Can't top that! Highly recommended!

Their photos/videos on site DO NOT show that the cable from the lamp hang out from the center of the pole as opposed to discretely by the base of the pole. It looks hideous and an awful design, and that because the foot lamp is actually the clamp lamp placed into a pole/foot base!! Instead of being shown that upfront in the photos/videos before buying and going through returning hassle. The one photo I was sent when I complained shows a carefully place cable coming almost out by the base!!! what a joke.

Earlier this year I purchased an UPLIFT standing desk at home after having our cubicles converted into standing desks. If you work at a computer all day and are starting to feel some back pain, open up your checkbook right now and purchase this desk! The support team was very helpful with my questions, the desk arrived in great shape, and installation was not terribly difficult (as long as you can keep kids out of the way). I ordered the Bamboo desk with several accessories but didn't think I would need the monitor arms. As soon as I set up the desk I regretted that decision. I emailed Uplift, asking for the discounted price offered when purchasing a desk. I received a response from Cary Anderson at customer service within a day. He gave me the lower price and sent it that day. I researched stand-up desks for weeks before deciding on the Uplift. I am very happy with my desk.

After looking at a few different sites, I liked the customization options of the UPLIFT V2 best. I ordered the 24" x 60" desk and think it will fit perfectly in my office. Researched this product for a while before building my own desk using their website "builder"...got everything picked out and just for clarification, spoke to one of their sales reps. I was so impressed by the company, Mitch, and the product that I placed the order right away, on a Friday. Desk and chair showed up on Monday. Desktop was wrapped impeccably well with foam, cardboard, then more layers of cardboard like you would expect to find on an expensive painting. Assembly was about an hour and some change for me and I was standing happily at my new desk. Great product! Superb team! Happy customer! Highly recommend!

Uplift desks are a quality product. I ordered a 60x30 cherry lam top with the advanced paddle control and a range dual monitor arm. Desk arrived quickly (3 days) through FedEx. Purchased UPLIFT 2-Leg Height Adjustable Standing Desk Frame and Advanced Keypad along with a solid wood desktop from Ikea. I am very happy with the results. I read on one online review that the UPLIFT legs were more stable than their competitor's, and I can safely say that I have no concerns about stability. It's quiet, too.

Uplift was great. I needed help with an order and the customer service was awesome! I initially reached out for info on shipping estimates for my order, and my customer service rep was super patient with me.

I had a misunderstanding of a notice on the ordering page due to some confusing verbiage and very patiently the rep tried to explain my misunderstanding to me from several different angles until it clicked for me.

Then they went above and beyond and were able to help me identify how I could modify my order to minimize shipping delays. When it was determined a upgrade to a series of more expensive parts that would be available more quickly would do the trick the rep even offered to upgrade me for free in light of my misunderstanding when placing my original order.

Seriously what a champ. 10/10 customer service.

While the free upgrade was amazing, the best part of this experience, and what I appreciated more than anything was my customer service rep's patience with me even as I was becoming obviously more frustrated while I was still confused about the initial misunderstanding.

I had an issue with my Uplift desk order and worked with Jennifer Hall in Customer Service. She was a 'rock star'! Very helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and pleasant to work with. They are luck to have her on the team!

We have two different desks and love them both. Only downside is the adhesive on the wire holders released on my desk a couple months after assembly and will no longer hold the wires to the underside of the desk. Suggest using a stronger adhesive, or a different type of wire harness.

Excellent product. This is my second stand up desk from Human Solutions. Still using the old one. Well built. I like the durability and look of the solid bamboo desks. The motorized lowering/raising mechanism is extremely useful for alternating between sitting and standing.

Customer service was outstanding. I had specific questions about an online order, and Desiree was very helpful. Through the online chat option, she answered all of my questions. Her follow through was very good and Upliift was very accommodating with my order and shipping options

I picked out a desk chair on their website then went in to buy it. However, the sales guy would NOT sell me the chair unless I gave him my email address, which I did not want to do. He insisted it was necessary and offered several excuses that all amounted to simple, bold-faced lies. First, he said they were an e-commerce business as we stood face to face in the brick and mortar store location. As that clearly made no sense, he went on to say they needed my email address to send the receipt. I asked if they could just give me a paper receipt, and he completely ignored my question, which is completely insulting for a grown-up to do. It belies a serious deficit in business ethics. So then he said that their system couldn't process the order without an email address being entered, as if the company was powerless to control their own sales software system. Essentially, he was arguing that they were compelled to collect email addresses because they chose to. So I said he could enter whatever email he wanted, to which he said it had to be my real email because it would register the sale, presumably for warranty purposes, in case there was a problem later. At this point, I had had far too much corporate BS, so I just left without buying the chair, which is a shame because it was a nice chair.

If one needs to research the various standing desk top companies out there, my recommendation is to start your search on the Uplift Desk website as it is the most user friendly one IMO. Jarvis was good too.

Their customer service is friendly, and knowledgeable, especially Victora and Daniel Freeberg. They were helpful and answered my numerous technical questions.

I paid for the reclaimed Fir 60x30 desk with associated up charge. I couldn't be happier with the product. It is simply gorgeous. Packing was very protective, and the assembly (which was fixed legs) was straight forward. At ~$1000 delivered and some assembly required you expect a good product ... Uplift delivers.

I stumbled across The Human Solution's website while researching ergonomics one day and was instantly drawn to the personalized office chair selection service available there.

After listing my many health issues and the specific needs/wants I had for my office chair (and especially after mentioning that I had a budget of under $300), I wasn't expecting to get a response; I'm sort of a special case, and even some of the medical doctors I've seen haven't been able to give me any good and useful advice.

But sure enough, within a few days I received an email with a personalized recommendation for a chair that would meet my needs--within my budget, no less!

Let me stress here that I did NOT receive a copy+paste pitch or a form letter with a blank space for my name--a real live human being took the time to read my application form, consider my needs, determine what chair would best fit ALL of those needs, and write me a personal email addressing MY questions and concerns.

I ordered the chair that was recommended to me, and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Thanks to the comfort and postural support the chair gives me, my productivity has soared and I've been able to work much longer than I could when I was using an ordinary chair.

I love my Uplift desk. I ordered online and shipping was done the same day. I love my standing desk so much that I ordered a side table that same day. It is super sturdy and the bamboo desktop is beautiful and solid. The monitor arm is sturdier than a lot of other monitor arms that I ve used in the past. Unfortunately, my keyboard mechanism was not working properly. When I called customer service, I was informed that it sounded defective and could I please send a video. I sent the video and a new keyboard mechanism is on the way. I ve shared my experience with all of my friends and co-workers. Uplift makes it easier for me to work from home.

Cary was great to work with. Very helpful in answering my questions about the options and colors. The amount of attention and help that he provided is what "won" me over and decided to go with Uplift rather than one of their competitors!

06/22/2020 receive the desk but it s damaged. They say they will send me a new one in 2 weeks.

07/08/2020 get an update saying it s delayed by another month.

08/11/2020 was supposed to ship but no tracking or update .

08/18/2020 No update A week later. Wait in chat over an hour . Ironically receive an email while I m waiting saying my desk has been delayed again . Finally get through chat . Won t refund , no offer of credit , nothing . Only two options they give me are box everything up and ship it back to them or get an laminate desk that won t even be ready to ship for 3 -4 weeks.

This is not how you treat customers .

The company's customer service is excellent as when I had a problem with the product, they were very quick to respond and send replacement right away. You can get problems with products from any company but how a company treats you when you have a problem is what makes the difference. The few times I talked with various different people on the phone or through email, everyone was always very polite and helpful so I would definitely consider Human Solutions for future purchases.

For my job I can spend up to 10 hours stuck sitting at my desk. Not fun for my back or legs. I have been researching for some time to find the "right" sit/stand desk. I love the UpLift desk! The whole experience was a great from beginning to end. The website is super easy to navigate. Picking the desk with all the accessories was a snap. The hardest part for me was picking the type of desktop I wanted. I really like how the ordering process shows what the desk will look like. I chose the bamboo curve, 60" by 30". It is smooth, solid, and beautiful. The workmanship shows they take pride in their product. I am very pleased. The assembly was a breeze, especially with the helpful step by step videos provided on their website. The cpu holder fits perfectly, definitely recommend the track spacer. The keyboard holder, with it's very convenient height and angle adjustments, is the best one I have ever used. Again, recommend the track spacer. I also highly recommend the advanced digital memory. I almost didn't get it because I am the only one using the desk. But in the end, I decided I am already making an investment, might as well add this convenience to it. So worth it. My desk has already been swallowed up with work or I would add a photo. But I am 100% pleased. I literally have nothing negative to say about this desk. It's not often that I have found a company with a product that I have been 100% satisfied with, so I am happily spreading the word.

Our adult son found Uplift Desks online and found the perfect desk for his digital content business needs so we ordered it as a gift for his birthday. It arrived within just a few days and exceeded his expectations. Once I got a look at how beautiful it was and how well the push-button lift system worked I ordered one for myself for my office desk.

Through no fault of Uplift, but because of a snafu with FedEx, I did have an issue with getting my desk when it should have arrived but I reached out to Uplift and they got to work figuring out where my desk was and I got it soon after. Sadly, after I received my desk I discovered I had ordered the wrong color. Once again I reached out to Uplift and they immediately and kindly helped me get the right color. The new desk top arrived cracked in shipping and, again, when I reached out to them they couldn't be more helpful in getting a new desk top to me right away. Once I got my desk set up I realized I was missing a component I swore I had ordered, which when I contacted them to ask they said I had not added it to my cart but they immediately sent it to me anyway.

I honestly have never had a company provide such amazing and kind customer service and would not hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend anyone purchasing from them! I am crazy about my beautiful new desk and everyone who comes into my office is taken by how gorgeous and efficient it is and is blown away by the quiet and effortless manner in which I can go from a sitting desk to a standing desk in a matter of seconds. I know this sounds corny, but I actually look forward going to my office just so I can use my awesome new Uplift desk!

Very nice desk, arrived as expected and easy to assemble, very pleased

The good news is the desk being able to move up and down and allow me to stand some and sit some has rejuvenated an ailing back. I recommend this for anyone with lower back problems where you find it uncomfortable to sit for long periods, or stand of long periods. Bravo.

The PC mount is a must if you are truly going to run your desk up and down. Cable reliability will go way up and likelihood of dropping something off the desk way down if the only thing moving up and down is power and network cables.

The mediocre news is that full height on an 80 inch desk is a little wobbly. I'd consider not getting the longer lengths on these desks. Also the desk is noticeably bowed downward in the center. Maybe about a half inch. Still functional but the quality doesn't look great. It may be just too long a span without additional support.

The not so great news is the monitor arm is not quite as expected. I purchased the heavy duty monitor desk arm because my monitor is really a 28lb 39 inch TV. The stand is really not able to handle the weight even though its rated to 35lb. The joints strain and tilt. The clamp that holds it to the desk really couldn't handle that much weight cantilevered out 18" from the monitor. I use the stand as a means of stabilizing the monitor on the desk to be sure it doesn't get knocked off, but as far as working as intended, its a miss.

The motorized up down is great so far, quality and accessories are a mixed bag..

I am going to be working from home and I needed an adjustable desk. I searched endlessly for the perfect desk and when I happened upon this website I almost thought it is to good to be true. I really appreciate being able to choose all the options of finishes, the size of the desk, and the accessories. The website was very user friendly and having free shipping is a plus. The desk motor is quiet and it moves up and down very smoothly. Great quality product.

Great customer service I had issue with a non-functional motor on my new UPLIFT L desk and chatted online with Krysten and she was extremely helpful guiding me through the warranty-replacement process and helping with the process of returns & switching desk sizes.

I bought a frame only for a DIY desk. I started with a two leg product from another company but sent it back because it was too shake with the large heavy top that I wanted. The four leg frame and operator from Human Solution is perfect. it is stable in all positions. Shakes just a tad a fully up position if you really make it do so. Solid as stone at any position below fully up. Great product! Thinking of another to use for a blue print table. I plan to tilt the top. I have chronic back problems and being able to not sit all the time is a huge relief. If you have any skills with you hands I suggest a DYI desk. It's rewarding to work at a desk that you built.

The size of the table was off by 3 inches and wish i got a refund..

I purchased the UpLift 900 sit stand desk with Laminate top - it came in today. I had it delivered with the drop gate service. The UPS driver wheeled it into my garage - that was nice. I was able to remove everything including the large top and move it into my office - no problem. Everything went together in a snap. This is a real heavy duty desk base and top. The laminate top is great looking! I have a large monitor - no weight issues. I had the locking casters added to my order - glad I did - the base is heavy and having the casters makes it easy to move around.
I am more than happy with my desk. the fact it holds everything I need - it has height adjustment and looks great. I am so happy - I would recommend this purchase -

Ordered one of their standing desks over the web and have been very happy with the purchase. I'm a tall guy, and the desk rises to a height that is friendly for tall folks. A great buy and great company.

Have purchased two desks, first one 2 years ago and second one this year. Both times excellent customer service experiences up front. I have had the UPLIFT desk for about two months now and I LOVE it! I use it often each day in both "up" and "down" positions. The preset memory raises and lowers to my desired locations at the press of a button. I also like the pedestal stool for when my feet get tired. I'll never go back to a fixed desk again!

Just pulled the trigger on a V2 4 leg desk and will update this review when I get the desk - so far this review will be about the ordering process and customer service (will amend with specifics about the desk when I receive it).

Website: Uplift has one of the best laid out websites when it comes to customizing and getting all the accessories picked out. It's easy to use and updates the image to constantly remind you what bells and whistles you've picked.

Desk options: It seems a lot of the stand/sit desk options are very similar in nature (same controllers/motors, same price ranges, etc), making choosing difficult. The 4 leg option, with the idea of increased stability, is really what made me go with uplift.

Ordering/customer service: I have some old monitor arms I want to use on the new desk, but couldn't find any info on lip clearance at the back of the desk for mounting. I initiated a chat and had the good luck of reaching Trevor. He was prompt, professional, and way more detailed than I was expecting - he even sent over a little custom drawing to help explain what he meant. Further, he gave me some good info on upcoming sales and helped with ordering. You really can't ask for anything more with customer service (which is always one of my biggest concerns!).

Shipping: Desk came in after the weekend in 5 separate boxes. There was some minor damage on the outside of the boxes themselves, but everything seemed packed well and there was no discernible damage to the desk itself! No pieces were missing.

Putting it together: Went together in a leisurely hour and a half (I was watching a movie) so it could go quicker if you focus. Instructions were clear for the most part and anyone should be able to handle it! I turned it over by myself, which I wouldn't recommend :-P

Desk: Desk looks great and I'm definitely happy with it! Movement isn't loud, though there is a little click right at the start of movement - not sure if that's normal or not. Goes pretty fast and I'd definitely recommend the programmable control - it's a nice feature! Height range is more than adequate for 99% of people. Desk is plenty sturdy! I have cats jumping on and off and there's no real noticeable wiggle even at the highest setting! I have no frame of reference for a two leg version, so I can't say if that WOULD be a problem with only two legs, but I can say it definitely isn't something that I have to worry about with this desk :) Only real complaint is the standard grommets for cable management that the desk comes with are pretty cheesy. I'll probably replace those at some point. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I bought the desk! I'll update if anything exciting happens!

Walked in and left after 10 minutes of looking around. There was one other customer and for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged I was even there. Not a hello, be with you in a moment, nothing. Just people walking around with head sets on talking to each other.

I bought an uplift desk during CoVid so it was delayed in being shipped, which I understand. It was a week late. When it arrived, it arrived with a missing leg. They completely did not ship the 4th leg. I reached out to customer support, which wasn t easy to make contact with live person- so I used email. I took pictures and told them my issue. They said they would write up a warranty claim and send new one. I asked for overnight delivery since they botched it. They sent it regular delivery... why? To save a buck? Got the leg in today and it s missing a foot. I cannot make this up. They sent me a leg with no foot. It s 6:00 eastern which means I can t talk to a real person to get this dealt with, so I ll likely have to wait days again for a resolution... my advice for future people considering something from them is to stay away and buy local or have a desk designed... One would think that spending $1,500 on a desk would mean they would want to deliver the complete product and make me happy with their service. Sadly, UPLIFT doesn t really have human solutions... just disappointments.

UPDATE:
Worked with Cary in customer service. We tried many steps to get the desk working, with no luck. Apparently, it likely was a faulty leg and power box. That said, Cary worked with me to get full refund. I am pleased by their integrity and doing what it takes to make it right.

Ordered a custom made wood top desk without realising the shipment would take a few weeks. Upon realisation a few days later I spoke to customer service asking for an alternative. Cary Anderson helped me patiently and even saved me some money by referring my to desk they had in stock and could ship immediately. The refund was issued on the same day, and the shipment left the day after.
Great experience and would highly recommend their services.

Love the desk, but only the mechanical parts survived the shipping. The Eco desktop corner was shattered in shipment. Shipped by FEDEX, looks like it got dropped on its corner. There wasn't much foam or even bubble wrap in the box protecting the desktop. Took a bit over a week to get all the desk parts, we'll see about how the replacement of the desktop goes. Customer service was a hard to get through and I think I was talking to a computer on the chat since I couldn't get through on the phone. I was told to send pictures and wait 2 business days for a response.

-Update- It took less then a day and I got an email back with all kinds of options. Cooper is on it and I look forward to updating this when I get the replacement!!

-Update-02Oct2020- New desktop survived shipping and all is well. The non-Wood desktops look nice, but are prone to easy damage. Still looks good.

One of Jesse Enkamp's (aka The Karate Nerd) videos got me thinking about the physiological benefits of a standing desk. I spent several hours researching electric sit-stand desks, ranging in price from a few hundred to many thousands of dollars. I settled on Uplift Desk company, located I believe in Austin, Texas. The Uplift Desk website was well designed and the Uplift V2 Desk had received several strong endorsements (especially in Wirecutter). I comparison shopped, I reflected on my preferences, I read published reviews, I read customer reviews, and I worried that I might be making a costly error. But I decided to take the leap and purchased the V2 Commercial (with stabilizer bar) in the 30" x 60" size with bamboo top and slide away keyboard tray. My order arrived at my door in five boxes in about five days from placing the order via Fed Ex. The directions were very well organized which made the desk easy to assemble. I especially loved the individually packaged assembly hardware parts, each in its own separate compartment with parts number printed to make inventory check and assembly most manageable. I LOVE the desk! I popped for the programmable height adjust keypad. I teach classes online and run synchronous meetings frequently. To be able to stand up while running meetings is wonderful. The Uplift Desk is very sturdy and very functional. The company offers numerous accessories, which I am scrutinizing even as I write this review. I like those single file cabinet with drawer on rollers option. It even comes with a padded seat cover. I was hopeful that the Uplift V2 Commercial Desk would be what I needed. I've owned the ME7ErG Ergohuman chair with the headrest for five years and the chair is amazing. The only problem I have is that it's so comfortable, I often fall asleep in it late at night. I'm surprised that when I have needed a replacement part, they arrive the very next day free of charge. I am not use to companies standing by their guarantees without being told I missed the fine print. To be able to do my work in a chair this good, and actually have a lifetime of use makes the value unbelievable. I can't recommend this chair / company enough!

This is one of the easiest, customer focused online purchases of large items I have ever experienced. The support team is awesome and really responsive. The desks are sturdy (we have the 70" reclaimed wood standing versions), great to look at and smooth operating. Setup is very straightforward, but give yourself some time to focus on it and get it right.

We ordered two tops and one was damaged in shipping. Immediately handled in a very customer centric way by the uplift team. Can't say enough positive things about them!!!

I am so happy with my new Uplift 2-leg desk from The Human Solution! My husband and I built it in about 2 hours using the video and guide. The video is extremely well done and helpful. We had few, if any glitches, just minor adjustments with resetting the memory keypad. I ve used the desk every day since building it and couldn t be happier! I researched sit/stand desks for over two years and kept coming back to The Human Solution. I finally took the plunge and so far am so glad I did. Thank you!

Best Desk and Customer Service I've seen. The desk is fully capable of holding all my stuff, as I opted for the 80x30 version, and the motors seem to have no trouble lifting and lowering with 3 monitors and all sorts of heavy books and tools on the desk. The company's customer service was phenomenal, and I got the desks delivered with no issues whatsoever. The only negative I'd say is that the bamboo top scratches a little more easily than I'd hoped it would, but the scratches aren't that easy to see so much as feel when you run your hand over them.

I have had my UpLift desk for almost 4 weeks and love it. It s great to be able to work sitting or standing up. Solid and functional desk.

Also, I received my Steelcase Amia chair today. It is amazing and so worth it. I cannot believe how comfortable it is. After sitting in a very uncomfortable chair all week, this chair is simply a dream to sit and work in. My butt doesn't hurt or get numb from the poor padding of my old chair. My back feels better, too.

The quality is instantaneously noticeable in my chair as it was in my UpLift desk. Wow. As a skeptic and one who would have said it was someone trying to sell me a bill of goods, this is a great chair that I highly recommend. Jeremy Postma was absolutely correct and great to work with!! And the color of my chair happens to be my favorite color... that is a nice bonus. One last thing, the hard floor casters are a smooth and pretty impressive. Nice.

I LOVE this desk. I purchased a small-footprint basic black desk. The articulating keyboard tray is a must to get the most out of this, but when you limit the depth to 24", the keyboard tray track prevents use of the cable management system I purchased with it (hence the 4-stars).

I would definitely recommend. I shopped around for months before committing to a desk for my home office. Glad I did; I have another at my company office from another maker and it shakes a bit when extended (I am 6'5", so I am pushing the max height of the desk.

For all you tall folks out there, get the rolling casters if you are using on a hard floor. The extra 1.5 inches adds more stability because the legs will be less likely to be fully extended; regardless, this is the most stable desk I have used at max height.

After my recent Uplift Desk purchase, I can confidently say that I will be a customer for life. The desk is fantastic; built well and is exactly what I need to work from home. However, it was the customer support that sealed the deal for me.

I had the unfortunate situation arise where FedEx misplaced my package, and the desk top was subsequently stolen. I immediately reached out to customer support, and Mackenzie was there to help. She was quick to respond, very attentive to my concerns, and resolved the situation for me faster than I expected.

She is very professional and very customer friendly. She made the entire process less daunting which made buying myself this gift much more exciting, as it should have been from the beginning. She has my thanks and appreciation. I can't wait to see the desk.

This is a bit of a hybrid review of the Uplift 900 desk and Human Solution who I ordered the desk from. Comments sorted relevant to item and seller.

A great buy! Have had this for about a month now and no regrets. A few minor tradeoffs but all-in-all definitely a good choice.

PROS (desk):
- Looks just as good as the NextDesk Terra at a much more reasonable price.
- The laminate finish is surprisingly nice looking
- Surprisingly easy to assemble. The easiest and most detailed instructions you'll ever get for furniture assembly
- Powder coat on the legs looks great
- The height-adjustment mechanism works smoothly and feels really satisfying. Moreso than other standing desks I've used. Not sure what it is.

PROS (human solution):
- Free shipping. And fairly quick too. Not easy to find.
- Fantastic instructional video for assembly
- Responsive, capable, reasonable sales & customer service reps

CONS (desk):
- Would be nice to be able to turn off the display on the control box
- Caster wheels / wheel locks could be a bit sturdier

CONS (human solution):
- Accessories overpriced relative to the good value of the desk itself
- Laminate top did not have pre-drilled pilot holes for mounting on the base. Would be very easy to do this and save time for consumers

This company is pricier than others, but I went with it because the items looked good and were shown to be in stock, shipping within days. This review reflects two distinct experiences with the company: 1. shipping time (which was delayed) and 2. product satisfaction (very high so far).
1. Regarding shipping: The product was listed as in stock, and my credit card was charged for the full order right away. However, in spite of confirmation that the items were in the warehouse, the product arrived via split delivery over the course of about three weeks. Customer service was always friendly, though they couldn't provide any more accurate information about shipping time. Not terrible, in hindsight, but longer than I had hoped, and without the company being able to provide clear schedule updates. In fairness, Covid demand may be driving demand that overwhelmed the warehouse. Note: the desk feet shipped separately than the main desk frame. I could not use the product even after the first shipment had arrived, since the feet (as well as several accessories) were missing.
2. On a more positive note, I am very pleased with the product so far. Though I was slower to assemble the desk than the worker in the video (a few hours rather than several minutes), the instructions are thoughtful and clear. These instructions even foresaw how my accessories might alter the trajectory of assembly. The fasteners had been placed in labeled pouches for easy reference, and most placement holes had been pre-drilled by the manufacturer. I'm an architect, and I can appreciate how well these instructions have been vetted. The product itself (for me, a white laminate, 24-inch deep desk with slim steel drawer, translucent acoustic panel and under-desk modesty / cable management panel) seems solidly constructed and aesthetically pleasing. The sit/stand operating mechanism works smoothly, without wobble. High-to-low range is wide and therefore flexible. Acoustic panel hardware is sturdy. Finishes are durable and lines are clean. Core package cable management works well (I did not end up using the upgraded cable management I had purchased, since it was black and my desk is white. In restrospect, not sure I needed this upgrade anyway.) Finally, I mistakenly bought a desk extension (12-inch bolt-on surface) but discovered it fits only a 30-inch deep desk. Human Solution & UpLift has indicated I can return this item without shipping fees, though the error in ordering was mine. I am impressed with Human Solution & UpLift's quality and aesthetic and would purchase again from this company.

Great product at a high price. With how much I use my desk, it was a no brainer to get quality.

I love my desk but unfortunately after only 1 year my desk began sightly sagging/bowing in the middle. Now it s been 4.5 years and it s REALLY sagging in the middle. I have never had anything heavy on my desk either. After reaching out to customer service I was told it s because I didn t install the cross bars and therefore would not be covered by warranty. Luckily I still have my original instructions that specifically say the cross bars are optional not required and I followed the install steps based on one of their recommended setup positions. I sent the info to this company and they came back with it s not considered a manufacturer defect so it s not covered by the warranty. They consider their desk/products to sag as normal wear and tear.... I don t know about you but I don t buy $1000 furniture/desk with the expectations that it will sag or fall apart in 5 years or less. Not good quality furniture and not great customer service. I was told a manager would call me, never called but sent me email offering me a discount on a new top for my desk ... smh VERY disappointed. Do not recommend this company or their products as they do not stand by them and consider the product failing as wear and tear and not a defect ??

I've had an incredible experience working with Human Solution and Uplift as I configured a very customized desk for my work from home setup.

Every single person I've spoken with has been amazingly courteous and helpful and I received my desk hardware in record time!

The desk was straight forward to setup, the accessories (both included and ones I paid extra for) are thoughtfully designed and intuitive to install use!

I only wish I had bought an Uplift standing desk YEARS AGO! My lower back pain has greatly subsided since I've been able to use this desk in standing position -- instead of the poor posture that sitting reinforces.

I received and installed my Uplift v2 desk today! I opted for a 72" x 24" desk as I find everything behind my monitors to be wasted space, but having lots of sideways space to put things is my jam. I had the room to house it so why not? I got the C frame desk because I'm short and I didn't want to be concerned about minimum height when sitting and trying to maintain proper posture, probably not needed because I added casters AND use a keyboard. The combo may prove that I could have opted for the standard C frame. Installation was a bit more than the 7.5 minute timed video they have, but I wasn't using a drill to tighten things and I had extra options. I enjoy putting things together like this, so the time spent was well worth the effort. I got the bamboo drawer to match the top and probably should have opted for black as the side edge of the desk is darker than the top or the drawer so it can look a little off if you have any OCD issues. I opted for the memory controls with the comfort tilt. Given the price of the desk, going for just up and down seems being cheap on the wrong things and the extra ergonomics to the comfort keypad seemed in line with the reasons for getting the desk in the first place. I only needed a second pair of hands twice, once installing the crossbar (commercial version only) and once to put the desk right side up at the end. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I'm looking to a lot of years ahead with my new desk!

We online ordered two desks for our kids in college. The desks have cpu mount, dual monitor arms, clamp on power strip, and clamp on light. They look really nice and the kids really like them. They are still playing with cable management to see what works best. The light is intensily bright. The desks shipped via FedEx and arrived quickly although one if the bamboo tops got separated and delivered two days after the rest - not sure why. FedEx left the boxes unattended on the porch with no signature required and while there was some damage to the boxes, nothing was damaged internally.

Dylan was super helpful assisting me in updating my order since some parts of my original order were back ordered. Great customer service!

I've had the Commercial v2 C-Frame desk for 3 months now. It works great. Very little shake at 41 inches high, fast enough, quiet enough. I think it's appropriately priced for what it is, kind of in the middle of the market price wise for the quality. I kind of wish I was able to omit the desk tabletop holes altogether since I don't use them. The bamboo top is good enough in my opinion. I got the 42 inch wide version. Loving it!

I ended up with Uplift because a competitor couldn't deliver their product for more than 3 months. I am so glad that is how it worked out. I feel I ended up with a much better product. The Uplift desk process was easy from order to installation. There was one piece damaged in shipping (the privacy screen / cable hider) - which they replaced quickly. Not only is the desk efficient but also looks great in my small apartment.

I purchased 2 Uplift desks. So far so good. There was a slight issue with the shipment but Abby V from Sales and Customer Service was super helpful in making it right. Great desks!
