I've owned the ME7ErG Ergohuman chair with the headrest for five years and the chair is amazing. The only problem I have is that it's so comfortable, I often fall asleep in it late at night. I'm surprised that when I have needed a replacement part, they arrive the very next day free of charge. I am not use to companies standing by their guarantees without being told I missed the fine print. To be able to do my work in a chair this good, and actually have a lifetime of use makes the value unbelievable. I can't recommend this chair / company enough!
