Uplift was great. I needed help with an order and the customer service was awesome! I initially reached out for info on shipping estimates for my order, and my customer service rep was super patient with me.

I had a misunderstanding of a notice on the ordering page due to some confusing verbiage and very patiently the rep tried to explain my misunderstanding to me from several different angles until it clicked for me.

Then they went above and beyond and were able to help me identify how I could modify my order to minimize shipping delays. When it was determined a upgrade to a series of more expensive parts that would be available more quickly would do the trick the rep even offered to upgrade me for free in light of my misunderstanding when placing my original order.

Seriously what a champ. 10/10 customer service.

While the free upgrade was amazing, the best part of this experience, and what I appreciated more than anything was my customer service rep's patience with me even as I was becoming obviously more frustrated while I was still confused about the initial misunderstanding.
