I know people who ended up working immediately after graduation (with the lowest marks) who didn't even know how to use the PC and didn't even want to go there and qualified people were never contacted.

Appraisal blocked indefinitely because the land registry identifier has changed: do a cadastral survey require too deep knowledge? Probably yes, otherwise it is not explained.

I've been there a few times for work and despite the timing was a little longer than I expected, all in all, given my initial expectations, I didn't find it bad either. Maybe a bit picky and not too available, but it's understandable, given the inconvenient work they have to do. The price paid is not exactly cheap, but the overall service could also be worth the money.

Bad service, bad company.
Over 50 days for a property survey in 2018, means that if you did not have contracts with the banks you would have already closed for bankruptcy.
Qualitatively poor customer service that does not respond promptly to requests for clarification.
You have to change jobs, what you are doing is clear that it does not work.
