Ordered a custom made wood top desk without realis...

Ordered a custom made wood top desk without realising the shipment would take a few weeks. Upon realisation a few days later I spoke to customer service asking for an alternative. Cary Anderson helped me patiently and even saved me some money by referring my to desk they had in stock and could ship immediately. The refund was issued on the same day, and the shipment left the day after.
