Love the desk, but only the mechanical parts survived the shipping. The Eco desktop corner was shattered in shipment. Shipped by FEDEX, looks like it got dropped on its corner. There wasn't much foam or even bubble wrap in the box protecting the desktop. Took a bit over a week to get all the desk parts, we'll see about how the replacement of the desktop goes. Customer service was a hard to get through and I think I was talking to a computer on the chat since I couldn't get through on the phone. I was told to send pictures and wait 2 business days for a response.

-Update- It took less then a day and I got an email back with all kinds of options. Cooper is on it and I look forward to updating this when I get the replacement!!

-Update-02Oct2020- New desktop survived shipping and all is well. The non-Wood desktops look nice, but are prone to easy damage. Still looks good.
