Love this place! Beautiful flower arrangements and great little shopping section! Perfect to snag a great lotion or a small gift!

Not the cheapest florist but they have great service and arrangements that my wife loves so that's good enough for me.

Super happy with Swish Flowers, their floral arrangements are just beautiful and good for both professional and family occasions. Had a situation where I sent flowers to my cousins girlfriend, and the driver could not find the location or confirm a time for pickup. This was over a period of 4 days of no confirmation. Was completely reimbursed for both the delivery and the flowers that couldn t have been delivered. Thanks for being so considerate and shoutout to Bo who tried to organize the whole thing and still gave me a full reimbursement. Above and beyond customer service!

I guess $50 doesn t get you much anymore (not including delivery). This is what happens when you try and support local small business. Back to the big box stores from now on.

This location doesn't exist, they moved out. Too bad for me as it was convenient location for me. Maybe the rent is too high!

Stellar service! I came in hoping to buy a bouquet for my mom but was told I had to preorder it. They instead let me choose a few types of flowers that were in their market section, and they did up a little bouquet for me. So beautiful. I recommend!

For $95.55 this is what was delivered to a residence a few blocks away. 1 hydrangea, 1 peony, two small roses and filler. This florist should be completely ashamed of themselves for such flagrant misuse of clients trust and money. I am a landscape designer and am well aware of what these items cost at the wholesalers. Shame on you Swish. Not only is this complete robbery, it was truly embarrassing to have sent such a pitiful arrangement.

I buy flowers for my wife twice a year , on March 8 and for her Birthday . I was always lucky with the flower shops but not until this year , I was asking for the nice bouquet with roses , the lady said , you are going to love it , but I got 3 roses , and mostly leaves with some Alberta weeds , I paid $72 , if I went to Safeway I would pay much less and I would get flowers , and I got my weeds instead . My wife will love me anyways .I left , I paid and I didn t say nothing but I will never come to that place again and don t recommend it to anybody .

Swish Flowers really came through for my mother's birthday! We specified for our order that my mom loves purple flowers but otherwise gave them free rein over flower choice and accent colours, and wow did they not disappoint! We received this absolutely lovely arrangement and loved that they included lilacs as it smelled wonderful and turns out she loves lilacs especially. Thanks so much Swish Flowers, we will be repeat customers!

July 21, 2020 Edit: I am editing my review as my mother recently went with Swish to buy flowers for my birthday however Swish called me by mistake the day before and ruined the surprise! They were supposed to call her instead to confirm delivery details. Having the recipient's phone number on the form isn't a good idea in case of mistakes happening like this and surprises getting ruined. As well, the colours they chose didn't really scream birthday to me, they looked more appropriate for a wedding arrangement.

I have used Swish for 15 years now. They have been exceptional all of the time. They deliver flowers to our business weekly and look after our clients as well when required.
Sheryl and her team are always fantastic! You won t be disappointed !

I needed to order some flowers as a gift for my son & his wife's First Wedding Anniversary. I live in the UK and did a lot of research to try and find a reliable florist to deliver in Edmonton. Swish were recommended so I sent an email and they couldn't have been more helpful. Other reviews have commented on the price - all I can say is it was worth every penny to have such helpful and friendly service. Thank you.

I came in the valentines day to get something special or nice to my wife, and when i told the flower lady what i need the suggestions and the available collection was a total disaster, a big vase which lack any kind of good taste with some plants and couple of flowers would cost over $300!! BIG disappointment, lack of taste and certainly overpriced. giving the benefit of the doubt i have ordered anything customized or any pre-orders before, so am not sure how that works for them, thats why i will ive them 2 stars instead of 1.

So many great smells! Lots of great gift items, too. The service was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

The Terwillegar location has been my go-to florist for at least 3 or 4 years. Beautiful flowers, terrific arrangements, friendly and efficient staff. This past week-end, I needed a rush job delivered. I placed the order on-line after they had closed on Saturday, and then contacted the "rush" email address. They replied promptly - the owner went in on Sunday to do the arrangement - she delivered them herself on the Sunday, well before noon - and called me afterwards to confirm the delivery and relate the recipients' reaction. AND - all of this during COVID! Flowers and arrangement were stellar, and the recipients were delighted. Fabulous service! Thank you Sheryl and Team Swish! PCM

Swish has the best arrangements I ve seen in the city. On top of that they have a lot of neat extras! Sugarfina candies and jellykat stuffies.

They have three locations, each location has amazing Staff! Super helpful, creative and passionate about flowers. It shows through in the amazing floral arrangements they create!

We had ordered flowers from Swish for our wedding, and couldn't have asked for someone better than Justine to help with everything! Can't recommend these guys enough! All of the flowers were beautiful, and lasted wonderfully.

I phoned to arrange flowers to be delivered for my girl friend Anastasiias birthday. I told the girl Jessica that the delivery time 10 to 1pm was good. She ended up phoning Anastassia letting her know flowers were coming the next day at 10 to 1 and to be home. I knew she would be home then!! Why else would I pick that time. Thanks for completely ruining weeks of planning

I love the Swish experience. Incredible and unique arrangements, and always on point for style. Great selection of gift products too - that I always love to shop when I am picking up flowers. You get what you pay for - they are certainly pricey - but you get great quality flowers that are typically not available elsewhere.
