Really excited for my desk with all the options, but after setting it all up, the desk would not raise! Turns out they sent me a defective controller, even though it has a "qa tested" sticker on it. Upon calling support they are sending me a new controller, but it will take a week to get here! So I'm stuck working on a 25" tall desk until then... I would really expect a company like this to expedite the part if it was their fault.

Upon opening the controller, I can see some bad soldering, almost as if they shipped me a refurbished one. Be warned it might not work when you get it and plan accordingly!

I need a standing desk to fit in a very limited area and had searched numerous vendors without success. I discovered Uplift and though they didn't have exactly what I needed in a complete desk I reached out for help. Cary responded quickly and during the course of numerous emails, I was able to find what I needed. He was very patient, knowledgeable pleasure to work with. I haven't received the desk yet, but I'm giving five stars to Jamie (part of Sami's team), my service associate. Jamie is awesome and helped me decide to pull the trigger and buy the desk. After Uplift pushed by shipping back, I was ready to cancel my order. I reached out to Jamie who worked some magic and my desk is now on its way. Excellent customer support! I recently made a purchase of some equipment that I need in order to work after a surgery. I had help available to install it for just a limited amount of time. When I called Human Solutions they contacted the manufacturer and get the shipping date moved up for me. They even called me back personally to let me know what the new estimated ship date was. They really went above and beyond the normal level of customer service that you usually get these days. I highly recommend dealing with them for your ergonomic equipment needs!

Our office is a converted warehouse, so sound absorption solutions are a must. Customer service has been incredible to work with. Unfortunately, my desk top was delivered damaged/dented. Uplift has offered me reimbursements which I am pleased with. I have used this desk at work and loved it, now I am working remotely, and love the desk again. I might get two, cause the prices are reasonable (im no expert, but i think so). I was very disheartened about the dent in my desktop upon delivery, but I feel like Uplift reimbursed me enough for my 'emotional distress' (of getting a damaged desktop on a large centerpiece desk for me).

I hate to give a 4 star from a 5 star. but here is the reason. I ordered the whole suite of desk and accessories from uplift desk. Very satisfied with the product. However a couple of things that made me rate it 4.
1) The modesty panel with monitor mounts don't work well. I hate the fact that I have to bend the modesty panel to accommodate the monitor stands clamps; seems like a design flaw to me.. I would re-work on the modesty panel holding connectors; make them longer or adjustable to make it work with monitor mounts. The only reason I am upset about this is the fact that I paid 1700$ for a work bench and I expect that level of perfection and I didn't get all my boxes checked due to this one issue.

I used to have such height adjustable desk at work. We were only two persons working with such desk when I got my table (2006). When I left three years later, there were 11 persons with such table. I guess we started a trend.

I waited 5 years to get one for myself at home. Waited too long. The uplift table is a must for every family. Imagine, just one desk that fits every size (height) children and parents. It is so pleasant to work at the proper height and works like a charm. I ll even use it to put my keyboard and play standing up.

There is no going back to a standard desk ever.

After spending 2,000$ on equipment from Uplift, I opted to pay for installation to make my life easier. I payed 320$ in advance and scheduled an appoint with their installers at 3:30pm, as they were unable to install after 5pm without charging an additional fee (an additional 200$). After being told that the desk installation would take about an hour, but sometimes even 7 minutes, I opted for a 3:30pm install time as it would give me about 2.5 hours before attending other responsibilities. After taking 2 hours from my job and leaving everything set for the installers, the desk was never installed. At 3:45 pm I had not heard from the installers, so I called them. I got a call back about 15 minutes later stating that the installers had run into some difficulties and that they were going to be at least an additional hour late. No only that, but that the installation would take around 2 hours, going over the time at which I had another responsibility to attend to. They gave me no other option than to reschedule. I waited for a week for the installation, took time from my job that went unpaid, rearranged my living room, not to have my desk installed, because they ran into difficulties. I asked for them to reschedule my installation after hours, yet they were unable to do so without charging me an additional 200$, which they would not cover, despite them not being able to make the appointment. So they basically refunded my installation money and cleaned their hands from any responsibility. I m currently installing the desk myself and I have to say, the quality is lack luster. I m surprised I spent this amount of money on this equipment.

I recently ordered a desk and filing cabinet from Uplift. The first thing to arrive was the filing cabinet, which was slightly damaged. I called customer service and spoke to Rachel Flores who was quick to follow up. After sending her a few pictures of the damage, Rachel informed me the next day that they would send a replacement, which arrived a few days later, in pristine condition. No hassle about sending the damaged one back, etc.
This was an example of top level customer service, a rarity today. It will help greatly for me to recommend the company to others and buy their products in the future. It also helps that the product is top notch. The desk is great value. Thank you!

I have to vehemently recommend against doing business with The Human Solution based on the experience I've had with their customer service department. I ordered an Uplift desk from them last week that was scheduled for delivery on Friday. It arrived, however the actual desktop portion was missing and had either never been shipped (I never received a tracking number for that part) or was lost in the mail. I called to resolve the issue Saturday but the warehouse was closed until Monday.

They did reprocess my order on Monday and it shipped today (Tuesday). I saw that it was being shipped standard and asked repeatedly about getting the desktop expedited so I wouldn't get it literally a week after I was supposed to but never got a response. Called again and everyone I talked to was acting like it was no big deal that they had forgotten a major part of my order and one guy even said "well we shipped it now." The manager I talked to condescendingly thanked me for my "infinite patience" after confirming that if I wanted expedited shipping, I would have to pay for it myself (I will restate again that this was an error caused by Human Solution). She insisted that the warehouse was "really on top of it" despite pretty obvious evidence to the contrary. I get it, mistakes happen, but she wasn't even willing to take responsibility, blaming the error on UPS despite the fact that the associate I talked to on Monday suggested they (Human Solution) may have forgotten to put a label on it before shipping it. They didn't even attempt to justify why they wouldn't pay for my shipping or offer a discount or coupon or literally anything to make up for their mistake. This was a $955 desk, a really significant purchase for me and I don't even want it anymore after this experience. If I didn't have to pay return shipping to send it back to them, I would have returned it.

I just felt stymied by the entire process. They were weirdly aggressive and unapologetic about what happened, and let's get this perfectly clear, they messed up my order. I'm not even in "the customer is always right" camp but being so stubbornly unhelpful towards customers seems like a losing business strategy. It almost felt like if they repeated enough times that it was totally normal for a business to not ship a customer's order I would start to believe it. Will not be a repeat customer.

Edit (11/7): After I left a few one-star reviews across the internet, I was contacted by their social media manager who finally offered me a refund of $120. He explained that the manager I spoke to should have offered me expedited shipping but wasn't "fully aware of the situation" despite the fact that she had told me while I was on the phone with her that she was looking at the notes on my order and even made references to the previous interactions I'd had with customer service. So in other words, still nobody at Human Solution has taken responsibility for what happened, they seem to just pass the blame at every turn. Additionally, I feel it should not have taken a public criticism to finally get decent customer service from them.

The desktop arrived a full week after the rest of the desk. Assembly was relatively easy (required some drilling) and I'm using the desk now. But I still wouldn't recommend it as by the time I actually had the desk I was way beyond the point of buyer's remorse.

Excellent desk, easy to install and set up. I had an issue with my whiteboard top not fully erasing an expo marker in one spot early on. I contacted customer service, they walked me through some ways to remove the marker remnants, and when that didn't work, they sent me a replacement desk top right away with no issues. Exemplary customer service and I am really happy with my new workspace. Highly recommend and plan on buying from them in the future.

The always communicated with me and kept me up to date on the status of my order. They are incredibly friendly and I always felt like they had my best interest at heart. TLDR: Unmatched Customer Service from Brooklyn and Alexandra.

I started by making my decision on these two key items:
#1 for me is that I ve lived in Texas my whole life. That being said, I support Texas companies wherever possible. When I found out Uplift was in Texas it was a huge plus.

#2 it s really hard to sift through all the standing desk options to find the right one for what you need. For me, stability on an 80 desktop was very important to me. Not everyone offers a 80 desktop, and Uplift receives really favorable feedback for stability compared to competitors. They re also one of the very few who offers a 4 leg version.

There is a huge market standing desk options, but I can t be happier with the choice I made.

What made all the difference in me pulling the trigger: Brooklyn the rep for my sale put together my desired desk and worked with me to close the deal. She was quick and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Already off to a good start. The desk shows up literally 2 days later, which is amazing for free shipping.

Unfortunately, the desktop had been damaged during shipping. I call customer service and get Alexandra who immediately speaks to me as if she is about to help a friend in need. I tell her my desktop got damaged during shipment and the first words she replied with were, I can take care of this for you. After a (maybe) 10 minute call, I ve got a new desktop on the way. It will be to me in a 2 day turn around, which is insane. Most companies will make you send the item they sent you back, and then you wait for them to process it... then you maybe get your non-broken item 2-3 weeks later.

Part of this is the company, which seems to be doing all the right things for its customers. Quick shipping, solid products, and a genuine return policy that isn t filled with nonsensical hoops to jump through. The part that has me singing their praises and recommending Uplift to everyone I know: Brooklyn on the initial experience and Alexandra on the servicing experience. Job well done to both of these associates, as they really deserve to be shouted out. Treating your customers as if they re an asset (and honestly just a another person) is not as simple as it sounds for a lot of companies.

Anytime I see someone I work with or know that has a fixed desk, I am going to recommend Uplift. I ll recommend they speak to Brooklyn and/Alexandra if possible. I am sincerely impressed.

I find it interesting that my review was deleted from the actual Uplift website so I will share it here. This company does not stand behind shipping of their product. The desk arrives in 2 packages and one was returned due to damage. You would think most companies would immediately send a replacement overnight to make things right. Not this company, they say you have to pay for expedited shipping and they just send it ground. Customer service refused to help in any way and was a poor first impression of the company. Then, deleting my review on your webpage? Tacky and makes you wonder how many non 5 star reviews they have deleted.

I'm so glad I made this purchase to upgrade my home office space this past July. This review is obviously a bit late, but I felt compelled to leave it since I love my desk! Uplift Desk provides a great desk with so many customizable options that I didn't think mattered, but actually improved my work environment/experience such as the clamp on outlet, table tray, and wire management kit.

BIG shoutout to Betsie Lopez, the Sales and Customer Service Associate, who helped me with my purchase! I was reluctant to spend so much on a desk and accessories, but Betsie answered all my questions and assured me of the quality of Uplift Desk!

Never write reviews (truly don't) but had to with these guys. First of all, I did a lot (I mean a lot) of research before purchasing my desk. Customer service was outstanding with Uplift from the beginning. Not only were they easy to reach and knowledgeable about the products, they gave me a great discount just for asking. Once I received the desk (everything in order and well packaged), I assembled. A little more complex than advertised, but clear instructions with video. One of the accessories I ordered was the E3 Crescent Saddle Stool. While very cool looking, it was not right for me. Unfortunately I threw out the box it came in. Figured I would call anyway and see about a return or exchange as I wanted to order a monitor arm. The first person I spoke with (Matt S.) was awesome. Said they don't do exchanges and would look into whether or not I could package and send back the stool. Literally a few minutes later I received a great quote for the arm (10% off) and an answer from Matt that I could return the stool for a full refund and they would send a return label. Then contacted by Timothy F. from the Returns Team a few minutes later. Awesome customer service and very professional too. Timothy said no worries, they would just refund the price of my stool to my credit card and I can just keep the $90 stool or donate to my favorite charity! As a business owner, I really appreciate professional customer service. These guys are great! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Ordered this remotely. I've had my uplift desk for a week now, and I'm very happy with it! Great quality, easy to build, looks lovely too. Shipping was a bit unclear - the dates moved by a few days and one of the 4 packages came a day later than the rest - I mostly blame FedEx for this, but uplift could have given us other options e.g. UPS. Overall very pleased!

I was a little worried having spent $300+ dollars and only being half satisfied with my keyboard tray. Their customer service for an online vendor has been excellent. They followed up on their own initiative after my initial issue was reported. They worked on fixing my problem to my satisfaction by swapping out a part. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate this level of service. This is the kind of vendor I look forward to doing business with again in the future.

Ordered online, product arrived well packaged and within the given time frame. Reached out to Human Solution a few months later for a copy of the receipt for workplace reimbursement. Contact via email was prompt, helpful, and polite. For a user around 6ft tall, desk is sturdy without wobble while extended to the proper height while on thin carpet. Recently moved the desk, easy to disassemble and reassemble, new location has thickly padded carpet which causes a little wobble on tall setting. This is a flaw of flooring, as opposed to the desk design.

Tyler said they had it in stock and I could pick it up, but I needed to send an email. I sent the email, but no response.
Next day, I emailed general info@... Rachel responded she needed an address for shipping (despite explaining I am 2 blocks away). Fine I emailed my address. No response.

Two weeks later (14 days) Rachel emails me that they are sold out.
I complained that they sold out in the time I was waiting for response. She said they were sold out for a while (either she or Tyler fibbed).

I called and left messages with the manager to discuss this. No response. (they have my email and phone if they want to discuss)

There is a theme.

Excellent delivery time on my sit-stand desk from Human Solution. I am tethered to my desk so much, I knew a sit stand desk would be helpful - but had no idea of how much so. My stamina and focus are better and I can be more productive and as alive as one can be while staring at a monitor :). When it was my turn to order a desk for my office I got so excited I overlooked all the color options. This is where Human Solutions really excelled for me. They were able to hold my order, talk through color options and add ons with me then update my order to reflect the changes without missing a beat. They are quick and efficient and my desk is on track to be delivered just a week after ordering it! My experience with The Human Solution left nothing to be desired. Kate was very friendly and helpful considering I only had an idea of what kind of keyboard I wanted and really didn't know that it existed. She talked me through the various keyboards and accessories and helped me make a good decision. Shipping was prompt. I'll post again in a couple of weeks as to how I get along with this new keyboard.

I love my uplift desk! Today is my first day using it and I already feel more ergonomically comfortable, clear-headed, and productive. In addition, the desk was delayed in shipping due to FedEx but John Buseman at Uplift sent me a new one expedited when I called - this was a great customer service experience!

Love the desk and also the support was outstanding. There were some issues caused by the delivery company but fortunately our Uplift representative Kevin Provost did an excellent job going went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and fully satisfied.

The Pursuit Ergonomic Chair is so adjustable and comfortable that I regularly fall asleep in it! The 72" Black Eco Curve desk was fairly easy to assemble, and the cable management options are varied. The telescoping frame has been solid over the year of ownership.

I would warn against the black top, as it reacts quickly to liquids spilled on it. The desk surface bubbles readily, and the top layer erodes away if an object sits on top of that liquid.

I wanted an adjustable desk since I will be working from home a lot more (like many of us) and didn't want to just sit all day. I have a nice adjustable desk at work so I wanted something similar. I did tons of research and looked at quite a few places. I ended up ordering an Uplift Desk. Their customer service is fabulous. I called a few times to change my order and then I had a caster with a slightly messed up thread so it wouldn't work. They were so fast sending it out and making sure everything was ok. The desk totally rocks!!! I am very happy with this purchase and would do it again in a minute. I also told some co-workers about the desk and 2 of them have Uplift desks now.

I've been using the dual monitor system on my existing desk for several months now. Love it. Easy to install and easy to move the monitors almost anywhere I need them. I have one direction that I haven't been able to get just right - hard to tilt one of my monitors but pretty sure it is user error not a design problem. Nice sturdy, high quality system.

My experience has been great with this company! Their website is user friendly and the customer service is superb. I had to contact them via live chat since my institution is tax exempt and I was unable to get the tax exemption to go through online, so Desiree was nice enough to remove the tax manually for me and she sent me a link to purchase my product directly via email. I have already received order confirmation emails and constant communication regarding my delivery. I am pleased with my experience thus far!
