The company's customer service is excellent as when I had a problem with the product, they were very quick to respond and send replacement right away. You can get problems with products from any company but how a company treats you when you have a problem is what makes the difference. The few times I talked with various different people on the phone or through email, everyone was always very polite and helpful so I would definitely consider Human Solutions for future purchases.
