Our adult son found Uplift Desks online and found the perfect desk for his digital content business needs so we ordered it as a gift for his birthday. It arrived within just a few days and exceeded his expectations. Once I got a look at how beautiful it was and how well the push-button lift system worked I ordered one for myself for my office desk.

Through no fault of Uplift, but because of a snafu with FedEx, I did have an issue with getting my desk when it should have arrived but I reached out to Uplift and they got to work figuring out where my desk was and I got it soon after. Sadly, after I received my desk I discovered I had ordered the wrong color. Once again I reached out to Uplift and they immediately and kindly helped me get the right color. The new desk top arrived cracked in shipping and, again, when I reached out to them they couldn't be more helpful in getting a new desk top to me right away. Once I got my desk set up I realized I was missing a component I swore I had ordered, which when I contacted them to ask they said I had not added it to my cart but they immediately sent it to me anyway.

I honestly have never had a company provide such amazing and kind customer service and would not hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend anyone purchasing from them! I am crazy about my beautiful new desk and everyone who comes into my office is taken by how gorgeous and efficient it is and is blown away by the quiet and effortless manner in which I can go from a sitting desk to a standing desk in a matter of seconds. I know this sounds corny, but I actually look forward going to my office just so I can use my awesome new Uplift desk!
