Purchased a 2014 used Ram in August of 2016 and elected to add the service package to our vehicle which included 12 oil/filter, lube and tire rotation so that I could keep the warranty up to date. The time came to get my first service done and being new to the whole process I called ahead and was told that for oil changes it was a drive in thing no appointment needed and they typically take about 30 minutes. I arrived at 10:40 AM and was told that they where a little busy and it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the actual service writer took my information the wait jumped up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. At about the 2 hour mark I saw that my truck had not moved so at that point I asked the first employee I saw to find out the status of my truck he assured me that it was next in line so I hung around the service area to wait. At the 2 hour and 30 minute mark the services writer lady approached me and told me my truck was being worked on in a bay at the other end (Could not see from where I was) so out of curiosity and frustration I wet to see if my truck was parked where it had been sitting for the past few hours and sure enough it was (not being worked on as I was told). I ended up driving away my truck just over 3 hours later (1:55 PM) with a fresh oil change and tires rotated. If I did not have a service plan with these guys I would be going out of my way to not give them my business. They treated me like I was just another unsatisfied customer and there was plenty of other business out there.
