Service department doesn't communicate with me. I have to call multiple times and they never return my calls. It took me two months to find out that they never ordered the part I needed after I came in and had them look at my broken tail hatch. I ordered motor mounts over 8 months ago, and they also lost that order. They are fine if they have the parts on hand, but totally unreliable if you need something ordered. I am going to try a different dealer.
