The fix took all of 15 minutes to complete once the work had actually began. I saw a car online as I live in Texas and Heggs is in Mesa, Arizona. I sent an email request to see if the car was still available and with in 5 minutes I was called by an awesome gentleman named Owen Walker who advised the car was still available and began speaking with me about it. Our conversations turned into texting, which was more convenient for me and he was more than happy to answer any and all question I had at all hours of the day and night. Owen even called me after he got off work on his own time to go over somethings. His commitment to assist me was beyond anything I have seen in customer service let alone in car sales. To make a long story short we spent a couple days hashing out the deal and came to an agreement that was more than fair to me. We then worked out a deal over the phone and he told me to get down there to pick up my new car. I ended up driving from Texas to Arizona in my trade in car and when I got to the lot my car was all nice and shiny sitting at the front entrance waiting for me and there was a very nice note on it that said it was my car. Upon meeting with Owen face to face he was still very kind and professional and walked my wife and me through the next steps. We were then given over to the Finance Manager, Elward "Bear" Roberts who was just as awesome as Owen and really made my wife and I feel like we were the most important people there. There was no hidden agendas and everything was straight forward. Bear worked a deal so good with us, he was even able to get a 6 year 60,000 mile extra warranty on my car put into our loan for a very small price for added piece of mind. And just when you think this great experience was over and couldn't get any better, Bear asked us if we were hungry and then advised us to go eat at a great restaurant down the street called "Over Easy" Bear advised us to meet with the manager, Chris and advised us to tell him to allow us to order what we wanted and to send the bill to Bear who would cover the cost of our meals. Talk about great service! a great car, a great experience and a great breakfast paid for by Bear. If this isn't customer service I don't know what is. Hats off to Heggs and especially hats off to Owen Walker and Elward "Bear" Roberts for a great experience. Even though I had to drive over 6 hours to meet with them I would do it again in a heartbeat when I'm ready to buy another car!

I mean, you get 500 bucks off if you own a Durango. Another 500 off if you're a realtor. Another 500 if you're missing a limb.... come on! Inquire about the price and you're spammed with 40 robot email responses. Takes forever to get someone on the phone that doesn't you give you a run around or knows what they're talking about.

Well this nightmare with them continues. They took over the dealership of Hegg and they said they were going to make everything right that Hegg didn't. Don't trust them They are dishonest Hegg. I paid 572 for plates 500 for document fees when buying the truck in Sept Took 6 months to get a plate. I transferred the title to my kids and went to get a refund for the plate they bought in March 2019. I get 48 dollars back on the plate. Where did the 572 go but into their pocketbook. Please think twice before dealing with this dealership. They are still taking advantage of the little guy that Hegg left stranded. I will be contacting the attorney general and motor vehicles. Take you deal elsewhere and less you have money to throw away.

Service is Friendly. My only Gripe is the Cost. My 6.4 2500 costs me 130$ for an oil change. I asked him why it costs so much and he said the oil alone was 80. I find that odd because I have been changing my own oil for the 3 years ive owned this truck and the oil, lucas stabilizer and filter have never costed me more than 55$. Something just doesnt seem to add up. Also, i asked the clerk not to touch the tires/psi because it had just came from a shop and my truck had been calibrated to the tires max psi. What did they do? They Adjusted my tire psi to the door specs putting all 4 tires over 70. So i basically paid for something i specifically told them not to do. Moving and all my garage stuff is packed is why i brought it in. Again, nice people but prices to me are suspect. Make sure when you bring your vehicle in, you get a quote. If they wont do it, take your business else where.

Nice dealership, friendly staff. Took my Durango in for a recall fix. They originally told me it would be 4 to 6 hours to fix the problem. They called me after 5 hours to say that it would not be done that day and they asked if that would be okay for them to keep it till the next day. I told him that wouldn't work out for me and they offered a rental vehicle, which I appreciated. When I arrived to get the rental vehicle, I notified the guy who he called me about needing to keep my vehicle and he said that he had a vehicle lineup for us and that we could go wait inside. We waited for quite a while so I went and talked to somebody to see what was going on. While I was irritated that we had waited so long, in the end, the mechanic had stayed late to finish our vehicle. Which I really appreciated and made up for the wait and I left happy. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the lack of communication that happened while I was waiting there to pick up the rental/my vehicle.

The transparency, effort and passion Chris S. and Anthony B. provided during my visit to Courtesy as well as the integrity shown all the way up to the finance team (Frank W.) was astonishing. They made sure that I was taken care of, as best as possible. I wouldnt recommend a different dealership to anyone. My kids and I love our vehicle. Chris called and I could hear the excitement in his voice telling me to come pick up my truck, he even stayed late for me to get off work. They are all truly a blessing. Thank you again, these words can not explain how satisfied I am by the assistance I received. Better yet, the fact that there was nothing but action behind the information they communicated. They not once created an unrealistic expectation.

I had the absolute WORST experience of my life at this dealership.
I made an appointment for 12pm on a Saturday but couldn't make it, but showed up about 1pm. First of all, there are no "appointment times"...it's a car dealership. My appointment starts when I walk through the door! I was hustled, or at least they tried to. The sales guy (once he saw that I wasn't an easy target) started talking fast, saying things like "look you wanna buy a car or don't you?" and "this is it man, let's do this now!". Every time I tried to speak, he interrupted me, wouldn't let me talk. Then he wrote on a piece of paper "I will buy this car today if I get x amount for my trade in" and said sign this. I said no, I'm not signing that and told him that he was losing me. He said "well then if you don't like it, leave". I couldn't believe it! He then started insulting me, telling me that I wasn't a man of my word because I didn't show up at 12 and yelled at me from 20 feet away as I walked out. The managers had to be called over and they yelled at him "WALK AWAY!" which he finally did. I left, and got a call from the big whigs apologizing and with promises of a good offer but I have yet to hear back from them. Needless to say I will never go back and never purchase anything. In my opinion, you're better off buying from a private party; much cheaper and will save your hard earned money. (last statement has nothing to do with SSJeep).

Please don't buy from here, this is the worst place we have ever tried to do business with. They start with a $1400 scam on a Forever Warranty, that every car they sell there, must have. They take your license and car keys (trade-in) and won't return them to you, even though we asked for them back several times. Making a long story short, we actually worked a deal with them, gave them our credit card to hold a used vehicle they had, at their suggestion. They promised to have the car prepared(window tint, protection coat, etc.) for us to pick up in a few days, as we were paying cash . Found out a couple hours later that they sold the car to someone else. I understand they sold the car for more money than our deal and were able to finance. Their salesman's are puppets for their incompetent bosses, like Joe and Anthony. Tried to contact their general manager, who never even got back to me. Expect this place to go under soon, doing business this way!

Once I decided not to have the repairs done at this time, I was treated like the evil step child. They offered to have lift pick me up at home he said he would order it at 7am. At 730 I texted a reminder by 810 I got my lift notice. THEY HAD PICKUP AT THE DEALERSHIP. I tried calling texting and finally at 830am I received a new lift notification. I told them yesterday it was extremely important to get my vehicle back at 730am. Due to my work schedule. It felt as if they did it on purpose. I will never take or purchase anything from them ever.

I have a 2016 dodge challenger hellcat. I received a recall for the catalytic converter s. So I contacted superstition springs Courtesy dodge. They completed the work in two days which they notified me to pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was covered with some type of overspray or chemical substance not sure what. I asked the service advisor Where are the car was parked . He said somewhere out in the parking lot. I would expect that car to be taken care of because of the fact I brought it down spotless and just recently ceramic coated the car. I spent the better part of the night removing the chemicals or whatever was on the paint. When I drove home it was an awful burning smell coming from the bottom of the car. Once I looked underneath there was oil from greasy handprints all over the exhaust system.Eventually it burned off. Needless to say I will not be purchasing a car or taking my car for warranty to this dealership.

I made an appointment for a recall issue at the new Heggs location on Test Drive. I'd never been there and just looked for the closest Jepp dealer to my house and this one came up. When I arrived I was told the appointment was made for the main location on Auto way. Not a big deal as they are about a mile apart. The guys at the new location told me they didnt know how I could make an appointment there as they didnt have a phone. The work was done properly and professionally and I have no complaint, but would suggest the Heggs that they be aware that when a customer Googles the new location, the main location's phone number comes up with it and the customer has no way to know where to go.

Personally I'm shocked to read some of these negative reviews. Over the last 3 months our family has purchased 2 vehicles from them. One is a new dodge ram and the other was a 2012 Nissan used car. Both times we were more than happy with our experience and received nothing less than professional service AND a good price.
In addition, I have taken one of the vehicles into the service dept for an issue and it was a painless and very good experience. Raul was very helpful and I was in and out quickly.
I think too often we only sit down and take the time to write the negative reviews and not the good experiences and reviews.
