Poor service!

Poor service!

I had dropped off my wrangler late Friday afternoon on June 2nd without an appointment. I was told by the service Advisor that because I did not have an appointment it would be Monday or Tuesday at the latest, I should have looked at what i signed when i dropped it off. After I did look and what she told me is not what she wrote on the pre-write paperwork. On Wednesday when I had not heard back I called was transferred to Th advisor's voicemail, who was on vacation but no one bothered to tell me. I repeated this pointless exercise again then finally demanded I speak to someone. it was at this point I was told about the advisor being on vacation. The advisor I was finally connected to was polite, professional and honest. He told me they could not locate my vehicle and would have to call me back. If my recollection is correct it is now Thursday morning. He called back later after finding my jeep and honestly told me, which I appreciated, that someone dropped the ball and no one had even looked at my jeep yet. He quickly got it looked at the next morning and after told me the 2" sag on the front right is normal in Rubicon's and therefore does not need to be fixed. At this point my jeep had spent an entire week at your shop to have nothing done with it. Quite frustrating! If jeep does truly make a vehicle so poorly that it is considered normal for the body to lean inches in one direction and it is not fixable under warranty it seems to me that the 1st service advisor should have told when I was dropping it off and saved me some time and frustration.
