Good experience overall. Service agents kept me informed of pricing and status of work I had requested. Work was completed in a timely manner. Pricing for the work was surprisingly lower than I had expected. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is the greasy handprints left on the inside of the driver s door and the driver s leather seat.
Had the most positive shopping experience at Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep today. The salesman (Marvelous Marvin) and his entire team were top notch. I had many Jeeps to choose from and their sales approach is very relaxed.....no pressure. I am highly recommending Superstition Springs for your next new/used car purchase.....you will not be disappointed. Oh yea......I LOVE MY NEW GRAND CHEROKEE!!!!!!

Useless service department that deserves 0 stars. Do not take your vehicle here if you don't know anything about your vehicle. They will try and sell you a whole lot of parts and labor just to replace a vacuum tube. I knew they were full of crap when they wanted to change out a brand new part. I figured they were just trying to rack up a huge bill so I took the car back and jacked it up myself and crawled under to find the problem was just a vacuum tube that had come loose. I re-connected the tube and the problem went away. They could have easily seen this and fixed it if they had put the car up on the rack like they were supposed to. It also took about an hour to get the car back when I decided they would not be doing any work on it. Just a bunch of criminals if you ask me.
Worst salesmen all day. They gave me the runaround, wasted my time "let me run the numbers", asked me for my license and took a picture of it after telling me they wouldn't scan it (I made him delete it). All the classic annoying tactics. Don't recommend them at all and will not be going back.

Bait and switch? They advertised a used Yaris as having an automatic transmission but when I drove out to look it they said oops, it's actually a manual. Waste of my time.
After today's visit to the service department, I was left feeling this dealership is unethical, lies, and is not to be trusted nor used.
Reason 1: Was told I needed a brake flush at my routine oil change, despite that being done last visit. Which makes me wonder: (a) It wasn't done last visit and I paid $150 for something never done; (b) the service advisor is lying about what my Jeep needs, is unethical, or extremely incompetent; and/or (c) the excuse he made up was "there must have been a little residue of the old stuff and it was done previously " , so quickly, leads me to think it was never done, the advisor is an unethical liar, or trying to pull something.
Now let's expand this thinking and imagine my significant other was in the lobby and agreed to this service because she knows I care for my Jeep. Do you wonder why the service advisor said I needed a brake flush to be done despite it already being done and it should already have clean fluid from the last visit; was it not done previously, was the fluid actually bad, or they never checked the fluid in the first place (unethical), or incompetent? If the alarm bells aren't going off in your head, they should be.
Reason 2: No more Express Lane and one must have an appointment. I have been to numerous Jeep dealerships and never needed an appointment for an oil change, let alone wait over 1 hour for one; hence the express lane. So I will be heading to another dealership.
Finally, I feel if the above behavior is allowed in the service department, where else is it being allowed? I will go to another dealership that does not allow for this behavior and will inspect any and all work this dealership has done. I suggest you do the same.

I called the service department multiple times and never recieved a call back. Finally the gal that answers the phone walked out to find someone. They scheduled me for later that day, but when I showed they didnt have parts available and when I asked why I didnt recieved a call his responce was that I am just a customer.
I wont be going back to this dealership.

Not a great experience. Had my car in twice for a ignition switch. After second visit and car not starting consistently they tell me they cannot trouble shoot problem due to after market wiring even though I bought it new and added nothing to car. They took my money and did not fix anything and sent me in my way. This is not a true Dodge franchised dealer the service manager tells me.

I scheduled a factory recall with the service manager. After driving to 30 minutes to the dealership and waiting 30 minutes I was informed the needed parts were on backorder and would not be in for 7-10 days .
Courtesy provided the best service I ve ever experienced with a dealer. The staff, especially Sarah ,went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I have avoided dealerships for years because I thought they were too expensive, but my bill was no larger than I would have had anywhere else I checked. They have a life long customer with me now. My service advisor, Steve, was very nice and helpful, kept me informed as I was waiting in the lobby area, helped me with my rental car, was available when I had any questions. But most of all her made sure my vehicle was serviced correctly and repaired what was needed.
Love this place! The people here are very professional and will do everything possible to get you the vehicle you want. The salespeople here are very upfront and totally honest. I dealt with Owen Walker and would highly recommend him. I would buy from Owen again!

I'm pretty unhappy with my latest experience with the service department. I took my car in on August 18th for an appointment to get an unusual overheating issue diagnosed and to change my oil. I was called on the 21st of August and told that my engine heads were warped. How does that even happen when you are barely driving due to COVID?? I take excellent care of my car. All service has been kept up on it. Anyway, I was promised my car would be ready by August 28th or 29th. Didn't get my car back. I was told the heads had to be sent out to be machined. My car would be ready by the 4th or 5th of September. Then I was told the machine shop was behind so now I wouldn't get my car until the 11th or 12th of September. Well, I still don't have my car. Today is September 16/day 29. I've been told I'll get my car this week. I'm not sure what to believe.

I bought my car over a year ago, like a dummy I paid for an extended warranty. Everytime I go in there seems to be catch. Warranty forever is a joke. I will not be buying my next car from here.
This is the worst experience i have ever had at any dealer, Sherri please find a new job as the you and the entire service department is a joke. I was referred by my buddy who buys all his dodge vehicles from here and yes he will now no longer do business with you for his fleet vehicles anymore. I purchased a Ram 1500 sport and noticed the hood has a bubble on it, I brought my truck in for a warranty claim and sherri was the one who helped me. I was told they need to take pictures and send them to dodge. Two weeks goes by and i hear nothing, so i call and leave multiple voicemails and never get a call back. Finally after multiple voicemails i get a call back saying I need to call Chrysler. I DO AND WHAT DO I FIND OUT, THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE CLAIM!!! I call Sherri back and explain my frustration and she asks me to email her more pictures so she can send to dodge. I then send them over and wait another week and i call Dodge back and find out she still never submitted the pictures. Now i am beyond pissed off and call Sherri and this time she actually answers the phone and says she can submit them now. Keep in mind now we are over a month dealing with this, after i get off the phone with Sherri i call dodge to see if they were actually submitted and yes but the same picture 4 times and now they closed my case. I was then told by a rep from Michigan I should go to another dealer and they will open an investigation. I have now been dealing with this for almost three months and still haven't had my hood repainted. Called another dealer and received way better customer service in Tempe. I really hope you get shut down or bought out.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Runaway from this place. I ve had issues with my Dogde Charger since the day I bought it a little over 3 years ago and they have NEVER fixed the issue. Only had me paying for work don t on my car to fix it when it still had the same issues of delay start and sometimes not starting at all! I ve had my car towed there multiple times.. and finally they slap me with a $3700.00, asking for payment to fix my car and tell me ALL OF A SUDDEN , my Warranty Foreve is void! This has been an ongoing issue that they should have resolved over 3 years ago! I just traded my car in at another dealership two days ago. I REFUSE to give HEGGS another penny!

The service department is lively with individuals trying to help those that come to get their vehicles serviced. With being one of the smaller dealerships on the loop of dealers, it is the most active. Continuous with those wanting to help you get to your advisor, to the parts counter for accessories/parts for your vehicle, or to the cashier to get your vehicle after service has been performed. The service staff goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I will continue to come to Heggs Automotive Group Chrysler because they make me feel they always will be there for me if I were to have any issues with my vehicles.

Wish I could give no stars. For starters: I am VERY MUCH AWARE that having no established credit means that we will have to put more money down and payments will be higher. I have no issue with that. What I have an issue with is that me and my Wife signed paperwork, put down 1,700 hard cash money and then we get a call last week from one of the finance guys saying "I'm sorry to tell you this but we ran everything through the bank and you will have to either put more money down or get a co-signer.". Mind you, they told us we got approved for the car the week before last and told us we can pick it up when I got back in town for work. We got back to the dealership this morning and told them we would just like our money back. Then another gentleman in finance told us "you can get your money back. Just give me a second and we will cut you a check." The he returned and said "Well there has to be two signatures in order to right the check. The other person won't be here until after one 1pm (and we came here with lyft and have been here since 9AM!). This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and I warn anyone who is young and just trying to get a vehicle to avoid this place.
My truck was damaged by the tech in the service department. He crushed the hood while it was on the lift.
My service advisor Marc was difficult to deal with. Slow to answer my question of their repairs to my truck.

Took my dads truck in to have recalls done, oil change and rotate tires. A sales man outside came right up to me and took me to the service department because I had never been there before. He was very nice.
The service man said everything that needed to be done could take 2 hours to all day and that he would call me a lift. I was expecting a courtesy car/driver to take me home, like they do at Henry Brown. Nope, he called a Lyft and gave the driver my father's phone #, when I had given him my cell #. My dad calls my cell, to inform me that my Lyft was there, waiting for me. 1 and a half to 2 hr later, the truck was done. The service man called another Lyft to pick me up. Courtesy paid for the Lyfts
When I picked up the truck, it had not been washed or vacuumed. I guess they don't do that in AZ. Then I got an email to take a short survey which ended up being 30 min of my time. Also, while I was waiting for my "Lyft" not one employee offered me a water. Just some extra perks I have experienced else where and would have made my experience better. As far as the work done, my dad hasn't complained, so it must have been done right.
Moved to AZ and just tried Heggs for the first time for service. Fixed right first time, car in excellent condition when returned to me and communication is excellent! A+++

I found a great deal here over the weekend. I bought a 2017 Ram that was deeply discounted. Our Salesman Chris gave us the truck for the day while we ran errands. I had such a great time driving the truck I decided to buy it. The finance manager Bear was very straight forward and explained everything in detail. I had a great experience here and I would recommend Heggs Chrysler Dodge to any one.

Nearly 7 hours! the numbers were a bit misleading when the price of the vehicle did not include any of the car s accessories! So window tint, backup cam, etc was added to the price I was given once I got to finance. Seemed odd for a preowned vehicle! Obviously I did not agree to this.
Some of the best service around. Dis not feels pressured to buy and Elmore and "Bear" Elward were very knowledgeable about every question we asked about the cars we looked at. Ryan in finance made the final paperwork so simple and smooth, but created a very relaxed environment. Best dealership experience ever. Will definitely be buying from them again.
