Absolutely terrible. Very poor customer service, nobody answers phones or returns calls. Over 2 months ago I brought my 2017 challenger in to get the radio looked at and the service manager said a new one needed to be ordered. A month and a half later, and after several calls, they surprisingly just got the radio in...imagine the convenience in that. After they replace the radio I pick up the car and it's worse than before!!! Does anybody check the work before turning over the car?! They then tell me they were sent a faulty radio. Yeah right...so then they tell me it will be a few more weeks until another one comes in. I ask for something in return to make things right and I get nothing except an I'm sorry. At this time I'm over it, over the poor customer service, inadequate service, and I demand my car back. My car has been sitting outside and is completely filthy and a dead battery. I tell them I will go wash it and send them the bill, they said they would detail it later...I am disgusted. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location while it was superstition dodge and heggs dodge, I wont be coming back here now that its courtesy daodge
