They say u dont need money down during their sale event and my aunt went there and they told her she needed 3000 down so I warn people now do not go to them for a car they are con artist that take ur money and lie

Went for an oil change and tire rotation as my vehicle was due for service. I called ahead of time since it was Saturday and assumed it would be busy but every time I asked to be directed to the service center the phone would just ring until a voice mail message would pick up. Showed up and took a good 2-3 minutes for an associate to come help check me in and when they did show up it was with arm fulls of Popeyes chicken. While sitting in the waiting room happened to glance to my right and noticed 2 associates sleeping away in empty negotiation rooms. Everyone else was eating away at Popeyes chicken that wasn t sleeping. I received my Jeep back an hour later only to find that someone had dug through all my stuff and moved things around which I m not sure why unless some how that s part of the 24 point inspection to dig through my glove boxes. Luckily they only thing they actually bothered to steal was all the quarters in my center console. Don t know why they didn t just bother to steal all my change at that point because it was bluntly obvious since most of my change was quarters. I also paid $15 for my tire rotation only to find out that they didn t actually do it or that they put the same wheels back on the same position as before. I also know that because one of my wheels has a small Knick from when I bought it brand new and noticed that it was still in the same spot as before. Not sure why they needed to completely leave the room with my debit card while I was paying either and go behind closed doors with it. Lastly wherever they parked my Jeep they returned it to me covered with bird poop all over the hood even though I didn t expect them to wash it. Earnhardt Jeep in San Tan might have taken me 4 hours of waiting for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon but at least the staff was attentive and actually did the jobs I paid for without petty theft on top of it. I ll never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would not only recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see Owen, but don't think twice about going anywhere else but this dealership! I was taken care of, and my needs came first. We had a GREAT experience here. I dealt with John Wayne the whole time in purchasing my new vehicle. He was awesome! I told him on the phone that I could only afford "x" amount per month & he took the time to find a vehicle that would fit my family perfectly with payments that we can afford comfortablely & there was no hassle whatsoever. Everyone was VERY nice there too & there wasn't any pressure from anyone. I hate dealerships bcuz there's always pressure, but not here & I also LOVE the forever warranty on all the vehicles. I tell everyone to go here.

Update: We had only had our vehicle for 3 months according to the people here & the fuel injection relay line fried (but at that point, we didn't know what was wrong), I tried calling John first (he's the son of a friend of mine) only to learn that he had quit. Meanwhile, I'm stuck at home needing to get to an appointment with a broke down van. I had to call serveral people there, spoke to a guy named Anthony who basically gave me the runaround for over a month, called back when the van acted up again, & spoke to a guy named Randy. He was a nice guy & between Randy & mechanic named Mark, we were able to get a diagnostic done & a rental car for a day, but had to basically argue with them bcuz I didn't have the funds for any of these issues. They wanted $500.00 to fix it. I don't have that, I'm not made of money, so I went to a trusted mechanic (who is closer to where I live) & got the job done a better way for only $213.14. Moral of my story.....Too over priced & too far from home, so next time, I will stick with my side of town & their "forever warranty" is a joke. Nice people, not vultures like most places, but overall it's really not worth it if you are looking for a used car. Just go to Cactus Jack's for a used car. Yes, you will have issues with something in the car from the start (we always did), but they will repair it for free in the beginning.

In July of 2014 I spoke with the Owner about getting a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat at MRSP. He assured me it would be done. The dealership got two cars for first allocation and I was the second person to order. Ordering the car went smooth and within a week I had a POC and a VIN. From there I experienced a number of delays but this was the fault of the car builder and NOT the dealership.

When the arrived I was notified right away. Pictures and Videos were provided by the dealership. The PID was quickly and the car was thoroughly cleaned and I got a full tank of gas.

Paying the car in full went extremely quick and smooth. Another great experience.

Great experience and I will buy from this dealership again.

The only negative about the experience was the non-optional package (tint, nitrogen, tracking, etc.) that is included on every Courtesy vehicle. We were in luck and I set an appointment to come take a look at it with my husband. Our appointment was with Kendra and she was great! Very relaxed and laid back. so if you're looking for that pushy sales experience you might want to go some where else. We also had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Zo. Jacob really pushed and helped close out the deal speaking with their GM. Zo was a laugh and definitely enjoyed our time in the finance office. Thankful we found the truck we were looking for at a great price and in the PERFECT color. (Now that's hard to do when looking for a pre-owned vehicle.) I've been to this location a few times and every time I go it's always a pleasant experience. The staff treat you like a valued customer. Moreover they don't try to nickel and dime you. We purchased our vehicle from the previous owners of this dealership, but have continued to have them service our vehicle, which is still under warranty. When we do finally get the vehicle in for service, they seem to do a good job in correcting the problem we sought service for. However, my low rating is because it is incredibly difficult to contact them. There does not seem to be anyone to answer phone calls in the service department since each call we make is picked up by an answering machine, then forwarded to another answering machine. When one leaves a message, it sometimes takes days and multiple messages before anyone returns a call. If, by chance, someone does pick up the call, one is still forwarded to an answering machine in whatever department or service tech one has requested. This has happened multiple times when we have tried to reach someone because of a problem with our vehicle. Out of frustration, my husband often just goes to the dealership and has to wait around for someone to talk to, then make an appointment to bring the car back at a later date. This does not seem to be a practice that encourages consumers to want to use this dealership for either mechanical work or for buying another vehicle when one is treated in such a careless manner. I even tried the "text us" option that now appears on the website page. Someone did, in fact, respond within a couple of minutes, I gave her my request and asked for a prompt call back from a service technician, and now, as of 4 hours later, have not received any type of communication from the dealership. Very disappointing. I will be notifying Chrysler of my disappointment with this dealership.

Our favorite dealership in the valley!!!! Elmore Martin is the best. But all of them are. You can't go wrong making a purchase there. They are top notch with customer service and professionalism. The Warranty Forever program is peace of mind to a consumer. We have purchased two vehicles from Heggs in two years and had great experiences both times. I have now referred two friends/associates of whom have purchsed and are also satisfied customers. Marvin is so hospitable and makes youfeel part of their family. A great asset to their team.

Abrian listened to all my concerns I had with my truck and kept me well informed on my truck . Also went out of his way to make sure I was happy 100%. Answer to Heggs response; I only scratched the surface about my visitS to Heggs dealership. After I got over the fact that I was going to be charged thousands over the advertised price, I had some of the most disrespectful customer service I have EVER had anywhere. As I was saying I got over the fact that I would have to pony up for the extras that weren't disclosed in the advertised price because I really did find the truck I was looking for there. I decided to test drive said truck, and got the truck on the freeway and as we approached 70 mph, the truck began to shake. I thought it was odd as it only had 30k miles. I verified the vibration with the salesman who said he would get it to the shop for repair. The next day started a barrage of calls almost daily about where I am at with buying the truck and the salesman asked me not to buy anywhere else and assured me the truck was being fixed so we could continue with the deal. I halted my truck search in good faith that this truck would indeed be repaired and we would come to terms for the sale as agreed. Over a week goes by and I am receiving calls from the salesman making sure I haven't found a truck even after my reassurance I would not do so. I get a call on a Friday afternoon almost 2 weeks after initial visit to Heggs, and the salesman tells me " sorry the truck sold last night". ... really Heggs? Pretty shady..

They treated me with the utmost respect and helped me find what I wanted. I sat for a few minutes and I had 3 other sales guys stop by to make sure I was being help and did not need anything.I did not have cash and one of them gave me $2 to buy a snack and something to drink I think his name was Mike. I did go to the GMC dealer and was so disappointed with the fiance manager ,but Dodge made up for it. I not only got a great deal but I also got the great rebates they had to offer!!! I had a 2001 dodge durango that gave me no problems at all it was just old. I know one thing I will always buy from Dodge@ Superstition Springs! And I also have to say thanks to Marvin the marvelous as the called him. He was not my sales person but he did try and help me and he is a very nice person.If you are looking to buy a new dodge go see these guys you will be very happy and satisfied!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever from management to salesperson! Wasted my time, repeatedly lied to me, couldn't even do something as simple as clean the vehicle I purchased. Instead of owning it and trying to figure out a solution they made excuses and tried to waste enough of my time to make me give up. This is apparently what happens when you trust someone is telling the truth and keep giving them chances. They screwed up my license and registration and I almost got a ticket from the police. Currently, I am in the middle of dealing with their failure to payoff my trade-in. Their lack of respect for people is mind blowing! Even the general manager, Ben Saxton, will not return phone calls or emails. Do NOT give this company your business! They do not respect you.

Very pushy sales reps try to get you to sign a deal TODAY, with a price much higher than your max budget. I kept telling them we were only in the looking stage and that we're comparing brands, but they refused to let me test drive any cars until we had talked pricing and financing for an HOUR. How am I supposed to even know if I like the car before I drive it? We ultimately walked out on the rep after he had brought his manage to Fandangle pricing more.

Also, don't eat their free popcorn, my entire family got terrible food poisoning from it within hours.

I have been ripped off by this dealership and I have brought my car in to be fixed four times already and it is still not fixed. I have to bring it back again to get the same thing fixed. All they do is lie to you and charge you more money and do nothing but keep your car for a whole week the first time( was only going to take a day to fix) and then three days and then four days this last time. I asked for all the old parts and they gave me nothing but a whole bunch of lies. I had someone else look at my car and they told me that they never changed any of the parts that they charged me for.
I would not take my car back to have any other work done. I only have to take it back now because I have paid more than the work is worth. They charge you $160.00 an hour for labor on your car.

0 stars. Literally worst customer service experience ever. Since this dealership changed ownership we have been nothing but disappointed. I wish I could post a photo, I would attach a screen shot of my 30 phone calls in a three hour span that went completely unanswered. We NEVER got ahold of anyone. We received a voicemail from them sating the oil change was done and car was ready but it didn t mention anything about the two other services they were supposed to provide...we tried all afternoon to reach them to ask if everything was done. Never got ahold of anyone or a call back so we went to pick it up. Low and behold, the other two services weren t done. We picked it up anyway and took it to a different dealership.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with. I began communication with Joshua over the phone and he got back to me quickly with an out the door price for my dodge challenger SXT as I had asked. After work I came into the dealership and Joshua was there to greet me and get the paperwork started right away. The price he brought out on the paperwork was the same price as promised over the phone and I was very pleased with the deal. I got an outstanding deal on my car with great customer service and no hassles. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend Joshua and the Superstition Dodge dealership to anyone. The lot had very little used car inventory. It appeared to me that the company was far more interested in maximizing my pre-approved loan amount then helping me purchase a car within my budget. Wait they did offer me a $14,000 car for $27,000 and implied it was the best I could do with my credit. No... I did purchase a great car for a good price elsewhere, on the same day. I didn't feel like they wanted my business. I would have more respect for them if they would have just told me that there was nothing in their inventory to fit my needs.
Anyways that's what this review is for make sure you know what they are SELLING YOU. Watch Out for their predatory management. .....

I having the four different issues fixes on the dodge Dakota and still not fixed. Plus if I don't call for an update I don't get update on the work being done..... I understand I'm not there only client or having work done on a vehicle!!!! But a service department that is keeping a vehicle for more than 2 day they should give a daily update!

When working with the finance department, they attempted to raise the interest rate 2 points over what I qualified for - basically for added dealer profit (yes, this practice is legal - but unethical). Then the finance manager offered to lower my interest if I bought a warranty from them. Long story short, they didn't get by with it - and I also quick refinanced the loan to get an even better rate. They openly admitted to doing this and justified it by the fact their finance department is a "profit center". I'm not talking about potential partnerships these guys have with finance companies where they may get kickbacks - I am referring to the fact I was approved for interest rate "X" and they tacked almost 2 points right on top of that! So, you decide.. but this practice is not very ethical. There are too many options to deal with a place like this.
They tried to tell me "all dealerships do this".. This is an outright lie. I bought a new Honda Accord shortly after for my wife - from Honda Superstition Springs - got super low 1.99% financing from Honda - nothing added here. I also bought another Chrysler product for my daughter just last month (Dodge Dart) at Earnhardt - financed for just over 2% - no issues there either (and BTW, this place lost my return business - I bought the Dart elsewhere - when dealerships act like this, they hurt themselves in the long run). At the very least get your own financing or make sure the finance department discloses the actual rate.. or better yet - go elsewhere - why do business with a place like this??

I worked with Marc as I was looking into getting something that had 4 wheel drive. I wasn't very experienced with Jeep or what they were offering at the time for deals and he was spectacular. He took SO much time dealing with my endless questions was super patient and walked me thru EVERYTHING in each trim what the ups and downs of each model were. He wasn't pushy or just trying to close a deal , making sure I got exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

I can t say enough about this dealership and it s sales person Liam. I bought a new vehicle from them today and as a professional myself this staff was beyond professional.

Sales Manger to Finance was impeccable . The only thing I could that was not 100% perfect was the detail shop. Windows were not clean, there was something left on the interior door, which was removed by my salesman. I am positive they will make it right.

I will purchase from them again should the occasion develop but am so satisfied with my Hellcat that I don t expect to need any other vehicle for some time.

Delivery was beyond perfect. Due to curfew I was invited back to complete the introduction to this fabulous vehicle.

There was no one in the dealership that was not happy and pleasant from the time I pulled into the dealership to the time I left my every need was taken care of.

Purchase a wonderful A7 Audi from Courtesy Auto on July 3, 2020 after looking all over the US to find the car I wanted. I live in Alabama and my son found the car in AZ for me. However, they didn't send the title information to the state of Alabama in the county I live in which is Jefferson. I have called finance and ask for the management since July. I can not get anyone to help me correct this issue. They sent me copies just last week but they need originals or they can not issue me a tag. I have a wonderful car that I can not drive because of this problem. My DMV told me they should have mailed the paperwork to them. I am not representing the UPS Store only using the computer at work. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!! This dealership is literally a JOKE. If you value your vehicle, time, money, & LIFE... you won't go to this dealership. I rather drive 1 HOUR in traffic in the opposite direction with no AC on in the middle of the summer than give this dealership my business.

I bought a brand new $50k Dodge Ram last year from this dealership. It was a decent buying experience. BUT AFTER YOU SIGN THOSE PAPERS, customer service goes right out the window.

I had to take off work to get an oil change done. It was almost 6PM and I haven't heard back from the service department. I call in and they tell me they lost my vehicle on the property and couldn't find it. They didn't do the oil change. I had to take off another day of work to get my oil done. They couldn't even do it in a timely manner and had to give me a rental truck. What a joke.

This week, I bring my truck in because my push start isn't working correctly, I needed an oil change & tire rotation. They fix it, but completely FRY my touch screen radio system. Now I have no radio and I am going on a road trip tomorrow. I don't even have an option to turn the screen off, it's blinding in the middle of the night when driving (dangerous). They proceed to tell me it will take a week to order a new part.... a part they fried. My vehicle is brand new, what the f&^%. Is this a sick joke?

So Today, I go to turn my truck on and it won't even turn on! I had to get a jump. Now all my dash lights are on, my AC doesn t work... did they fry my computer too???? I am at a lost of words. This dealership needs completely new management and new service department. No one knows what the hell they're doing!!!! RUN... RUN FAST AND FAR. Spend your hard earned money at a place who will appreciate you!!!!!

I only waited a couple minutes before a gentleman asked what he could help me with. I asked how long the wait would be for an oil change and was advised it would be approximately 45 minutes. I lrft my keys in the car and waited in the lobby. It was less than 45 minutes when the gentleman returned my keys and he walked me out to my car. I think this visit was the best ever! Thank you for your excellent service.

Drove an Hour plus to get A NEW 5500 that was not new.
Ran my credit as well as my wife's online assuming the truck was new.
Now have multiple hard inquiries from this one place.
The NEW truck had over 3800 miles on it , chunks out of the tires,bed damage and alignment issues.
When I confronted the sales person Chris Williams about it he grabbed a manager. Management stated "well it's new to you"
I have filed report with attorney general for false advertising.
Steer clear of this shady business.

My name is Olivia Williams and my experience at Superstition Springs Heggs Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge Ram on September 4, 2017 was AWESOME. For 17 years I have driven and paid off Mitsubishi Eclipses GS and it served me well. However, every vehicle, overtime, reaches a point that you have to let it go and get a NEW ONE. For the past several months prior to purchasing my HONDA CRV 2015 I had interacted with several car salesmen and dealer ships. Mike Harding had the highest standard of professionalism, attentiveness, honest and straight forward. In world of uncertainty and being a female this car purchase was one of the best purchasing experiences ever beside my house LOL . The HONDA CRV 2015 had everything I wanted and was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere at this dealership was welcoming and exciting. I took my 80yr old mom and she had a great time. Beyond disappointed with this dealership. We bought a new Chrysler Pacifica a year ago, after shopping around, these guys were the friendliest and from our hometown of Houston, so we bought from them and have brought our van in for all the scheduled and recommended services this year.
The problems started from the beginning, our van had a putrid smell, an issue that went on for over 7 subsequent visits. Each time we would get our van back smelling so strong of deodorizer you could barely breathe. The 2nd or 3rd visit they actually checked the passenger compartment air filter, it stunk so bad that the service advisor, Sherry, wouldn't even touch it and almost gagged when she showed me the filter. Eventually, after contacting Chrysler and attempting to seek arbitration, I was contacted by the dealer and the problem was actually fixed, after 7-8 months. We have actually never had that "new car" smell.
We have had what I feel is an unreasonable amount of visits for warranty work, each issue has required multiple visits.
This last week was the worst. I bring the van in because the Auxiliary battery, that was recently replaced, was not working again and the rear hatch, that we had been in twice recently over because it wasn't opening and closing correctly, still wasnt opening and closing correctly. The passenger front tire was losing some air so I asked them to check the tires as well because we were going out of town this weekend.
The service advisor, Marc, called and informed me the van was ready but I had 2 bald tires in front that would need replacing. I questioned why a new van with only 15k miles needed new tires and he informed me that my tires have never been rotated, even though I have brought my van in for all recommended services. He said I had to specially request tire rotations, which I had, specifically asked the other advisor I had previously been assigned, Robert, and he told me the tires were rotated when the oil was changed, not to worry about it. Marc then tells me the only thing I can do is take my van to Discount Tires and see if they will warranty the tires because they are a Nexan dealer. I called Discount Tires and they informed me that l need service records showing proper maintenance for any warranty. After getting the van back, the tire is still losing air, only now the tire had been moved to the driver's side, I go to get air and the guy spots a nail in the tire and a big red scuff on the wheel.
I contact the service manager yesterday, explain everything and inform him that I have family coming into town and we are supposed to be heading to Northern AZ for the weekend. Today around noon, when we are supposed to be leaving, he contacted me, told me to come in and he'd take care of it and get me on the road right away I drive out and wait, after 30 minutes the tech informed me that all 4 tires have nails and staples in them and need replacing but they don't have the tires in stock.
So here I am, at Discount Tires, while my family, that flew in from Houston, angrily got a rental and went without me so they didn't lose all the money they spent on the tours in Jerome and Cottonwood they had planned for today.
I still haven't gotten a single answer about why the services on my vehicle weren't done aside from "I don't know" and Dave telling me that he hasn't had time to check into it.

He got me the jeep and features I wanted at the price we agreed on and did it in one afternoon (after another dealership told me it couldn't be done).

Charlie and Sam went above and beyond to assist me. Charlie made the buying experience as painless as possible. Sam ultimately was the one who told us about the big sale. We got a great deal on our vehicle and I could not be happier. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. I would also recommend working with Charlie and Sam over any other sale's reps I have ever had before.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My wife and I had our JEEP in and out of this shop over 6 times within a 5 month period. They had kept our vehicle for over five months at its longest point. We were constantly given the runaround about what was wrong with our vehicle. They even returned it back to us several times only for us to not be able to start it and when it would start it was smoking and shaking. We were constantly treated with disrespect and passed around to different members of their horrible customer service team and even when Chrysler customer care was involved (Jesse ) did absolutely nothing to rectify this situation on top of finally returning our car back to us five months later with all low tires, both the console and glove box taken apart and the car was filthy Along with no documentation of every part they tried to change and all the things they took apart on our vehicle to fix one simple problem which supposedly was the starter. I don t believe that one bit. I m absolutely disgusted with your company and I would never in 1 million years recommend somebody dealing with your company and the nightmare that you are. Still to this day you ve done nothing to rectify the situation you ve hung up on my wife and I several times and you ve treated us like complete trash. This vehicle is two years old and should not have had any of the issues that we ve already had with it. Do not purchase a vehicle from Jeep, Dodge, chrystler etc. I don t know how you sleep at night with the way you do business and the families that you not only Put in unsafe situations but constantly miss lead and treat terribly. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

Great buying experience, one of the best I've had overall. No bullshit, 10 mins of the haggle game, and great atmosphere. Really went out of their way and I could not be more pleased with both the deal I got and the way o was treated.

If you are looking for a new car, Mike Geary, is your guy. His professionalism, warm hearted sincere work ethics is what kept me around this place to purchase a vehicle. Young but determined to get you exactly what you want. Never pushy and never seemed "fake".
Finance guy was a little rough around the edges like most I've dealt with in the past but he did battle it with bank to get APR to where I wanted it. Again, probably would have walked out during that whole process if it wasn't for Mike Geary. Hope this company truly values the salesman that he is. He puts a good face to the company.
