This place only cares about sales (just like any other place where they sell stuff). Once you are a customer, service is deplorable, until you need a new car. I can't be mad at people working in service department, they just do not know any better. Also, so called LIFE TIME WARRANTY is just another sales gimmick ... do not fall for it. I learned my lesson.
