Update: After posting my original review, Jeremy Corrie of Customer Service contact me and rescheduled my appointment and made sure the parts were available. Thanks

I made an appointment for some recalls on my car. When I called, I was put on hold for them to make sure they would have the needed parts in stock. But, despite them confirming they had the parts, when I brought in my car a few days later as scheduled, I was told they didn't have the parts in stock
