Katie Bittles Review of Superstition Springs Chrysler ...
Hello,
Hello,
I would love you tell you about my experience at your dealership today. Yesterday I was on your website searching your inventory for a new car. I was asked if I wanted to chat and I clicked yes. I talked to someone about the 2017 Jeep compass that was in the inventory. They answered all my questions about it and then asked for my email. I gave them the email and I received 2 e mails from Matt Brown.
Hello Katie,
Thank you for your inquiry on our Jeep Compass. I am happy to tell you that this vehicle is still available and comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty as a thank you for doing business with us. The warranty is good nationwide and has zero deductibles on parts and labor. Are you able to come in today and see the Compass in person? This is first email sent to me July 31 at 5>56 PM
Hello Katie,
A wheelchair should fit in the back as long as its not a power wheel chair. Do you know the deminsions of the chair? This one was sent to me July 31 at 5:57 PM it was an answer to a question I had about the car we were talking about.
This the 3rd email sent to me on August 1 at 2:25 PM.
Hello Katie,
I wanted to follow up with you and see if you had any other questions about the Compass. I noticed that you opened my email but didn't reply. I would love the opportunity to earn your business and help you with any questions that you may have. Did you have a day in mind to come in and see the vehicle in person?
I came to the dealership to see this car on August 1 at 3:00 PM.
The first person I encountered was Kristie Phong She walked out of the dealership and I asked where the Jeep Compasses were located she pointed to the back parking lot and went back inside.
I brought the car up on my phone and pulled up the window sticker on the car that Matt was trying to sell me and guess what you guys sold that car this morning August 1 as a rental. But note the time I received the email to come and look at it. The next man that came and talked to me said it was sold a week ago as a rental. I don't know what his name was because at that point I don't care who he was I had no intentions of buying anything after all of the lies I had been told.
So here is my question for your dealership? Is this common practice or was I going to be taken advantage of because I was a woman or was it because I was asking questions and looking for a car I could fit my daughters wheelchair in. This makes me sad and makes me sick that you will do what ever it takes to get people in thinking they will buy when they get there.
So for Hegg's Jeep in Mesa AZ buyer beware.
