Sprint has been violating my basic human rights . ...

Sprint has been violating my basic human rights . they deny my access to my account. I have emails from their chats to prove this. Sprint has charged me over 3,600 for lines that I do not have, Twice in one month they cut off my service made me pay them $610.00 then refunded it back to me. I regret using Sprint. If i knew that their agents are not even in United states I will not even use their services. They have their calls wired to Singapore,Phillipines and India. Yet you wonder why we have Identity theft? how all our info in this country is easily accessed by other countries? Sprint has no stars from me. I put up one stars because it wil; not allow me to post without a star. ZERO STARS.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! We were stuck with an 18-month contract with Sprint with awful LTE coverage and sometimes non-functional service. They make claims that we know are obviously false, and they kept charging us for a service we don t receive! Also I had to talk to nine people on the phone and there was still no solution to our problem! We tried to switch but Sprint will charge us over $1,000 to switch before we end our contract! DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT! Thankfully our contract ended with them and we have AT&T, which provides much better service.

So this company is in the practice of lying to people and erroneously charging charges to cover up their incompetence. And when you confront them they lie, hang up on you, and try to say they aren't incompetent! Concerned how T-Mobile will be affected by this plague of a mobile service provider! If I could give half a star I would! This company is the WORST most corrupt company I've ever dealt with!

This service is worse than AT&T! As a Sprint user, I have had many many issues with Sprint, including poor service reconnection on LTE, even unexpected data charges, etc. Verizon experiences much less problems, and so does AT&T; though their customer service is very poor as well. I hope in the future they can repair their issues because right now, they really are just running their service rather than actually helping their customers. Terrible service at terrible prices, coming from a guy who lives literally almost 5 minutes away from their world headquarters!

1/5 star rating for such an unacceptable quality and the fact its terrible entirely.

Sprint is the worst company EVER!! Do not get SPRINT!! They will charge you for a contract, that is out dated and they "say they notified you of the charges that are coming thru" I NEVER received an email or mail from sprint indicating they were going to charge my account. When I spoke with the "escalation team" they have the WORST customer service. I had to ask to speak to someone else who could show a bit more empathy of the situation, the agent told me there was no one else to speak to. I had to then ask to speak to her sup who showed slightly more compassion then the agent who is representing the company. Do not go to SPRINT they will take charges out of your account without your consent!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

They sold me a defective phone and I canceled my service returned the phone and NOW THEY HAVE TRIED THREE TIMES TO FRAUDULENTLY TAKE OVER $1000 out of my checking account. To top it off they have now put me in collections for a phone THEY HAVE HAD IN THEIR STORE AND BACK ON THE SHELF FOR SALE!! I would never EVER USE SPRINT AGAIN AND AM WARNING EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT THIEVES THEY ARE!!! Worst place EVER!!! Getting an attorney and calling the media! Suing them for trying to ruin my credit!!

Sprint itself has actually been fine except for the obligatory price increase on rates after 18 months. However, when I bought the phone I bought an insurance plan. When my phone was lost I thought, "great, I have replacement insurance; I can use it?" Right? No. Asurion, the insurance provider Sprint uses, promises next day delivery unless you have the misfortune to request the phone on a Thursday evening or Friday and then the delivery is in three days. Also, they do not have any live person with whom you can speak to negotiate, and the replacement has to be done via the web. You cannot get the phone replaced in a store. Delivery in 3 days? Who can be without a phone for that long? So I have paid $13 a month for almost 2 years, then I had to pay $225, and then I have to wait 3 days. I think the plan is a ripoff and would advise against it. I would have been better off not having the insurance and just buying a new phone outright. I do not recommend getting their insurance replacement.

Worst service ever.. dropped calls, bad connections, can't hear words, two bars only never LTE except if were in store. Getting a complete run around from the company. Investigation after investigation with no return calls. We even went as far is to have a complete diagnostic done by Apple plus a new sim with no change is service.

If you choose Sprint, be ready to be overcharged $20-$40 every single month. Also, be ready to contact them every month to resolve the same issue with no success.

After 12 years and i qoute " elite gold memeber loyalty " status i achieved with sprint. The thousands of dollars spent. Me and my wife were treated so terrible this past weekend by costumer service. Over 200 dollars. We called in a week ago to try and payoff phones to get our bill cheaper and qas told one price. Called in this weekend and was told 250 dollars more. After 6 phone calls and 8 hours on the phone or on hold with them. I finally just paid it so i could move on. When we asked them to unlock our phones so we could leave this sweet lady did try to do it for us and succeed with one. When we called in to ask why the others had not been done, they acted as if they had never even heard from us. SPRINT After 12 years and " gold status" and thousands of dollars, your a joke. I get im just one person of millions of costumers. But thats just bad economics you traded 4 to 6 thousand a year for 200 dollars im not smart but sounds like a bad trade. Plus I will never recommend another person to sprint ever again. SHAME ON YOU.

I have been a Sprint customer for many years. The customer service has been declining for business for the last several years. Last month I had had enough and switched to another carrier for our business. Closed the account 2 days after the end of the billing cycle and will have to pay for the whole next month. When I talked to the Sprint rep they said that last year Sprint changed their policy which took away the reps ability to make adjustments in an effort to satisfy customers. They truly do not care about keeping existing customers or making any effort to attract lost customers back. We will never be back. This is only one of several issues we have had with them.

This is one of the many times Sprint has literally screwed us over in the past 16 years as a loyal business customer. This time they sent me faulty equipment when I ordered accessories with the upgraded phone I ordered. I could have ordered the same accessories cheaper on a number of online stores. I received the items and the wireless charger "Belkin" brand is depleting my battery power instead of charging it. The order was placed on 5/13 and received on 5/15/19. Today is the 28th and they are telling me there is nothing they can do for me. They won't send out a return package and will not refund or even exchange the product. They are tell me 14 DAY RETURN POLICY ON ACCESSORIES. I am at the 13th day.

I do not have specifics on the many similar problems we have had with considering the time frame of 16 years. We have also had issues where they just randomly add charges to the bill that are not a regular monthly contracted rate, forget to apply discounts and jack up prices when a contract is not even completed.

We are switching to AT&T finally as we should have done years ago.

I was attempting to report a possible identity theft case to Sprint Credit, and the rude Sprint representative there says she can't tell me at which Sprint store a fraudulent application was made. And just said goodbye. When I called the Sprint customer service line, they had me wait only to try to sell me an iPhone!!! Stay away from them. May have to look at another carrier as I've been with Sprint for 5 years, and I get treated horribly for inquiring about a potential Identity theft issue.

I made an appointment with Sprint and three days later when I arrived at the Retail Store the Representative wasn't even there at the designated time HE gave me. Was told "he would be in later" and they said I would have to come back later. I attempted to speak with the "Supervisor" later that day and he offered NO apology. I guess this is the type of service you can expect when you have been a long time Spring customer 15+ years.

#Sprint WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I switched to Sprint...

#Sprint WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I switched to Sprint from AT&T and provided my own phone so that I would qualify for the promotion they have currently(port your number and provide your own device from AT&T or Verizon...get 1 year unlimited call, text and data free...just pay taxes). The first time I called customer service to set everything up I was on the phone with them for over 1 hour and 37 minutes. I was told that everything was finally set up and I also ordered the Sprint Drive device and service...paid $38.00 for "taxes or whatever", $4.00 for a sim card to be sent to me and was advised that everything was being shipped to my residence. I started getting text messages on my phone saying that I was in danger of exceeding my plan's 2 gig data limit...I was supposed to be on the unlimited plan....so I called customer service again where I was transferred to 4 different people...wason the phone for a total of 1 hour and 17 minutes...just to be advised that whomever
had set my account up previously "didn't do it right" and that they would have to escalate my account to upper management so that I could be switched to the unlimited plan that I was told I was on. I was advised that I would receive a phone call in 3 to 7 days to tell me what upper management "decides to do" my account. The next day...I have been tracking the Sprint Drive online through UPS...and it was to be delivered by 8pm. I get a voicemail around noon from Sprint stating that my request had been processed and they have contacted UPS and had them return the Drive to sender....I NEVER REQUESTED THAT....So I called Sprint AGAIN and was transferred 3 times....the 3rd person I spoke with, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, stated, "they all busy with customers now" and that I could "leave her a message for them and get a call back within 5 days". That round of musical agents only lasted 1 hour and 12 minutes...just to be advised that I could order another Sprint Drive...uummm NO! and that I would only be credited $17.00 as a courtesy to my account for the trouble...WHAT ABOUT THE $38.00 I PAID THE FIRST DAY???? and A COURTESY?!?!? I was also advised that in reference to my cellular plan...they have to assign my number to the $45.00 plan for now until we hear from management about my unlimited plan....Fast forward to today (4 days from initial port) my bill is over $60.00 and my internet is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!

UPDATE!!!
I received an email and a notice from Sprint today advising me that I am not allowed to have the promotion and that I have to either sign up for a full priced post paid plan or I can choose to Port my number to another company. This entire promotion is a scam...it's ridiculous! I have copies of the advertisement as well as photos of promotional literature with all the fine print...

During my stint in Kansas now, I am having the opportunity to work at the Sprint office. And it is spread across a vast area and is majestic - the beautiful fountains, the lush greenery, its architecture - epic!!

Never had an issue with Sprint except when I call, I have to ask for a US representative. All the folks at this campus, in their retail store are phenomenal! You'd expect that especially at this location.

Paid off a debt of $999 last year on december 3rd. That was the last I owned Sprint. They hit me in SEPTEMBER this year about a charge in MARCH of this year that the payment was late. I HAVEN'T DONE ANY BUSINESS WITH SPRINT SINCE I PAID OFF MY DEBT IN DECEMBER OF 2019! Now they're trying to get me for $298..... if anyone would like to bring any legal documents of how they've messed you around, I'd like to open a lawsuit against sprint and we could add everyone's own account issue as a rider in my lawsuit. Let's make some money off these scammers!

The call service is pretty crappy in the Western part of the country. Back east it was pretty solid service. Over all their verification procedures are out dated. One would think as wealthy as a company as this they would invest in a software to follow routed calls to the live person and know whom the customer is without a need for tripple verification. Once the information is entered into the keypad and verified there should not be a reason verbally have to give that info again.... Trash company, they don't even know how to help customers... Reading the same information available to the customer online.. my dog shows more signs of intelligence then the staff at this company. Charging well over a $100 for one line, customer loyalty means shit to these two bit Money hungry weasels.

I canceled a line last year..((May 2018)) and when I went to upgrade my phone today I found Sprint never cancelled the line and has been charging me 20 a month for a year for a phone I no longer have.. ((because I closed the line and paid it off ))
When my husband called today he was advised that Sprint has a 60 day dispute policy and the manager was not only condescending but rude..
I am a hard working mother of 3 and have been with Sprint for a long time. I thought being with such well known company with a outstanding customer reputation that I would receive the best service around. BUT ...
Today you are ruining the Sprint name by jumping through all of your legal loop holes to get out of paying me back what I have been over billed for the mistake Sprint made..

I normally do not post reviews. I've been with sprint for 17+ years and have enjoyed my experience until now. I've promoted sprint to several hundreds of people because I liked there Services and customer service. At this point I'm looking more toward Verizon. I talked someone into choosing sprint instead of Verizon and they were told that they could keep there number. The person either lied or didn't know the proper procedures and it has cost us 5 months worth of headaches. All I asked was to speak to a supervisor to resolve this and have been transferred to people in the same department that were either friends of the person I would complain on or just incompetent themselves. I am trying to reach the Corporate office and I ended up here to right this review. Will update it if someone contacts me.

Unfortunately, your customer service was horrible the rep Stacker did not performer well because there was loud music, Kids loud and tons of breakage within the call. I could not hear much as I stated to Stacker it was loud, he laughed with cause me to be very upset. I am disappointed because I have been with Sprint for over 10 yr. I asked several questions while trying to work with the rep. This was a bad interaction I am very upset. I was then billed wrong on top of that. I want an action taken as by husband Dave has reached out to the head corp. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP

I am generally a very positive person but with regard to Srint Wireless I'm pretty disappointed. I feel that Sprint has literally stolen thousands of dollars from me over the course of several years. I paid 270$ (+ or - a few bucks) a month for two phone services that, in my opinion, really weren't even as good as a prepaid service. Also, the "extras" like personal hotspot, never once worked. After noticing I was being overcharged, I reached out to customer service periodically for several weeks in an effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I wasn't helped in any way. In fact I ended being charged more money! After this experience I decided to cancel my service. However, it cost me an additional 650 to terminate the service. I had to pay 300$ per phone to "own" them in order to cancel service plus the reoccurring srvice payments while I gathered the 650 of disposable income. Which is a pretty normal contract stipulation, however, in this case one phone was purchased with cash at the full amount and I already owned it, the other phone was paid out through the lease agreement (nearly two years prior) and should have also already been owned. But still I was having to pay the monthly lease term on both phones. In turn, I had to continue being ripped off until I could come up with the money to buy out the people who were ripping me off. AGAIN, SPRINT COLLECTED NEARLY A THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ME, WHILE I WAS TRYING TO PAY THEM TO STOP RIPPING ME OFF, BECAUSE I CAUGHT THEM RIPPING ME OFF. AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO OUTSIDE OF COURT. DO NOT USE THIS CELL PROVIDER.

We signed up for Sprint in March of 2018. We could never get service in St. George. We live right next to a TOWER! Finally switched in March 2019. Went to this store where they said our line was cancelled and we are good to go. Sprint continued to bill us for the next 4 months until we realized it wasn't cancelled! I have called customer service, they said they would review it and take care of it. I GOT BILLED AGAIN!! Please avoid at all costs!

Customer for over 5yr and never any issues, even great customer service, though wait times can be extensive at Lancaster store in Salem, Oregon. My problem stems from 8/10/19 when store manager Kyle assured all 4 of us on the plan that these new LG phones were great (no they are not we later have learned). He also told us about this promotion where we can get these blue tooth headsets essentially for free as we will each get a $130 visa gift card and we don't need to do anything as he will process the rebate forms. I started contacting the store and the customer service number 8 wk later when I wanted to check on the rebates. Kyle is no longer there, Lai is now the manager. I am told I need to wait the minimum 10 wk for processing. Numerous call to Lai and constantly being told I am working with LG rep on this- we will make good on this promotion. Here we are now OVER 6mo later and of course, Lai has been replaced with Juan, yet again, a new manager! Now Juan says he has put in a request for Sprint to issue the $520 refund yet every time I call, or go in, I am told that the district manager hasn't responded to his request yet. I would like a resolution so I can edit this review. I am simply tired of these yahoos blowing smoke up my skirt! Dates contacted: 8/10, 10/2 customer service and Lai, 10/9,10/17, 11/16 I was told by Lai that Jim the LG rep was working on this. Contacted again 11/20, 11/22, 12/10, 12/19, 1/2, 1/7 I went to store myself and called again 1/8 and 1/23. Returned o store in person 1/25. Called again 1/31 and 2/6. Returned in person 2/10. I have been WAY too patient.

All they care about is money. Not customer satifaction. I switch to sprint for lower bill and got higher bill. Worse service and lied to everytime i talk to them. Sprint will make false claims to keep your account...

Sprint will make false claims to keep your account, then will send a bill charging you even more. They have no respect for their customers. You will spend on average 2 hours on the phone each time you call with an issue. It will take up to 4 calls for any one issues. Customer service will let you vent without interruption, however they will also do nothing to help you. You will be sent to three levels of customer service. Finally, you will be told you will have to wait for a supervisor to vall you back. Do NOT wait. They are never calling you back. This is the worst provider in the Kansas City market. Customer service is a joke. If I could give no stars on my review, I would.

Can never speak to anyone in the US. They reported to my credit report inaccurately stated they would fix it I have disputed it doe two years. I finally got paperwork of proof from them and they still have not fixed and I cannot get anyone to help.
