I have been a Sprint customer for many years. The customer service has been declining for business for the last several years. Last month I had had enough and switched to another carrier for our business. Closed the account 2 days after the end of the billing cycle and will have to pay for the whole next month. When I talked to the Sprint rep they said that last year Sprint changed their policy which took away the reps ability to make adjustments in an effort to satisfy customers. They truly do not care about keeping existing customers or making any effort to attract lost customers back. We will never be back. This is only one of several issues we have had with them.
