They are crooks in the worst way! If I could give a negative star I would! They sold me a defective phone and I canceled my service returned the phone and NOW THEY HAVE TRIED THREE TIMES TO FRAUDULENTLY TAKE OVER $1000 out of my checking account. To top it off they have now put me in collections for a phone THEY HAVE HAD IN THEIR STORE AND BACK ON THE SHELF FOR SALE!! I would never EVER USE SPRINT AGAIN AND AM WARNING EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT THIEVES THEY ARE!!! Worst place EVER!!! Getting an attorney and calling the media! Suing them for trying to ruin my credit!!
