I am generally a very positive person but with regard to Srint Wireless I'm pretty disappointed. I feel that Sprint has literally stolen thousands of dollars from me over the course of several years. I paid 270$ (+ or - a few bucks) a month for two phone services that, in my opinion, really weren't even as good as a prepaid service. Also, the "extras" like personal hotspot, never once worked. After noticing I was being overcharged, I reached out to customer service periodically for several weeks in an effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I wasn't helped in any way. In fact I ended being charged more money! After this experience I decided to cancel my service. However, it cost me an additional 650 to terminate the service. I had to pay 300$ per phone to "own" them in order to cancel service plus the reoccurring srvice payments while I gathered the 650 of disposable income. Which is a pretty normal contract stipulation, however, in this case one phone was purchased with cash at the full amount and I already owned it, the other phone was paid out through the lease agreement (nearly two years prior) and should have also already been owned. But still I was having to pay the monthly lease term on both phones. In turn, I had to continue being ripped off until I could come up with the money to buy out the people who were ripping me off. AGAIN, SPRINT COLLECTED NEARLY A THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ME, WHILE I WAS TRYING TO PAY THEM TO STOP RIPPING ME OFF, BECAUSE I CAUGHT THEM RIPPING ME OFF. AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO OUTSIDE OF COURT. DO NOT USE THIS CELL PROVIDER.
