This is one of the many times Sprint has literally screwed us over in the past 16 years as a loyal business customer. This time they sent me faulty equipment when I ordered accessories with the upgraded phone I ordered. I could have ordered the same accessories cheaper on a number of online stores. I received the items and the wireless charger "Belkin" brand is depleting my battery power instead of charging it. The order was placed on 5/13 and received on 5/15/19. Today is the 28th and they are telling me there is nothing they can do for me. They won't send out a return package and will not refund or even exchange the product. They are tell me 14 DAY RETURN POLICY ON ACCESSORIES. I am at the 13th day.

I do not have specifics on the many similar problems we have had with considering the time frame of 16 years. We have also had issues where they just randomly add charges to the bill that are not a regular monthly contracted rate, forget to apply discounts and jack up prices when a contract is not even completed.

We are switching to AT&T finally as we should have done years ago.
