SPRINT CUSTOMER CARE IS HORRIBLE. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE A MATTER THAT IS A SPRINT SYSTEMATIC ERROR, AND EVERY DEPARTMENT IS GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND FOR MONTHS. CHARGING HER FOR ITEMS SHE NEVER PURCHASED, TURNED OFF HER SERVICE AND PROMISING TO INVESTIGATE WITH NO FOLLOW UP CALL BACK. SPRINT REALLY NEEDS TO DO BUSINESS BETTER. WE WILL HAVE TO BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO RESOLVE A MATTER THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE INTERNALLY. TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY IS BEING WASTED.
