I made an appointment with Sprint and three days l...

I made an appointment with Sprint and three days later when I arrived at the Retail Store the Representative wasn't even there at the designated time HE gave me. Was told "he would be in later" and they said I would have to come back later. I attempted to speak with the "Supervisor" later that day and he offered NO apology. I guess this is the type of service you can expect when you have been a long time Spring customer 15+ years.
