The call service is pretty crappy in the Western part of the country. Back east it was pretty solid service. Over all their verification procedures are out dated. One would think as wealthy as a company as this they would invest in a software to follow routed calls to the live person and know whom the customer is without a need for tripple verification. Once the information is entered into the keypad and verified there should not be a reason verbally have to give that info again.... Trash company, they don't even know how to help customers... Reading the same information available to the customer online.. my dog shows more signs of intelligence then the staff at this company. Charging well over a $100 for one line, customer loyalty means shit to these two bit Money hungry weasels.
