Brian and his assistant Linda run contrary to the typical stereotype of house flippers. They both are professional and follow through with statements, appointments and interests.
Plan B provides a local, hands-on approach to a real estate transaction, which is an attribute not found in many service businesses these days. I recommend Plan B as an alternative to conventional home selling processes when circumstances require a quicker transaction. In some cases sellers will follow the traditional broker path but in our case Plan B worked out well..

Brian is an honest, trustworthy, and straightforward person to work with. He has personally helped, advised, and provided service references for me with a current renovation I have ongoing. I needed to sell a house I had on north 25 th st. It was a short sale. The realtor that works at plan b was amazing at dealing with the mortgage lender. Omg and then I had a forgivable loan/grant when I bought the house and it was still on the house as a loan! Omg the realtor just took care of it! It was wonderful.the closing was smooth as silk.

Sends correspondence to my mother regarding the "estate" of my mother. Given that my mother is the subject of an "estate" she really can't answer. Also advises her that selling property while it is in probate is fine and that she can cash out the asset without all the court red tape. I wonder if he read her will. These things may mean he's not too bright...but preying on the grieving and giving them legal advice means he's reprehensible.

horrible. Rented from they they charged me for everything that went wrong. The neighbor hood is ridiculous. It was bedbug infested and they tried to say brung them when everything in my house was new. Then it came up that the house has been treated 2x for them. They tried charging me $700 for the treatment. Linda is very rude and needs to get off her high horse. Brian had a random man try to take $3000 out my house and took my mail with no 5 day notice no permission and no notice. The man he sent was not a contractor and was trying to steal my stuff. when I got there and showed him I know my rights be decided to leave my things. if you don't know your rights or don't stick up for your self they will take mass advendentage of you.

We found Brian and his team at Plan B Homebuyers to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. This was especially important to us because our end of the transaction was completed from 800 miles away.

All of our questions and concerns were dealt with in a prompt manner, they made the closing extremely easy, and the price was fair. There's nothing more we could have asked for.
