Customer for over 5yr and never any issues, even great customer service, though wait times can be extensive at Lancaster store in Salem, Oregon. My problem stems from 8/10/19 when store manager Kyle assured all 4 of us on the plan that these new LG phones were great (no they are not we later have learned). He also told us about this promotion where we can get these blue tooth headsets essentially for free as we will each get a $130 visa gift card and we don't need to do anything as he will process the rebate forms. I started contacting the store and the customer service number 8 wk later when I wanted to check on the rebates. Kyle is no longer there, Lai is now the manager. I am told I need to wait the minimum 10 wk for processing. Numerous call to Lai and constantly being told I am working with LG rep on this- we will make good on this promotion. Here we are now OVER 6mo later and of course, Lai has been replaced with Juan, yet again, a new manager! Now Juan says he has put in a request for Sprint to issue the $520 refund yet every time I call, or go in, I am told that the district manager hasn't responded to his request yet. I would like a resolution so I can edit this review. I am simply tired of these yahoos blowing smoke up my skirt! Dates contacted: 8/10, 10/2 customer service and Lai, 10/9,10/17, 11/16 I was told by Lai that Jim the LG rep was working on this. Contacted again 11/20, 11/22, 12/10, 12/19, 1/2, 1/7 I went to store myself and called again 1/8 and 1/23. Returned o store in person 1/25. Called again 1/31 and 2/6. Returned in person 2/10. I have been WAY too patient.
