I canceled a line last year..((May 2018)) and when I went to upgrade my phone today I found Sprint never cancelled the line and has been charging me 20 a month for a year for a phone I no longer have.. ((because I closed the line and paid it off ))
When my husband called today he was advised that Sprint has a 60 day dispute policy and the manager was not only condescending but rude..
I am a hard working mother of 3 and have been with Sprint for a long time. I thought being with such well known company with a outstanding customer reputation that I would receive the best service around. BUT ...
Today you are ruining the Sprint name by jumping through all of your legal loop holes to get out of paying me back what I have been over billed for the mistake Sprint made..
