We love the service, amenities, and food! This is our second trip and it feels like a slice of heaven.
Get breakfast at Rum Runners with your feet in the sand and enjoy poolside drinks from RR or Harry's! The ocean view is gorgeous at sunset and there is lots of beach to build castles and hunt for shells. The watersports are right at the beach, no need to go anywhere else. (Grocery, pharmacy, putt putt, coffee shops and several restaurants are within walking distance. Or you can rent a bike at the lobby.) This will be our annual spot!!

Resort and amenities were great. Location was fantastic.
I booked a 2 queen bed room suite with a balcony, but was disappointed that you couldn't actually sit out on the balcony. You were able to open the sliding doors but couldn't step out to get air or get the real view of the ocean-which was actually in viewing distance from the room.
The room itself was spectacular in size, and decor but having a balcony to have my coffee on in the morning is my #1 reason why I usually book a property.
I do my research, take my time before booking etc. So I was bummed when I saw 'the balcony'.
I called the front desk. They offered another room on a lower floor, minus a bed and with a balcony.
This left 1 guest on the pull out sofa.
My suggestion is, please don't list that room type with a true balcony if you can't put a chair out to sit on. Seems like false advertising.
My other suggestion, at my check-in- I'm sure there are repeat visitors but it was my first time at Sirata Beach Resort. Although I am a local Floridian (nearby county).
The reservation agent didn't really explain anything or even give me a map of the property. I found myself having to stop and ask questions after the fact.
Please at least ask your guest if they've ever stayed at the property or if they have any questions or need anything. A little goes a long way.
Family friendly. I would *not* say luxurious. Comfortable beds. Slept in a newly renovated room. People/ staff were very friendly. Need to remove the outdoor carpet in the halls. I believe there is water damage. The wall AC units seemed to be damp and not pull out very much humidity. Although the room was newly renovated there were still some improvements that needed to be made in the bathroom. We had a couple of issues but the front desk took care of it. You definitely are paying for the beach access. Beach access was great.
We booked the reservation for Monday and Tuesday nights after reading on the Sirata s website that they had reopened with extra precautions to keep their staff and guests safe. This was not our first time at the Sirata. We have stayed many times and been very happy. This trip was not a good experience.
The extra precautions weren t really implemented. Although the staff we saw were wearing masks, most of them had the masks pulled down only covering their mouths. The pools were crowded. The resort did not control the number of people allowed in the pool nor did they enforce social distancing anywhere. They did not have staff wiping down high-touch surfaces like tables, chairs, door handles, or elevators.
We arrived at 1:45 pm. Check in is at 4:00 pm. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready and it was time to come back to get our room keys. We went about our day, and at 4:30 we tried calling the front desk four times, receiving no answer each time. We went to the front desk and found the line of people wrapped around the building and decided to go out to dinner and come back. When we came back at 7:45 pm, we had to wait for over 15 minutes to get a room number and keys. Upon arrival in the room we found it was not really clean. The floor was sandy, the ceiling and fan had dust bunnies hanging down, the bedside table had some kind of spill that had dried, and the television remote had been made up into the bed. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and the box of tissues had only a couple tissues left in the box. Throughout our stay we found that the sink was leaking and the AC didn t keep the room very cool.
Very disappointed with this property! We have stayed here several times in the past and hosted a wonderful destination wedding here a few years back, but our most recent stay was shocking! Dirty, smelly rooms, unprofessional staff, and generally a very lack luster property especially for the price. Certainly a noticable difference from a few years ago.
We spent 2 hours standing in line just to check in. Just enough time for the clouds to roll in. So that ruled out the beach. Then we get to our room and the Televisions were not working. Walls are thin so we had to listen to a crying baby all night and to top it off we had to sleep through droplets from the leaking ceiling and wake up to a puddle in the middle of the hall. I did not want to be rude or ask for anything back because they looked swamped but acknowledging our situation or even a "sorry" would have been nice. Waste of money and time.
The stay was pretty nice. For such an expensive stay it could be better though. Food at the restaurants like the Compass grill and the little beach bar were kind of sub par TBH. Beautiful beach and amenities. Would recommend.
Checked in to this hotel and was put in a room that hadn t been cleaned- shopping bags in the room, pillows on the floor, unmade beds. Clearly a mistake right? Not happy, but mistakes happen so I just call the front desk to request a different room. The girl who answers HANGS UP ON ME! I walk back down to the office and the manager tells me that he doesn t believe the girl hung up on me and won t apologize and neither will she. I am appalled at their customer service! I would have left if this hotel wasn t prepaid by my employer for a conference I am attending. That night a roach crawls across the wall of my new clean room and the electricity in the hotel goes out. This place is the worst. No one will even answer the phone in the office. Save your money and spend it at a Holiday Inn.
Horrible place for way too much money. Bathroom was in terrible shape moldy shower curtain and bugs in the bathtub. Called because the room had no cups for coffee or anything else told us they would bring them after a day and a half we finally went to the front desk to get some and got lots of attitude from Glenn. It's so so so different from what they advertise. I suggest look for something else this place is horrible on so many levels. We were on the 2nd floor and we observed a guy walking around the pool area looking in people's things and begging for drinks and cigarettes from everyone for at least 2 days no one said a word to him. Made my what was supposed to be a celebration weekend into a nightmare of just get through it and back home kind of weekend. The sofa was full of sand had to put a towel on it to sit and the towels the ones that weren't rags were so stiff they were terrible. Some of them were shredded like rags. This place needs a good health inspection seriously its going to make someone sick.
Waited 2 hours in line to check in. Room was supposed to have a large soaking tub, a docking station, a coffee machine. It had none of that. The sliding glass door to the balcony was broken and wouldnt fully close so when it stormed there was water on the floor by the door. One of the tvs didnt work. Called the front desk at least 6 times never got an answer. We were told there was room service but could never get anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk or the restaurant when we called from the room phone. Finally we called the beach bar directly from our cell to order room service and they told us their kitchen was closed. 1 hour before it was scheduled to close online... i would not recommend this place
40 dollars a day for resort fee and maintenance is horrible. Place was filthy after covid you think it was cleaned better. Would not stay again unless kidnapped a d drugged and held hostage there. Wish I could add photos.
Absolutely horrible customer service, Some team members are nice but it looks like they are almost on edge and trying hard... We had a horrible service with beach rentals, guys working there are unethical and have no customer service skills,it was a last drop with them..... Think twice and do not stay here!!! if it wasnt for Kristina at front desk we would have left and cancelled our stay through Expedia.
The location, amenities and service was great. The rooms were dated; definitely room for improvement there. But all together; we would definitely stay here again.
The main pool was drained and the only other available pool was packed with people, we never received house cleaning for our whole stay when we asked for clean sheets we waited 3.5 hours after called 2 times! And then we had to make our own beds! And we waited another 2 hours for clean towels. Over all the whole visit was not what we expected would definitely recommend the trade winds resort down the road, will not be staying here again. Very unhappy would definitely pay more to have a hotel that cares about its guests I will never bring my family here again!
This resort is not as clean as I would ve liked/expected. There was sand all over the floor in our room and it was like it hadn t been thoroughly mopped. They ve done a nice job with the renovations, but there s still a lot of upgrades that need to be done. I honestly thought it was overpriced. The suite was cramped. As soon as you walk into the room, the king size bed is right there.
The best part of Sirata is the view. The room was fine, having a kitchenette in my room was a nice touch. However, my towels were all stained and the toiletries in the shower were all mislabeled resulting in me washing my hair with body wash. In one of the meeting rooms for the conference I was attending, the ceiling started to leak a LOT of water out of no where (it wasn't even raining). The renovations they've done are nice and it's clear there are more underlying problems that need to be fixed.
I am VERY disappointed. We are staying here now and the location is great and the room is ok too. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. My sheets are bloody and so I ask for housekeeping to come switch my bed. The front desk tells me they have left and security can bring me sheets. I call the next day to inquire about getting my bed remade, after all we just checked in and the operator was extremely rude to me. She said they are not doing rooms due to COVID, not sure why precautions aren't being taken and then cleaning our rooms. She said they will not remake the bed....simple request for my $2500 stay. I asked her name and she said I don't give that out and told me to call the director on Friday. Really??? We won't be back.
Overall, this place is ok. You can stay here and fell safe and comfortable.
Pros: 2 beach chairs provided 2 heated pools Splash pad for kids Sunsets Happy hour every day
Cons: Rooms need Major updating Very few rooms with true balconies. Most are just a walk way to your room with chairs outside. Even after requesting towels, wash rags, hand towels, they never showed up (multiple times) Provide beach/pool towels but out regularly; slow to refill if ever No option for umbrella rental on beach No one answers if you call front desk, from inside or outside the resort Every area is under staffed, if you need 4 bar tenders, they have 1 or 2. If you need 4 wait staff, they have one or two. Lost money as people were literally walking away from bar because couldn't get service
We had an amazing weekend! From the moment we first arrived to when we checked out, we were treated liked wanted guests (some hotels treat you like you're just there). The food, the service, the views, the room- everything came together to make our trip supremely relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
Almost $400 a night. Wanted to cancel last min and expected to pay a fee but instead they would be charging full price. So we ended up on going. No late check out. All food service close about 10pm. Front desk said pool was open til 11:30pm so when we headed down they closed right at 11pm. So the employees are not properly informed of their hotel rules. The room is big and has a fridge and microwave but the AC is poor. Uncomfortable temperature for us and the kids. The experience we had is that of a glorified motel at the price of a resort. If you want a real resort experience do not goto the Sirata.
I loved this place, it was amazing! I went there for my uncle Brent Nye's wedding. We had so much fun and I would recommend this place to anyone with class.
This resort is on a beautiful beach, but many things were wrong as soon as we checked in. Main issues are the MASSIVE amount of construction that is happening on the resort grounds. When making my reservation I asked specifically about construction schedule and whether it would inhibit our stay at all, their response was "No, the construction is happening in a different part of the resort than where your room is." -Take a look at the picture outside our room. Over 50% of the entire place is being demolished and/or under construction of some sort. Very upsetting. The main saving grace is the natural beauty of the beach next to the outdoor bar.
This is a great 3* hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was great, and the location is absolutely perfect. Totally worth the money to upgrade to a beachfront room!!!
This place is amazing! Right on the beach. Rooms are very nice. Full size refrigerator, and microwave and sink. The bar has great food too. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!
Location was a 5! Had a room with a view of pool and beach-exactly what we wanted. What made this place stand out was the exceptional helpfulness of every staff member we encountered. Kim in concierge was especially helpful problem-solving our itinerary. Beds were comfortable--small bathroom but wasn't there long enough to care! Will definitely recommend and re-visit!
I love this resort. Our family has stayed here 4-5x over the past 10 years. The staff are great, rooms clean, tasty food and drink and the amenities rock. LOVE the live music from 12-10pm. Highly recommend!
Last year I had no plans for my birthday and last minute booked this place morning of my birthday. Here it is coming up one another year older and I'm wishing I could celebrate here again but I'm here in California for work. Just stopped in to say that Sirata went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our stay last year. We had a bottle of white wine in our room with a lovely birthday card. I called to ask to switch rooms since there was a palm tree in our view of the beach and also asked for a bottle of red wine. They quickly switched our room and bottle of wine without any hesitation. We LOVED the bar, bartenders and the pool environment. Room service for breakfast on the patio and watching the sunrise on the bay was amazing. Will be staying here again at some point, highly recommend!!
We will definitely be back. Rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. Huge portions at the restaurants at reasonable prices. Loved the firepit set up by Harry's Bar. Staff was friendly and timely with requests.
Had to stay there not for vacation, but for a conference nearby. Room was exactly like in the picture, although no beach view. Rooms are updated and clean, but the whole building looks old. The line at the front desk at times was really really long. Did not have a chance to use resort facilities (but still you have to pay for them for the whole stay)...but for the purpose of my visit it was a good stay.
The resort was great! We got upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and newly updated. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The staff were also extremely friendly!
Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The bathroom in our current room is quite small, but it s fine for the beach. The views from the second floor are excellent. The food at the beach bars is amazing and there is often live music. The staff at the resort (save one frazzled woman at check in) has been nothing but EXCELLENT. We ve loved all the servers, bar tenders, shop keepers and more. Will definitely be back :)
Checked in at 12 30, it s now 5 40, check in is at 4 pm, front desk lady Beth very rude when I asked at 4 if my room was ready yet. I was told I d get a text when my room was ready & theres 26 people ahead of me! What am I paying over $200 for? $43 parking fee with no where to park plus resort fees, for what? So here my family sits in the car in the pouring rain for the last 5 hours & cant cancel this reservation because it was booked through Expedia- lesson learned!
Stayed for one night. The staff we interacted with were nice. We did see a lot of staff sitting and hanging out. The hotel has done some renovations recently. Whoever renovated didn t remove hardware before painting. This makes the hotel look much cheaper. We thought it was strange the room had a dehumidifier when we first checked in. We didn t spend much time in the room wanting to take in the ocean view. Unfortunately didn t notice the black specks on the walls until late at night when we turned in for bed. Anything metal in the room is rusting including the corners of the walls. I have allergy induced asthma to mold. I am just happy I remembered my inhaler. Also note the sign they have for cabanas says $40 yet they try to charge you $60.
Beachfront is amazing! Great restaurant is attached. Rum Runners bar is a cool little place to hang out with great sitting. The pools are wonderful! Our room OK. The rooms and furniture could use some remodeling. The beds are very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The sitting chairs need updating. Some of the older rooms have a very musty smell, and our floors were 'greasy.
Hotel is tired looking. My nephew said it looked like they started a renovation and just stopped midway! Bar staff very friendly, and food was very good. Day cleaning staff not so good, and claimed they couldn't speak English if you asked for help. A few days we came back to the room after 8pm and had no towels in the room. Front desk wait time was never less than 30 mins, at any time of day, consider getting more staff. The resort fee should cover an umbrella, not just the beds! Umbrellas cost $20, a real scam! Beach is great, but you can find that at any other resort along the strip! Overall this hotel is overpriced for what you get!
The good... The two bars on premise were great. Rum Runners was absolutely outstanding. The fire pit was beautiful. The bad... For the cost of the hotel, I would expect a higher quality. The rooms were subpar. Coffee pot did not work, TV did not work, shampoo/conditioner pumps did not work. As for the pools, we stayed four nights and were NEVER able to get a chair at the pool. Extremely over crowded with inadequate seating.
Room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, extra towels and blankets. Pool towels were empty by noon. The list goes on and on. Site we booked room from stated it was ocean view and they tried to blame the 3rd party site for the misleading information. We ended up with a partial ocean view and no balcony. Bar staff was very unfriendly, as well as hotel staff, they didn t care we had issues. For $295 a night you don t get what you pay for!
I felt the resort was very nice but the service was horrible. Called for towels and blankets and after 2 hours had to just go get them myself. TV's in the rooms didn't work. Plastic cups were all over the pool deck and bar area. Towel machine by the pool never had any towels in it. Cleaning ladies were rude. The location and beach are awesome, but I would never go back to this place.
We had a great time during our stay this December. The beach and the two pools are really nice. The service was great and the drinks provided by the 3 bars were pretty good. The rooms on the other hand, as every other reviewer said, were a let down. Everything in there from AC to furniture to plumbing was really old. They seem to have a humidity problem since as soon as you turn off the noisy dihumidifier for a couple of hours the humidity jumps to an uncomfortable 80%. I hope they are planning a renovation because this can easily by a 5 star.
Cute dive bar/restaurant. Very small. Went 3/7. Had good live band. Only had a burger. Asked for medium, came medium well. No sides included and only came with a packet of mayo. Draft beers were reasonably priced.
This is our go to in St Pete. Great rooms beds are super comfy, High end soaps and coffee in room. Great beach amenities and the bar back James is legit.
Room was nice, A/C worked amazing, beach and pool areas wonderful. We also enjoyed the restaurants, bars and happy hour. The only thing we had issues with was cleaning and trash. We understand with the pandemic it's alittle different but we called and even offered to sweep our own room but could never get a broom. Used the same towels for several days and couldn't get new ones brought up to the room. Had to grab towels from cleaning cart, same with new cups and coffee. Honesty though overall we really enjoyed our stay.
I love Sirata. Perfect family friendly hotel although my guilty pleasure is just going alone and relaxing on the beach since I used to live locally and now I only visit every so often. Sirata is definitely top of my list to stay at for the location, friendly service, clean rooms, affordable waterview rooms (first come first serve so get there to check in as early as possible) and great specials on room rates. I signed up for their emails and I make sure to keep my eye out all year so that I can always book when they run a great deal.
Let me tell you about my experience at Sirata Resort in June of 2020.
I personally felt there was a lacking of cleaning for Covid. I did not see much cleaning happening at all outside of the room none in high traffic areas. Let alone did not see clean vs dirty pens, elevator buttons/door handles etc
The elevator broken in our building was broken and we were on the top floor (6th). This was the largest building and only 1 elevator. I had a friend stay in January, stayed in same building and she said it was closed then too. Let alone another guest said they stayed in March and it was closed then too. They only have a handful of rolling carts. With how spread out the facility is, they should have them for every building I was literally walking building to building looking for them. There are NOT ice machines in every building. 2 out of the 3 ice machines were OUT. I wonder why! I ended up buying a bag of ice. When showering, the tub filled past my ankles upwards to my shins each and every time. Harry s food was awful. Not edible. It was a chicken salad not sure that you could screw that up but they did. The avocado was bad (black and SO soft with odd taste), the lettuce was brown and soaking wet and the chicken was microwaved and like rubber. The texture was not even normal. At Harry s the wood bench was so rotted they had it blocked off. No one could sit there and a guest mentioned it was like that the last time they were there for drinks a few months prior. The air filter, was beyond disgusting and needed to be changed. It was clogged up for sure. 3 calls to Harry s, 2 calls and 15 min wait at front desk to question inconsistency on web vs paper sheet they gave you at check in. The free breakfast they gave us, I would have asked for a refund. It took 40 minutes to get the food (pancakes, eggs over easy and toast). The pancakes were beyond dry it was like saw dust. They were supposed to be Choc Chip they just drizzled choc on top and through some chips on top. Gross. Never got my toast. Remote did not work as it was not programmed. Fan in room needed oil, it was so loud. The AC vent made the most annoying loud noice 24/7. I called ahead to see if any amenities were closed I got a response that everything was open. We arrived and 1 pool closed, 2nd pool over crowded not following ANY social distancing. The pool was closed our entire stay (which was also furthest away from our room). Checked in, got everything done but was waiting on room to be cleaned. I had to wait in line AGAIN which was out the door and longer than the first time just to get room key after you already checked in. Annoying! I was kicked out of sitting by an empty pool at 1010 just enjoying the quiet beach because it was after 10pm. I was told to go to my room. I received a text the day after check in around 3pm to see how things were going. I responded with some things I felt could be fixed to make the experience better. I never heard back. I did receive a text after check out seeing how my stay was. I responded with my original response and then some additional feedback. They apologized and said a manager would be reaching out to discuss my experience. I NEVER heard from anyone! Why check in with guest if you just DON T CARE about your customer s experience.
Overall not a good experience. Seems as though they need to keep up with the up keep of the facility better it is not acceptable for the cost. They also need to work on their customer service because there was NONE, let alone putting the guest experience first.
I attended a beach party at this resort. It was absolutely beautiful. The layout, the service...everything was great. We had so much fun. They had sufficient valet service (which was complimentary), plenty of servers for the tables. There we're several bars set up and plenty of places to sit, lounge, eat and a packed dance floor with the DJ. There were quiet areas along the beach as well. No matter where you were on the property, you felt comfortable. There were boardwalks along the pathways so you didn't have to struggle in the sand or get covered in it. The pool was clean although a bit over chlorinated. The courtyard at night was pretty. There was only one bench on which to sit. More places to sit in the courtyard might be nice. We enjoyed knowing that guests on the ground floor had their own private lanai with beach access and rooms on the tip floor had beautiful ocean views. We look forward to coming here later this simmer. We've decided that this is where we would like to spend my birthday!!
Beautiful location. Rooms old but well kept Staff not very friendly. Every day had to ask for towels and amenities. Hot tub had so much chlorine it burnt our eyes and skin.
Amazing service. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The live music and complementary sunset cocktails were terrific. I found this place last minute online. I wasn t so sure after reading some reviews. I am so glad I booked my stay here. I look forward to coming back!! Perfect vacation!
Room was clean and location decent. They didn't have an actual TV remote in the room just a remote for their box that gave cable and connected it to the TV and TV itself did not have buttons. This was frustrating because our family wanted to play our switch as a family when it rained. There was no wifi in the room, or at least one with any strong signal. Pull out couch did not have any sheets with it so you have to call down. Full sized fridge was a plus since it allowed us to store drinks and keep ice. Mirror lighting is fantastic but overall only aesthetics.
Exceptional customer service. There were two men working on Sunday morning, November 29th, 2020. One man's name was Michael and the other slipped past, but I forgot my AirPods but was unable to return to the hotel to get them. These two employees went above and beyond by going to the room and getting them for me and holding them at the front desk before room service cleaned the room. I appreciate it!
The check-in was a disaster. FYI There's $40 per day resort fee. Restaurants were overpriced. Nothing really for breakfast so far as i could tell. Check out was at 11am which was way too early. On a positive note, It was pet friendly.
Very nice and affordable beach resort with all the expected amenities. The beach is nicely kept and has never been overcrowded during our multiple stays. The pools and grounds were clean, safe, and welcoming. One bedroom, two bed suite with small kitchenette and sitting area was comfortable for a family of three.
I love this place. Come here all the time to relax and have some fun. Friendly, clean, and right on the beach. Two pools, hot tubs, tiki bars, restaurant, etc. Fantanstic
We celebrated my daughter s wedding on the Sirata beach early October and it was wonderful ! The weather was perfect, the venue, beautiful, and the food, delicious.
Thank you to Kelli Love and her staff for a perfect and memorable wedding!
experience wasn't bad. However, had to take the stairs 3 different times because the elevators were out of service. Rooms look their age. Price was fair, considering you are on the ocean.
Had a fun time mocking the fact that there's literally only 1 vending machine and it wouldn't work after night. Otherwise overall great place, We came just in time to see the birds nesting which I'm told is very rare, They ended up circling around our group for a couple minutes. Definitely an experience for sure.
If I could give this resort, should be called motel, a zero stars I would!!!! The nastiest hotel ever!! My room had a humidifier to control the humidity, idk why, but It didn t work. My sheets felt damp! So my husband goes to the humidifier to make sure it s working, water spills everywhere on the floor and his feet. I go to change rooms and the supervisor named Michael doesn t even apologize! He gives me a new room. I ask him if they checked the humidifier he told me I can check it! After telling me, I shouldn t have checked the first one (which there was no sign). If they do need to change, a house keeper will change it. Then he tells me housekeepers are not allowed in the room. My thing is this why does the building need a humidifier? Is there mold? The bathrooms are rusty and dirty! The only reason I didn t leave is because it s my mothers 50th birthday or else I would just go back home. I m so disappointed!! And honestly sad with the customer service. They treated me like a dog!
Booked on Groupon. Didn t really pay attention too much attention to what I had booked. Being Groupon( not my fav) I was not expecting the best. We were presently surprised. Long line for check in but went very fast. Staff in all areas were exceptional! Breakfest was great. Food at the bar was exceptional! Drinks were great and didn t break the back. $8 frozen drinks. Stay went out of there way to be extra nice and helpful. Someone even offered to take ours bag down the stairs for us! Our room was great!!! Roomy, clean and great location. I will def be returning with or without a Groupon. We got a couple extra free drink coupons. Free extra parking pass and a late check out ! Best hotel experience in my life time!
Customer service at the reception desk was horrible. Pool was over crowded with people who had no wristbands and obviously were not hotel guests. Room had a broken TV like someone had thrown something at the screen, so my 3 y/o and I were forced to pack up and switch rooms at 8pm. The stay here was so bad I feel obligated to write a review...
The hotel is just typical nothing special. The location Is wonderful. The rooms are very small for 4 people and the air conditioner doesn't put out alot of air. This said i didn't really go to stay in the room. The beach, pool and bar areas are very nice and relaxing. The drinks and staff at Rum Runners are ok and its pricey but your paying for the convenience of not leaving the pool. The bar by the larger pool has better drink selections but the pool was closed there 3 days of our trip. Most staff we encountered were nice. Housekeeping comes every 4th day. They did clean a bit but didn't change the sheets or the floor. I went and got sheets and changed them myself. You have to ask for extra towels daily. Overall I would probably stay again simply for location and convenience.
Had a great time at the Sirata. Only stayed one night for a quick local vacation with kids from out of town. Heather at Rum Runners was amazing and tolerant. LOL. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love that we could sit up under the covering of The outside dining area and still watch the beach during a rainstorm . This is another beautiful location on St Pete Beach.
The hotel staff quickly remedied an issue with our room by providing an upgrade. It was done with one phone call and with expediency. This is our fourth stay at the Sirata and we highly recommend it.
We stayed at Sirata Beach resort (room 2238) for a couple days, the staff were amazing helping accommodate us Sophia, Maureen, Ryana, and Erin all went beyond their norm to make our stay memorable. Our room had ocean view and was breath taking to say the least (I attached a couple photos) a million dollar view! The beach was few steps away where you can walk/jog miles each direction. They had several pools with bars and jacuzzi which we tried all and enjoyed. The Compass restaurant food was amazing. We also ate at a local restaurant (Boulevard on Gulf and Chill on Corey ave. both had amazing burgers!. Sirata is also close to CVS and 7 eleven which we walked a couple time to grab water etc. Definitely will come back!
