Overall, this place is ok. You can stay here and fell safe and comfortable.

Pros:
2 beach chairs provided
2 heated pools
Splash pad for kids
Sunsets
Happy hour every day

Cons:
Rooms need Major updating
Very few rooms with true balconies. Most are just a walk way to your room with chairs outside.
Even after requesting towels, wash rags, hand towels, they never showed up (multiple times)
Provide beach/pool towels but out regularly; slow to refill if ever
No option for umbrella rental on beach
No one answers if you call front desk, from inside or outside the resort
Every area is under staffed, if you need 4 bar tenders, they have 1 or 2. If you need 4 wait staff, they have one or two. Lost money as people were literally walking away from bar because couldn't get service
