Hotel is tired looking. My nephew said it looked like they started a renovation and just stopped midway!
Bar staff very friendly, and food was very good. Day cleaning staff not so good, and claimed they couldn't speak English if you asked for help. A few days we came back to the room after 8pm and had no towels in the room. Front desk wait time was never less than 30 mins, at any time of day, consider getting more staff. The resort fee should cover an umbrella, not just the beds! Umbrellas cost $20, a real scam!
Beach is great, but you can find that at any other resort along the strip!
Overall this hotel is overpriced for what you get!
