I think the Monaco Telecom, being a monopolist in Montecarlo of telephony service, TV and Internet could do so much more and be more aggressive as rates. Instead I know they find much more interesting offers in neighboring France or Italy.

We do not care about the beauty of the premises! The interesting is the service rendered.
Regarding the new box, it was an obstacle course full incompetence, apart from a convenience store came twice that deserves a bravo. This property does not even answer the recommended letters! On the other hand, some phone repair people are very friendly and competent (woman), while some other (man) wants to hear nothing of your problems, everything is your fault, your software etc ..., this which is absolutely not the case. They still took 15 days to realize that they did not perform an activation operation! The accounting consulted by tel. was very good. Rates are also high compared to neighboring countries.

Until now I was quite dissatisfied with the services provided by Monaco Telecom, but I was far from imagining as much incompetence and lack of professionalism. Friday in the middle of the afternoon no more internet and only the basic channels were accessible to me while I have an expert bouquet. I call technical service to let them know about the problem. A young woman puts me on hold for a good quarter of an hour to tell me that she was sorry (I've been using this phrase for more than 10 years every time I call) and that I could go the next day at the store and request a loan router. I go to the shop the next day and surprise "exceptional closure". I call back Monday at the end of the morning and after 50 minutes of communication (more waiting than communication) a very polite young man informs me that my line was terminated and no one could explain to me how it could have happened. produce !!! It is lamentable and inadmissible !!!! He still managed to reactivate my internet line via webmail and I thank him.
