I have no experience with their product or service, but they do experience the drivers' aggressive and arrogant driving style almost every day. If their product and service is also of that level then I can certainly not recommend this company.
One star is still too much for these scammers! Appointments are not fulfilled without a message, you have to call yourself and then hear lies ("address was wrong"). The delivery of a water is hell! I have to lie around calling and sending emails every time I don't want to be without water for a full month. Bad service! Now a customer of Sipwell for a month. First device stopped working after a week. After a week they deliver a new device, on site it appears that this device does not work either. For more than a year I have been using a replacement device instead of a beautiful Design Carbo device which was offered to me. Many months and promises later this is still not solved. Furthermore, total mismanagement where the head does not know what the tail is doing.
An example: a few weeks ago I was contacted by someone from SipWell about a planned visit for the delivery of water. Hereby I ordered 3 new 18.9L bottles. These were also delivered to us. I also mentioned that we still have the "temporary" replacement device. Due to the lack of an up-to-date stock list, an exchange request for the Carbo has already been scheduled. One day later one of their suppliers presented themselves. It was before the exchange for the original Design Carbo. So I was relieved that it was finally going to happen. But no, sir did not have a Carbo with him. He did, however, replace one bottle that had meanwhile also been emptied empty, without my having asked for it (I had already received 3 new bottles the day before). I was stunned that people still dared to charge a mileage charge for an exchange that did not take place (but they did supply an extra bottle that I did not request). It was also on the receipt that it concerned the Design Carbo exchange that Mr. was not with.

I wonder how such a firm can continue to exist in Belgium knowing which formalities you all have to comply with. Accounting is not right for a meter, but that is probably why the tax authorities do not check them either. It is too hopeless to understand.
