Poor service, unsolicited deliveries, empty goods ...

Poor service, unsolicited deliveries, empty goods are not settled correctly, or not at all. Meanwhile, a contract was canceled by registered mail almost a year ago. The contract was scheduled for January 2017, after the mandatory duration of 3 years. Termination was confirmed, but invoices kept coming and the money was taken from the account via direct debit. I have blocked this after which I receive not only invoices but also reminders in my bus ... both by mail and by phone I get the response: "we will pass it on ..." signing a contract and delivering cooler was less than half an hour regularly. Discontinuation is another pair of sleeves ... in short, unreliable company that only collects money ... 1 star is actually too much!
