For more than a year I have been using a replacement device instead of a beautiful Design Carbo device which was offered to me. Many months and promises later this is still not solved. Furthermore, total mismanagement where the head does not know what the tail is doing.

An example: a few weeks ago I was contacted by someone from SipWell about a planned visit for the delivery of water. Hereby I ordered 3 new 18.9L bottles. These were also delivered to us. I also mentioned that we still have the "temporary" replacement device. Due to the lack of an up-to-date stock list, an exchange request for the Carbo has already been scheduled. One day later one of their suppliers presented themselves. It was before the exchange for the original Design Carbo. So I was relieved that it was finally going to happen. But no, sir did not have a Carbo with him. He did, however, replace one bottle that had meanwhile also been emptied empty, without my having asked for it (I had already received 3 new bottles the day before). I was stunned that people still dared to charge a mileage charge for an exchange that did not take place (but they did supply an extra bottle that I did not request). It was also on the receipt that it concerned the Design Carbo exchange that Mr. was not with.

SipWell, you don't even earn 1 star!

Keep your customers on the line for more than a year? Do you really mean that now?
