We are clients by sippwell many years. the last year they service and "klantendienst" got horrible. We hear it from other clients also. We want to leave but they made a contract that we cannot leave... - our lawyer is busy to teach them a lesson...
A star is still too much for this company! Send invoices, tell lies and break promises: they can. Nothing else. Gang incompetents. Do not start with it unless you have a great need for endless whining and the loss of your guarantee at all times.

Sipwell is an impossible company to enter into a partnership. Deliveries go wrong and are exchanged without question of day. The appliance does not clean. Invoices are not correct. The water and the guarantees are far too expensive. But above all .... communicating with this company is a disaster. Sipwell satisfied. Nice water and our son serves himself every time he passes the device. As hoped, more water is drunk at home. They don't even deserve a star. We have been a new customer since the beginning of this year (2017). We have placed an order on May 5, but still no water (24 May)! We have contacted several times by mail, telephone, Facebook and either do not receive an answer, or we are promised each time that the next day will be delivered, which is not the case! We therefore do not want to cooperate with them at all!
After 2 weeks of waiting for our water, we still have not had a new delivery. By telephone, people come across as unprofessional and they promise to check and call back as soon as possible, but they do not. After a lot of messages via email or Facebook, it is constantly promised that the water will be delivered the next day, but 2 weeks later still nothing ...

Just do not start ......, send mail that there is a delivery but unfortunately that day no one shows up, then they just come another day when it suits them.
Today we just removed the bottles along the street without taking them away. We were at home but they just did not call. Now there are problems with payments every time they keep a different amount or nothing. On contract is every month delivery but now we suddenly stand at 3 monthly without knowing it. On the previous delivery note is next delivery 22/09 but they are today 02/08 I've done countless phones a lot of time screwed up but I just do NOT get it solved. But the reviews speak for themselves. A very tiring company. And then they always say oh very sorry or annoying but apparently no solution for anyone because the bad reviews continue to arrive.

This company is a total disgrace! Their general terms and conditions only benefit Sipwell and if they miss something they will make something fitting their needs up and present it as "the only truth". The "customer care" department should be called customer frustration department because one thing is for sure: they don't care about their customers one single bit. Appointments and agreements are broken without any reasons or message, double invoicing, double collections and when you complain you are being lied to. If they reply at all as they are currently refusing to even talk to our staff at all, seems we complained too much. And in the mean time invoicing and collections continue! Never experienced such a total lack of interest in the customer before. Customer care: stop pretending to care by asking people on here for their customer number, just solve the problems. You know who we are.
