I am very satisfied with your water.
I am a 130 cm "tall" woman!
So..not evident to drag water bottles from the supermarkets.
I also save on blue garbage bags, thanks to Sipwell.
In this way I would also like to thank Arno very much for always bringing those heavy bottles of 10 liters each to the first floor of my apartment for me. Thank you, Arno

A very unreliable company, the only thing they are very strong at is making invoices.
Furthermore, they always promise to correct the previous error, which they usually do with a new error.

One star is too much for this company.
First of all, when you order the water via the internet, the company QUICKLY withdraw money from your card before you get the water. And send the facture that you had got the water already. But you STILL WAIT the water. And you can wait long.
Second, i used to write/call to the service care many times to check the delivery day and time. Cause their planning team decide themself when and what time they want to deliver. And you should be at home 7 days whole week from morning till eve and guess what day they come.
Logistic of this company is weak, don't work well. Sipwell doesn't keep their promises! It seems like that the Sipwell's first goal is take money from the clients. And don't care about customers. I am very disappointed!

This company is a total disgrace! Their general terms and conditions only benefit Sipwell, The "customer care" department should be called customer frustration department because one thing is for sure: they don't care about their customers one single bit. Appointments and agreements are broken without any reasons or message, double invoicing, double collections and when you complain you are being lied to. People: stay away from these fraudsters

We are sorry that one star is required to post a review ...
For some time now, our Sipwell device is not a water source but a source of frustration. Just after installation, the device had to be replaced with a new one.
The seller promised that water deliveries could be arranged freely eg Wednesday afternoon, this turned out to be impossible afterwards. If they come by if you are not at home, a kilometer charge will still be charged.
Maintenance man is at the door without an appointment and does not supply water. Control buttons are released regularly but this is normal, we are even explained how to assemble it ourselves, if that is not a service!
Telephone staff is always friendly and will take care of everything, but nothing is further from the truth, in the end nothing happens.
They want to sell to private customers but their delivery service is not provided for this as they deliver between 08:00 and 15:00! If this fails, they have 3 fantastic alternatives:

- They just put the bottles on the sidewalk, carport, behind a tree ...
-> If the bottles disappear it is on your own responsibility ...
- They deliver to your neighbors.
-> Our neighbors are also working people ...
- They deliver at work
-> What about the selling point that you no longer have to drag heavy bottles ... What if you start working with a motorcycle?

contracts have been drawn up solely for the benefit of SipWell, a 3-year contract that you can cancel if you pay compensation for the remaining months ???? Are their terms and conditions normal? Is this possible just like that?
We are tired of paying this high monthly amount for something where the price is not proportional to the service but apparently cannot get away from it. Given the large number of negative reviews, I wonder if it would not be better to go to Test purchase together. Currently a week without water, the Sipwell pole currently serves as support for a purchased supermarket bottle.
People who want to sign a contract ... think before you start and read all the fine print!

Well worth zero stars. 7 years customer but after an adjustment in the 4th year it appeared that we again had to respect a cancellation of 3 years cancellation. Every month was paid for maintenance but was almost never carried out or you had to ask behind it. Finally you can cancel the contract and then you get a very expensive bill for putting the water cooler back into use, leaving almost nothing left of the guarantee. Very smart. We still have a credit with this company but we are still waiting for this refund after more than a month. Kudos to the employees who drive around with the water. They are all very friendly and obliging, but must of course also adhere to the rules of this rigid enterprise.

We have been waiting for the right device since January 10th. Already stayed at home 6x for incorrect deliveries, broken appliances, power cord not included, too many to mention.
But you do receive a neat invoice.
Today I returned home and no one was at the door despite the day before yesterday they were asked that someone would be home.
The device you want is not in stock, they promise a new device, nothing comes of it in the house.
This is just a fucking company with a gang of morons.
It is recommended to everyone never to do business with it. You make nice promises and they claim that all reviews are up to the customer. In the meantime I also know better.
There are a bunch of pathetic sad idlers there at Sip Well.

Follow-up: the right device was finally delivered on Wednesday 7/2. However, happiness is very short lived. After barely tapping 2 lukewarm bags of water (hot water according to specifications should be 92 degrees but does not even reach 30 degrees), the device gives nothing but ice cold water. A few hours later, the device even refuses all service. Cold water tap no longer works, effervescent no longer works.
Sip Well is contacted again by us and they promise a PRIORITY intervention.
A day later an entire 10 liter bottle empties under the appliance and the water penetrates into the laminate floor that was placed a few weeks ago.

However, the PRIORITY intervention appears to be scheduled only on Wednesday 14/02 (so today). Technician comes by and determines that the temperature of the device was set too low (internal in the device). That was the reason everything was frozen and an entire bus had been inexplicably drained on our floor. He has set the temperature differently, left with the message that we would also have normal hot water after fifteen minutes.
However, after more than half a day of waiting, the appliance still does not give 1 ml of warm water and the water that is drained from the hot water tap is just as cold as the water from the cold water tap.

I'm sick of this company. I'm fed up with it. On Friday, the entire file will go into the hands of my counsel if I do not now receive PRIORITY what I have already contractually agreed on with this drug firm on 5 December.

I have not thought about the sipwell for long. I was convinced quite quickly. The taste is tasty, the price corresponds to our previous water consumption. Only now I do not have to drag anymore. And we drink much easier and more water. My daughter also drinks more water because what is more fun than being able to take it yourself. The water is delivered at fixed times which is also easy. But if you need water faster than you can always do that. A very good service and an excellent product. Worth the effort!

We have had a sipwell at our home for a year and a half and we are very satisfied with it. My children used to drink less water, but since we have our sipwell, it is a real pleasure !! Nice and flat or sparkling water! We can always count on smooth delivery. And I am happy that I no longer have to drag bottles from the store myself .

Because we were tired of continually dragging bottles of water in the store, we switched to Sipwell. Delivery device went smoothly and a nice design.
We have a device that has both cold, sparkling and hot water. Everyone in our family wants something else so very useful. In the winter, very handy for hot water for our tea and solvent soups, you can choose between warm or extra hot water, ready for use. There is also a safety guard on the hot water so that the children do not come into contact with them accidentally. Our children also drink a lot more water, I put reusable cups in the cup holder. Because of this they come to take water themselves and their playmates already know it very well.
Water also tastes good.
With us Sipwell delivers water every 6 weeks so no more annoying clothes in the store. You do not have to be at home for this either. They send a text message in advance when they come, if you do not want to, you can let them know.
Having a Sipwell in the house is therefore a luxury.
