Normally I never respond online to companies but Sipwell really makes it crazy! Deliveries do not come or when it suits them, they do not come to an agreement without giving any reason, guarantees are not refunded and I can continue for a while. Those people from CustomerCare should see what that should exactly mean, what they do is NOT at all. They can not frustrate customers anymore. Or here hypocrisy asking for customer numbers and giving the appearance that they solve problems while they themselves are the problem. To tell lies and send and invoice bad invoices: CustomerCare according to Sipwell! All reviews here (except the 5 stars with texts that literally come from the Sipwell folder ...) give a very recognizable image. People are wise: do not start with it!
UPDATE what I said: here hypocrisy ask for customer numbers and then promise even priority while when you contact customercare you are treated like old garbage.
