Can you also give negative stars? Since 1 star is still too much ... We pay a monthly contribution to these scammers to perform 2 annual maintenance on our sipwel devices, however, we note that the maintenance is back from 2017 !!! So they are already 4 serviced behind.
If the device is broken, we always call and email for weeks before a technician arrives. Every time an appointment is made for the delivery of water and they do not meet this ... As a result we are always without water!
We were charged rent for a stacking rack (without contractual question), which was paid monthly ==> This rack has already been paid in rent at least 2 times (cost at purchase is only 70 euros), but we were never informed that we could even purchase! Keeping the rack is apparently not an option either !! Contract has been running since 2011, but apparently they haven't earned enough on us yet.

A GOLDEN TIP: don't be fooled by this organization! There are many others offering the same services but with MUCH BETTER SERVICE!
