Now a customer of Sipwell for a month. First device stopped working after a week. After a week they deliver a new device, on site it appears that this device does not work either. Another appointment for a new device. The day when they have to deliver the new device, they simply report that they no longer have any device in stock and that a new appointment has to be made.
The deposit was immediately paid when the contract was signed. Two weeks later, the same guarantee is released again. This was finally resolved after repeated calling.
