After more than 3 years I am forced to cancel our contract,
could no longer supply me for which I paid for months,
told lies many times, ...
(I had a device with hot and cold water and spray water on the pipe)
the technicians were skilled and friendly people.
Now that I have to get my guarantee back, I have a lot of explanation and blabla ... after more than 2 months and several phone calls I still wait ...
Now I have to send my account number again, after you have been a customer for more than 3 years ???
So for honesty and reliability I give a heavy INSUFFICIENT !!! (I have had several problems in the past and have had to be very patient! ... so this review was not made out of anger, but a sober look at our "relationship")
