I would give ZERO star if I could. OK product with horrible service. I finished my two years contract, just when I about to end the contract, wham bam! NO SIR, your contract has been AUTOMATICALLY extended for no one knows how many years, to end earlier I will have to pay a huge fine, that almost equals to total due amount of 2 years contract. So yeah, they don't want you to end contract in any case and just tries to keep ripping you off!!! When I tried to ask the reference of that automatic extension of contract, since I can't find it in the original contract, no reply anymore. I sent another email with questions in detailed and simple way, of the status of contract, after a few days reply came through: "in order to end the contract you will need to send the registered letter." .... Well thank you very much!!!

I'm talking to my legal consultant to see if this behavior does count as a business scam: you can't just extend the contract without any notice to customer or even, have any reference written on the original contract!!! And get this: even refuses to explain!!!

Only star would be for those delivery staff, they are all friendly and on time for delivery. I never had problem with them.
