We do not order water, but coffee for our Belmocca...

We do not order water, but coffee for our Belmocca. With every order we place we have to pay online immediately. Otherwise you cannot order of course. Months after delivery we receive a registered letter stating that our delivery is being blocked because there is an outstanding invoice !!? This has already happened '4' TIME !! you would think that there is an error in the system. What a stress you give us with such an unprofessional leadership in your company. And we can prove once again after 7 months that we have paid. By the way, I've already sent proof of this, called and it was fine. So now we receive another registered mail from the same order! This really makes me angry.
