Having bought 4 cars from STH, including Lincolns and Mazdas, I have always been appreciative of their quality and value for my dollar. Our recent visit to Mazda service was outstanding, yet again: We had a blower issue with our auto a/c in one of our Mazdas, and we had under 600 miles left before rolling 100K miles (and the extended coverage expiring). Wanting to leverage our warranty and the $100 deductible, we got it into the shop. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem as a relay (not even getting it into a bay), swapped it out, tested it, and ultimately charged us $12. That keeps us coming back...

Went to the service department after I made the hu...

Went to the service department after I made the huge mistake of draining my transmission fluid rather than my oil. I learned from calling them that it can only be refilled with a special machine. After getting a tow truck to drop it off at their service department, they were able to get to work on it immediately. Daniel and Alex both felt my pain of my bonehead screw up and let me know I was not the first person in history to make that mistake. They filled it up and topped off my oil as well(it was about a half at low). They cut me a huge break on the service and got a customer for life. I have no need to go anywhere else from now on! Thank you Daniel and Alex and the rest of the service team that got me back on the road in no time flat without a huge hit to my wallet!

My Taurus needed multi-function switches replaced. Sill-Terhar worked very hard to make the repairs and supplied me with a rental car. All repairs and the rental car provided under my Extended Service Plan that I purchased.

I am nor sure if this is the right place to make t...

I am nor sure if this is the right place to make this review, but here goes. Sean was the person that I was working with and I am pleased to report that he did a great job of assuring me that my air conditioning system was working per specifications and he even showed me a picture of a thermometer in the vent that showed that the air coming out of the vent was at 40 degrees.

This air conditioning system has been a major concern of my since I have owned the truck. Sean made me feel a lot better about it.

Great communication and ease of doing business. Steve Kirby was fantastic and had an entire team helping facilitate. Greg Johnson was my prime contact, Brent Hight helped with the on all service and technical aspects, and Russ Stradley was very thorough and offered great options from the financing side.

I had looked at almost 10 other dealerships and ended up purchasing my Volvo V60 CC from them because of their attentive service and willingness to work with me.

He did an excellent job in communicating the work that needed to be done and kept us up to date with the extensive repairs we needed. He also made sure we stayed within our budget. We cannot say enough good things about the service and attitudes of the people there.

We had the best car buying experience we've ever had with TJ Lovato. From the first conversation about needing a new vehicle to signing the paperwork, we were so happy with everything. He made sure we understood everything that was going on behind the scenes and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time which was an awesome feeling because every other car buying experience has been the complete opposite. I will recommend anyone and everyone wanting a new vehicle to go through TJ. We are so grateful for everything he did for us! My husband and I both agree, we will now be customers for life of his.

Every auto dealership should operate like Sill TerHar. Jeff Callies really knows the product and helped us find the right vehicle for us. We purchased a new Ford Escape and are extremely happy. I've purchased my last five vehicles from Sill TerHar and wouldn't go anywhere else. They always treat you fairly and take care of you after the purchase. They make purchasing a new vehicle very enjoyable...as it should be. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Updated: This review is for scheduled oil change appointment at Sill-TerHar Volvo. When I scheduled it online there was no information on how long it would take. I brought the car at 8:00 am and the girl told me it could take about 1.5 hours. She suggested I could go to Quick Lane and it might be faster. I decided to stick with the scheduled appointment. My car car was ready at 10:20 am and they also updated some software and washed the car. I have to say I am happy with the work and their professionalism. My only issue is the long wait. It would be helpful if people know it takes considerably longer than walk-in oil change places when they book the appointment.

I had a great experience purchasing my Bronco Sport. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable.
Everything is great except that the front interior dome light doesn't work.
Already going in to the shop. I was told that even with all of my extended warranties, I may have to pay to get the light working even though it did not work the day I drove the new car off the lot. Thanks!

Had a great experience here leasing a Jaguar. They were low key and patient with my extensive comparison shopping. Signing the lease and returning the car was ultra easy and they didn't pressure me to get something else right away. They really do act like they want a long term relationship which I'll be happy for when I'm ready for my next car.

Our family lives in Broomfield and we are repeat Customers of Sill-Terhar's. I'm providing my ratings based on our last purchase, a 2014 Ford Escape SE for our daughter. When my daughter was back from college we made a spur of the moment decision to call Jeff saying we were on our way to come see him! Jeff took my call but happened to be taking a rare day off. He stopped what we was doing, made a call, and called me back in 5 minutes. He told me Greg would have some vehicles ready to drive when we got there. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and our questions answered. The next morning we made our decision and worked with Jeff and Greg on pricing and came to a very fair number. The financing process was very straight forward. What I really appreciated was the way the guys at Sill-Terhar made sure to include my daughter in the process; taking their time to explain what was going on. The entire process took no more than a few hours. Jeff has followed up multiple time with my daughter since the purchase. We will be going back to Sill-Terhar for our next vehicle.

The Quick Lane staff were very friendly (I dealt with 2 different guys), but I am used to an even higher level of service from my previous Ford dealership, Jim Click, in Tucson, AZ. There the Quick Lane department is covered, it's larger with a more efficient check-in system (appointments allowed), there's a wonderful waiting room and you are assigned a service department advisor who becomes your personal point of contact for all things related to your vehicle. Another issue I had was that the first advisor called to inform me that I needed at least 1 new tire (3 new ones were advised) and when I told him I purchased a tire from a dealership one time previously but the cost was too high, he did not inform me that this dealership does a price match with any tire center in the area and will beat their price. I would have purchased at least 1 tire then and there, and would not now have to make another appointment to have the tire replaced. I only learned about the option when I picked up my vehicle at which time I dealt with a different service advisor, who told me of the program. This is my local dealership so I will probably use them again in the future. I hope there are plans to modernize. Again, I found the staff to be friendly & nice but because of their failure to give me all the information I needed and the substandard facility, I cannot give higher than a 4 star rating.

I think we may have bought the cheapest car on the lot but we were treated like we had bought one of the most expensive. Great staff and extra accommodation that wasn't necessary but appreciated. I've bought a lot of cars but haven't had this level of service often.

I had never been in a car accident before and I had no idea what to expect. I knew it would be frustrating and difficult to work with the other party's insurance company but I really had no idea how hard it would be! That's why it was such a relief, and such a gift really, to come to Sill-Terhar Motors for my Ford repairs. Everyone at the Collision Center was so lovely, so patient, and so considerate. They asked me about how I was doing, they walked me through the whole process in terms I could understand as a first timer and they were willing to work around my schedule in anyway they could. The staff was organized, well informed and kind, and the service was top notch. My car has never worked better! I'll be coming to Sill-Terhar for everything now, and I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a Ford Dealer or for repairs to stop looking and come here!

They do absolutely great work here! I had my truck...

They do absolutely great work here! I had my truck towed here because the battery had died and the engine had been going into limp mode. As soon as they received my truck, I got text updates from Sean. Throughout the whole process Sean made sure I was kept up to date. Not only did he diagnose and take care of the issues that caused me to bring my truck in, he also informed me of the safety recalls I had open and took care of those. Sean s elevated level of customer service made this a good experience and is the reason I will keep coming back

I've been using the Quick Lane for years, also had service work done too, with generally good experiences. But today a simple email exchange with the Service Dept has changed my perception. I have a window stuck down on my truck (so can't lock it). The soonest appt I can get is 4 weeks from now. I get how busy they are and replied not to schedule me and I'll make other arrangements. Their reply, "You're Welcome!".. In a customer service driven world it seems something like 'Sorry we can't accommodate you at this time' would have been smarter. It's a small thing, but irked me enough to write a review. Ironic part is I need to fix the window asap as I'm trading in the truck for a brand new one. Now I'll do that somewhere else.

I am blown away by the service I have received at Sill-Terhar. The employees truly do care about your experience, and I felt listened to. They kept in good touch, and texted me with updates every day. I didn't have to call for an update so my mind was put to ease knowing my car was in good hands. Martin was my service advisor and I've never experienced anyone who was as kind and honest as he was. Highly recommend working with him. THANK YOU Sill-Terhar for making my time with you great.

It s almost as if simple human decency can t be found at a service department. I was greeted with a this guy is backing up. The service person didn t ask me why I came in or what the condition of my vehicle was, nothing. Just expected that I wanted quick lane service. I hightailed it out of there. If you can t simply say Hello, I ll help you in a moment or what did you come in for today? you re pretty much a robot and your job will be replaced.

Update:
Instead of apologizing and inviting me back to make things right, I m attacked for simply not being said hi the way I wanted to. No, let me explain again. NO ONE said hello, no one greeted. The service guy didn t ask me A SINGLE question. Not one. He just cut me off several times by offering quick lane instead of trying to figure out what I actually wanted. This is AFTER I had parked and walked in. Is that more clear for you?

About STH Motors reviews:
After looking at a dozen 5 star and 1 star reviews, it seems STH loves when they get good reviews but when someone provides them feedback or is disappointed/dissatisfied, they simply apologize (didn t to me) and then go on defending themselves. When a customer provides feedback, you take it on and communicate down the chain. You don t try to discredit anyone who says something bad about you. They say the customer is always right... did y all not learn that?

The attentiveness and follow-through of the salesman, Spencer, was outstanding. There is a major problem with the 2018 Ford Expedition XLT low beam headlights. I cannot say enough positively about the service manager, Mitch Ross. He has, I'm certain with the backing of management, taken the problem as seriously as it should be and continues to be tremendously helpful in my effort to have Ford resolve the defective design.

This company did so much for me. I was able to trade in my old car for a great enough deal to buy a new truck. Every single person I was in contact with gave me such respect and helped me save at each step in purchasing a vehicle. Mark Auerbach was able to lead in me all the right directions while Chris Mcgee helped me close the deal through finance. I still go back to Sill-Terhar for my oil changes and any questions I have, the all recognize me and still keep in touch! It was a very memorable experience which you don't get very often from car companies!

I used Sill-Terhar for service on a new Ford vehicle. The service advisor kept my vehicle overnight, but managed to forget to address several issues that were reported. They promised to follow-up with me to schedule another appointment to address the issues they overlooked, but haven't contacted me again. The perfunctory and unsatisfactory service I received wasn't worth the time I had to spend dealing with various issues. I won't be returning to Sill-Terhar.

The employees are friendly, engaging and professional, they always take their time to explain any and all aspects of their service and have the vehicle completed in a timely manner. We both are pleased and thankful for Sil-Tehr and will shop there in the future.

Great place to buy a car. Highly recommend. However, I will NEVER use them for service again, they overcharge and you can pretty much find any other service for half of what they want. However, this is the best Ford dealership around to BUY or LEASE a car.

From my experience, they have some of the most professional and friendly staff to offer and would be more than willing to work with you no matter what. I have not purchased a vehicle here, this review only covers the service department. Don't take your vehicle here for service. They are short handed, cannot complete any work on an agreed upon date, and never answer their phones. Better to try another location for service work of any type.

I haven't bought a car in over 19 years, and did want to go through a painful process with dealerships and sales reps. My wife takes her car to Sill-Terhar for service, and the service there has always been exceptional When we finally decided to buy a new car, we both agreed that our first stop would be Sill-Terhar. We didn't need to visit another dealership. Working with Jeff Callies made the entire process easy and fun. We were given a great deal on a great car, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you are looking for a pain free car buying experience. I would recommend calling Jeff at Sill-Terhar. You won't regret it!!

Zane is an awesome service manager. All services completed before the desired time. Loaner car available, and my car was washed and vacuumed.
Best of all the cost was very reasonable for a luxury car.

I hope I don't have to to go back there ever again. I came for a simple pre-diagnosed repair. It took a week for them to get to my car. When I got it back I found that the requested repair was not done. Had to go there again, left the car there for another week. Unacceptable incompetence.

I went here for oil changes twice in the same week (two different Mazdas). The first time was a 5-star+ experience. Mitch was filling in for the regular Service advisor and did an incredible job. He was attentive to everyone at the counter and on the phone, he was moving as quickly as he could, and he did a great job explaining everything that was completed and would be needing attention soon. Mitch was very friendly and directed me to the waiting area for free coffee/soda/water.

My second visit was more of a 3 star experience. Mitch wasn't there this time, but I don't know who was because he didn't give his name. He seemed tired and acted like it was an inconvenience for him that I came in. He took my keys, reluctantly accepted my Maintenance Plan documentation, and told me it'd be an hour or so wait. After about an hour and a half he came back and did a reasonable job explaining what all was done. This was a pretty typical dealer service experience, but it was a letdown after Mitch's 5 star service.

Also, no complimentary car wash is a bit of a disappointment, especially since every other dealer i've gone to provides this.

Came in to buy a new Explorer after a terrible experience at O'Meara Ford. John Estrada was wonderful! He was happy to let us look at a few different Explorers until we found the one we liked. He walked us through the paperwork and numbers with ease and was truly upfront and honest about the entire process. We were comfortable and never felt like we were being haggled. The entire process was one of the best experiences I have had. Chris was great in finance! It was a no-pressure experience and transparency was evident. I recommend these guys - hands down best buying experience ever. THANK YOU JOHN AND CHRIS!!!

Hardly any waiting time, and the person that was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been buying cars from Sill-Terhar long before they are at their present residents. If you look back on the computer you will see that I have purchased many town cars, a Lincoln Navigator, a Jaguar VDP and a Ford 150 Lariat., among other cars and trucks for my sons. They are good people to work with. I also bought a Ford Taurus wagon in 1990.

Very disappointed in my experience with the servic...

Very disappointed in my experience with the service department so far. My 2012 Focus has a recall that required them to replace the TCM (Transmission Control Module). I had to wait 2 weeks to get in initially - it was supposed to be 10 days, but they cancelled my first appointment with less than 24 hours notice. When apologizing about the delay, their employee went on about how many cars they're seeing with this issue and how he didn't know why Ford put such a bad transmission in their cars. I think this is the 3rd recall related to this make/model's transmission in just 5 years. How is this not a lemon? This is my first and last Ford.

Finally got in yesterday and they replaced the TCM, only to have the same issues again just hours later! They expect me to wait another 2 weeks to get in, WON'T GUARANTEE THAT FORD WILL PAY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR RECALL, can't tell me how long it'll take to fix, AND EXPECT ME TO PAY $30/DAY FOR A RENTAL CAR FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG while they try to figure out Ford's mess.

I bought a 2016 Ford Focus from this dealership 3 years ago and have had nothing but positive interactions. I recently had a major transmission issue that took some trial and error to get fixed correctly and thankfully was covered by warranty. My service advisor Martin Richardson was spectacular in his communication of what was going on with the vehicle and updating me on the timeline of when the vehicle would be completed. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at this dealership.

Salesman Brian is 5 star but the service department is horrible !!! by far the worst I've ever been too. They always have excuses and when my wife tries to set an appointment she gets the run around and they talk down to her and make her feel foolish about her concerns. When I call they seem to have a completely different tone. I am done with Sill-Terhar Ford moving forward. Hope Brian goes to a better dealership

Got my car tires swapped to a summer set. A few minutes after I left their shop, the pressure alarm light went on in the dashboard. They forgot to inflate all 4 tires! They were all under 20 psi. Also, the two front valve caps are missing, which is nothing compared to the other mistake, but they definitely did a sloppy job. Unimpressed.

I brought my CX 9 in for a part replacement due to a recall. I had made the appointment in the beginning of July - when I arrived, they didn't have any record, but took my car anyways. When Geoff and Aaron realized they wouldn't be able to get the part in that day, they offered me a loaner car instead of having me return on another day.

Sill-Terhar Mazda has the best service and that is part of the reason I bought another Mazda!

We have had the pleasure of buying a number of vehicles from this Dealership through the years. We have always been treated fairly with decency and respect. Their service department has also been a good place for advice, maintenance service and repairs.

Our most recent purchase was a new 2017 Ford Explorer. At its modest trim level, the only complaints I might make are that the steering wheel controls for the radio, cruise control, etc. are much less intuitive that those we had on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and that the little EcoBoost engine is slightly small for a vehicle of this size and weight.

We only have one complaint against the Ford company itself and that is that we were falsely accused of ruining the rear window defroster ourselves. We are nearing the end of our car buying years since we are recently retired and have no reason to lie about anything since it is not in our characters. We did not have the vehicle long enough to have used the rear compartment for more than groceries up until the point we brought it in for what we thought was warranty work. My wife and I still feel insulted and somewhat less loyal to Ford products because of it.

Let's be clear that this is not the Dealership's fault, it is Ford's fault. We like Sill-Terhar Motors and will continue to shop there for more Ford products as the need arises.

We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Sill Tehar. Everyone is always professional and we really enjoy working with this team. Buying a vehicle is stressful. Ryland worked with my wife to make sure she was not just okay with her new car but really happy with it and the purchase. She loves the new car and is finding new surprise with all the bells and whistles still a week later.

Saw the team from Sill Tehar at the Broomfield Days parade. Their commitment to the community is another reason we like to purchase our vehicles from Sill Tehar.

I went in to look at the Jaguar F-Pace after speaking with Chanelle Rebiere over the phone. We asked her to prepare the paperwork in advance which she did not do and the entire process took over 5 hours to get a car leased. We were so tried at the end of it and gave in to extra costs that we didn't intend to pay simply because she kept us there for so long. On top of that my wife was pregnant and could barely stand it any longer.

Fast forward from March 2018 and we are now in November and we still have not received any information related to getting our plates. After several followups it seems like Steven Leonard the manager for Luxury cars and Russel Stradley the finance manager don't want to admit to any fault and of course are placing the blame on the DMV. Even though the DMV, says it is their fault.

In the end, you should expect that once the car is in your hands they pretty much wash their hands of anything to do with you.

Shame on you Steven Leonard, Russel Stradley, and Chanelle Rebiere. I would avoid working with these people at all costs and take your business to a dealership that actually cares about their customer.

I was having issues with my Ford Focus and took it to Groove in Centennial who were no help and quoted me a repair of $3100 for what should have been a warranty issue. I took it to Sill Terhar for another opinion who confirmed it was under warranty and fixed it for me for no cost. Nick was my point of contact throughout and was very good with keeping me in the loop on what was going on

Went here to buy a truck on there bankruptcy program. Spent two hours there waiting for a finance answer. This is on a Friday morning. I was told it would be a little while before they get an answer and would call me back when the answer came in. I never got a call from them and have not heard back since. No big deal for them, I went to L.H.Miller Nissan and was out the door with a 2016 Nissan Frontier in a little under 3 1/2 hours that was in my price range. If you don't have very good credit or cash I would not suggest Sill Ter Har dealership

The dealer walked out with a price list right off the bat to better guide us in our search - whereas other dealers won't even give you a number until you sit at their little inside table. He was honest from the start, and worked hard to find us a car. Within 2 days he called with a new trade-in that had come on the lot and he thought would be a good fit for us. It sure was, and we got an amazing price - at the very bottom end of blue book, without any hassle or stress. The dealership itself is amazing with immaculate bathrooms and interiors, coffee and soda in the waiting room, and a great playground for my boys while we waited and discussed! And the salesman Greg Johnson was amazing - he was calm and not pressuring, he was supportive. I really felt like he wanted to get us the best car for us - not just make a sale!

I just want to give a H U G E THANK YOU to the service manager Mitch, he completely turned my worries away! We really need more leaders like this, my car was being weird after a recall service and instead of turning my problems into someone elses' he took the time to make things right. I dont know what to say or how i can possibly thank him enough but holy cow, give this man a raise!! $$$

I would not recommend Sill-TerHar to anyone, ever....

I would not recommend Sill-TerHar to anyone, ever. I have never left a negative review for a company but felt I had to as this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I purchased a car from Sill-TerHar in early May. I went to register the car and get plates a few days before the sixty-day temp tags issued by the dealership were set to expire. I was informed by the DMV that they had not yet received the title paperwork from the dealership, so they issued new temp tags for an additional thirty days. Several days before these temp tags were due to expire I called the DMV to make sure they had received the title paperwork and was informed they had not. I spoke with a woman named Donna from Sill-TerHar who explained the paperwork was overnighted on 7/30 and therefore should be at the DMV in the next few days (why they were sent almost ninety days after I purchased the vehicle I m not sure). I went to the DMV for the second time on 8/5, and was told they still did not have the paperwork as it can take up to fourteen business days for that branch to receive the paperwork from the main office to which it was overnighted to. I was then told that they could not issue me a new set of temp tags as they had already done that once before, and would now need a letter from Sill-TerHar explaining why they failed to get the title paperwork to the DMV within ninety days of me purchasing the car. I called the dealership and was transferred to someone s voicemail. I left a message explaining the situation, how I had taken a morning off of work to go to the DMV for a second time and could not get plates or new temp tags. I never received a call back. I called the DMV a few days later to see if the paperwork had finally gotten to them and was informed that yes, they did receive it however it was rejected and sent back to the dealership as odometer and tax information were filled out incorrectly. I called Sill-TerHar again and was again sent to someone s voicemail. I left another message explaining the situation, also stating that I had never received a call back from my previous message. I stated I needed a call back as I need to know when the corrected paperwork will be sent back to the DMV or if it would be possible to come pick it up in person as I cannot continue to drive around this car with expired tags. I didn t receive a call back and the next day called the dealership again and requested to speak with a manager. I was transferred to a gentleman named Bobby, who was very kind and apologetic but unfortunately wasn t able to help as it wasn t his department. He told me he was going to transfer me to a Bryan Reese who would be able to help. I got Bryan s voicemail, and left yet another message explaining the entire situation. That was last Friday; it is now Wednesday night and I have not received a call back, from anyone. I am now left with calling the DMV on a daily basis to see if they have this paperwork (as of today they still do not) as no one from Sill-TerHar is able to return a phone call. I don t know if the title paperwork has been corrected and sent back to the DMV, and never received an explanation as to why it s taken so long in the first place. I have a car with tags that expired in July and a third trip to the DMV to look forward to. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

The mechanics in the Volvo shop are incompetent. I had my car in to diagnose why it wouldn't start and they said the fusible link on the positive terminal was blown. So they charged me for the positive battery cable assembly but they just spliced in the fusible link. Since they worked on the car it has been shutting off intermittently while driving. Leaving us stranded twice. I investigated and found what appears to be a bad splice on the positive terminal because when you touch the wire you can hear it crackle and sizzle and the power will cut out to the car. I took the car to Swedish Motors in Boulder afterward to figure out why it was quitting on us. They said that both the positive and negative cables have been spliced and that Volvo recommends against that. I am having Swedish Motors fix the problem correctly. Seems maybe the mechanics at Sill-Terhar are 1) too lazy to replace the entire cable assembly 2) too incompetent to know how to splice a battery cable properly 3) not knowledgeable on recommend repair practices 4) dishonest. Oh, I also had to explain to the service manager at Sill-TerHar how to crank the sunroof open manually because they claimed it was not possible. I wouldn't take my pinto there much less my lambo

Update: I have the faulty parts installed by the Sill-TerHar if you want to discuss.

Fantastic experience! Fantastic customer service! Bryan Reese was fantastic from start to finish! This was the smoothest and easiest experience I ve had buying a vehicle. This is definitely the place to shop! No hassle shopping!
