I went here for oil changes twice in the same week...

I went here for oil changes twice in the same week (two different Mazdas). The first time was a 5-star+ experience. Mitch was filling in for the regular Service advisor and did an incredible job. He was attentive to everyone at the counter and on the phone, he was moving as quickly as he could, and he did a great job explaining everything that was completed and would be needing attention soon. Mitch was very friendly and directed me to the waiting area for free coffee/soda/water.

My second visit was more of a 3 star experience. Mitch wasn't there this time, but I don't know who was because he didn't give his name. He seemed tired and acted like it was an inconvenience for him that I came in. He took my keys, reluctantly accepted my Maintenance Plan documentation, and told me it'd be an hour or so wait. After about an hour and a half he came back and did a reasonable job explaining what all was done. This was a pretty typical dealer service experience, but it was a letdown after Mitch's 5 star service.

Also, no complimentary car wash is a bit of a disappointment, especially since every other dealer i've gone to provides this.
