Came in to buy a new Explorer after a terrible experience at O'Meara Ford. John Estrada was wonderful! He was happy to let us look at a few different Explorers until we found the one we liked. He walked us through the paperwork and numbers with ease and was truly upfront and honest about the entire process. We were comfortable and never felt like we were being haggled. The entire process was one of the best experiences I have had. Chris was great in finance! It was a no-pressure experience and transparency was evident.
