I went to this dealership looking for someone knowledgeable about the Fusion Titanium Energi and was introduced to Mark Auerbach. I am a technical person and was impressed by Mark's depth of knowledge about all aspects of the vehicle right down to the new operating system used in the 2016's infotainment system.
Mark was very personable and easy to work with. I felt no high pressure from him and after a test drive and disucssion of finance options, I was ready to place an order.
This has been my best new car buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or this dealership.

All the people I encountered during the purchase were professional and courteous (especially Ryland, the sales person and Robert, the numbers guy). Not impressed. Stood in line for 30 minutes to be seen for service. Was told they were going too give me a ride home and never did. The waiting area is one of the worst and out dated I have ever seen and the coffee is horrible... going elsewhere from now on.

I want to say thank you so much to the service department for helping me and getting my car fixed. I went through lots of headaches with 2 other dealers, one of which caused the problem, and finally drove all the way to Sill-TerHar from Brighton because I was desperate and had worked with them in the past. Turned out to be a fairly minor problem and they got it fixed the same day. Now my car drives like a dream!!

They were also very nice and polite, and explained everything to me thoroughly throughout the whole process.

If you have a Ford that needs serviced, take it here. You won t regret it.

Worst experience of my life wasted 3 hours of my time was sent a pre-approved letter saying best financing and low payments well needless to say 8 o'clock came around and I was told my payments would be $550 a month for a $18,000 dollar vehicle simple math that's $39,600 that's a $21,600 difference lol what a joke and after I said that's not going to work well that's all I got from them so it was basically take that or we can't do anything more. PLEASE PEOPLE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

Excellent customer service from the guys in the special financing department. Bryan Reese, the financial manager, delivered on his promise and got me a great rate on a loan, totally blowing away what other dealerships offered me. Bryan was professional, listened to what my needs were and met them without any hassle or game play. I let him know I would be in on Monday morning and I was under a time constraint. He assured me that he would have several cars ready for me to look at as well as my financing secured. He did just that. When I arrived, the cars were ready and John Estrada and Nickolas Karichkowsky, the sales specialists, took me on some test drives. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new car. I have never had such a fast and easy car purchasing experience before, it was unbelievable. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely purchase cars there in the future.

I just recently purchased a second vehicle from TJ and have nothing bad to say about him. He makes the customer feel like a family member and doesn t push anything on you. Sil ter har and especially TJ are the only dealership and person I will deal with in the future and I would highly recommend him for any purchase. You will not be in better hands.

I really like my Lincoln 2013 MKZ. It is fun to drive, stylish, and has lots of power. The electronics are sophisticated and very much to my liking. The adaptive headlights are absolutely the coolest. The last Lincoln I owned was a Town Car Signature Series that I also enjoyed tremendously. And yes I have also owned more than one Ford.

I did not know the oil change on the car was covered by the service plan. I fully expected to pay whatever the cost would be for the scheduled 7500 mile oil change and filter. I have said specifically to the service department if something is not covered by warranty, I am happy to pay to properly maintain the MKZ. I owe what I owe.

Quick Service was very polite and got me in and out in timely manner. However, I did not need the suggested windshield wipers - the ones on the car are ~ 6 months old and working as expected.

In checking my records when I got home I found out I had just purchased an air filter at the last oil change and probably did not need the new one sold to me by the service staff.

The wheels were rotated and wear noted. Also covered by warranty and a wonderful surprise. However the service staff wanted to sell me new tires (the ones on the car have 7,000 miles on them and they are exact replacements for the Michelin's that came on the car when it was new). Rather than bringing to my attention that the four wheel drive alignment needed to be re-aligned, new tires were suggested. (Much less expense for me and less profitable than a new set of $1000.00 Michelin's for Sil-Terhar) The Quick Service staff said the warranty on the Lincoln MKZ is 3 YRS or 36,000 thousand miles. The warranty is 4 years or 50,000 miles. When I explained this to the Quick Lane service man, I was assured the error was mine. Perhaps the Quick Service guys need a review of specifics for Lincoln.

When I wanted to discuss the paint peeling off of the 18 inch aluminum wheels, the service staff said 'someone' had painted all of the wheels with aluminum colored paint and even though I characterized it as 'very bizarre' that anyone would do such a thing to a leased Lincoln, I was assured the wheels were not as originally furnished on the new Lincoln MKZ and the problem belonged to the second owner (me).

Yes the rear brakes were in need of replacement on the Lincoln MKZ at 40,000 miles. However, at this point in the discussion I was not interested in signing up for additional services.

Yes, I do actually like Sil-Terhar a lot and overall the attitude and the staff have been great. I don't think the service department can try any harder. When I first went there, all of the recall items on the car were quickly taken care of in a professional manner. I have been more than pleased with the service department. An item I fully expected to have to pay to have repaired was actually covered by warranty. I left that day a very happy man.

The devil is in the details. I have a scheduled appointment later this week to investigate the intermittent appearance of the engine icon on the dash. Hopefully the source of the problem will be identified and while there I hope to hear the warranty covers the broken power source / cigarette lighter in the center console up front, the non-latching power access door at the rear of the console that is accessed by back seat passengers, the undercarriage black cardboard shields that are loose and falling off are warranted, and that the paint on those aluminum wheels is also, maybe a Lincoln MKZ warranty item.

Perhaps I am better served by the service department than the Quick Service lane. The service department personnel have been great.

I really do not like writing reviews so pardon my rant. And I will let you know how the service department does later this week. Having the car washed each time I visit is a HUGE plus.

I sold the car to another dealer for $90,000 who then sold it at auction for $95,000. I will never do business with the dealership again.

Ford is aware of the catastrophic problem with their DPS6 transmission on 2011-2016 models (Vargas, et al. v. Ford Motor Company (Case No. CV12-08388 AB (FFMx)). Sill-Terhar & Longmont Ford passed the buck onto the consumer and claimed "they weren't Ford" (all the while profiting on selling these models). We left our Lemon of a Ford on their lot for 2 months and Sill-Terhar didn't even notice. Buyer beware, Ford lost a customer for life. Site won't allow me to give negative star review or zero stars which is way more appropriate. Never again Ford, shame on you.

Took my truck in for what I would call a rattle. Since it is under warranty they gave me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my vehicle. Turns out the rattle was due to mud flaps I had installed. They fixed the rattle and did it all with outstanding customer service. To top it of they did not charge me for fixing an issue I caused. Thank you!!

I had my 2008 SC Volvo serviced this week , new brake pads on rear wheels, flushed brake fluid, repaired my passenger side rear
view mirror & changed my oil & filter

I was given a new Volvo 60. SUV while my auto was being repaired(new policy) and was extremely impressed with the new features .
This new policy was excellent as my wife is in a nursing home & I needed an auto because I visit her every day. Thank you for this change and I will continue to have my auto serviced at Sill-Terhar motors as I have been a repeat customer for several years

Thare were a couple of little issues with the vehicle which they happily fixed for me and filled my tank both times I had to go back. I will definitely use this dealership again. I am a recently divorced woman and a car dealership is very intimidating alone. Had a Safety Recall work done this morning on a Ford and 'Nick' from the service was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The work was done very quickly, a shuttle was provided promptly (pick-up and drop-off - also enjoyed chatting with the shuttle driver during the rides) and a direct line of communication with Nick was available for update. Which you should know, I never had to use, because Nick kept me up-to-date on the progress pretty well. Flawless experience.

Obscenely overpriced (10k+) on a demo car they were trying to sell as new. Had scratches and a dent outside. Inside had dog hair and literal stains on the interior. Plus the rear hatch interior had gouges from carrying things in the back. Plus there was spilled coffee or soda in the cup holder.

I went to Sill-Terhar after I took my friend there to bu her car. They were so nice and non-sleazy I went back to get my car. They don't make any romises they can't keep and if you say there's a monthly payment maximum that you won't go above, they won't try to get you to make a bigger payment. Overall they were fantastic and I will recommend this place to everyone! If you can ask for Bill Lovato he helped my friend and I find the cars we wanted.

Very disappointed, took my Fusion in for AC service. Same problem popping up in Fusions everywhere. Turns out it is a $20 part that requires a ton of labor. Ford wanted twice what other service centers around wanted to charge for the work. Most service centers wanted around $600 to do the work, it requires removing the entire dashboard to replace the part sitting on top of the condenser that tells the unit what temp is coming out of the AC. Ford wanted $1125, just totally disappointing. I will be looking for somewhere else to take my out of warranty Ford for service.

Service department is HORRIBLE !!!! We bought out Escape from Brian he was great, but everything went down hill from there. We brought it in to have the glovebox repaired and they said it was as good as it could be, HMMM Omeara replaced it and it works and closes fine!? Then we called about the speakers and they tried to say they weren't covered under the warranty? Omeara fixed them under the warranty ?? Sure does seem like all they care about is selling a car then after that screw the customer. I think this will be my last ford

This was our first time ever having to buy a car from a dealership and it was so simple. I thought it was going to take days to get in a new car and it simply took hours. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I did not feel as if I was getting worked over by "sneaky car salesmen" they all wanted me in a car that day and only gave us options in our price range. We are going back when we need to trade out my husbands car for sure!

My wife an I have purchased 2 cars through Sill-Terhar Mazda and have had nothing but good luck with them. I also stay with them for all of our servicing. Their prices are fair (even when I forget my coupon) and they've never tried to press me into parts or service that I don't actually need. Although I'm looking at a different make for my next vehicle, that has no bearing on the quality of service that we received at Sill-Terhar and we recommend that anyone looking for a Mazda stop there first.

Edit: I have now purchased my 3rd car through Sill-Terhar. This is during the COVID pandemic and Sill-Terhar Ford took every precaution we could have hoped for. I filled out paperwork, had the car delivered and performed my trade in without leaving my home. This is much appreciated in this very stressful time.

I used to get my Explorer serviced at O Meara, but after two terrible experiences there, I decided it was time to try somewhere new, and I m SO glad I did! I will be a repeat customer!

A good friend bought her 2011 Mazda CX 9 new from Sill-TerHar, and has brought it exclusively to them for all scheduled maintenance. At 36K the original equipment tires wore out and Sill-TerHar sold her a set of 60K warrantied Yokohama tires. 23K miles later they are completely (and very evenly) worn out.

Last month, she scheduled a time to have them replaced and was told at that time they would be prorated under warranty. On the day she brought it in for the replacement, she was told that paperwork would need to be filled out, and the tires would have to be sent in to Yokohama (at her expense), and that likely they wouldn't be covered anyway because she didn't rotate them frequent enough.

Since I worked as a technician at an Acura and a Honda dealership, I offered she find a good local independent mechanic and move on. But, since she lives and works near by Sill-TerHar she thought she should give them an opportunity to step up and help and asked if I would call the service manager that afternoon.

After discovering that Stephan (the service manager) was unavailable, and does not have a voice mail box, I proceeded to call the general manager. The first number I found online was actually the previous manager and he recommended I leave a message with John Sill-TerHar (which I did), as well as the new general manager Chuck Hayes.

Several days later I received a call back from Mr Hayes. The conversation seemed positive in tone, though he seemed to believe that while they were happy to sell Yokohama tires to their customers, they didn't have the best luck with Yokohama standing behind the product (and felt that it "wasn't really their responsibility to get involved"). He did say he would talk to the Yokohama representative and be back in touch. I specifically asked if I needed to follow up and was assured that we would be contacted.

Two and a half weeks have passed so far and we have not heard back.

At this point, the tires are no longer safe in my opinion! With two young children my friend didn't feel safe waiting any longer and decided to go an independent tire shop today where she picked up a nice set of Toyo tires for significantly less than the installed price of Yokohamas quoted by Sill-TerHar Mazda.

A little over two years since I wrote this review and Sill-Terhar Motors wrote the following response (see below) today.....unapologetic, defensive, uninterested in a solution......As I stated previously, prior to the tire situation, she had ONLY brought her CX9 to them for service......so if the "tires weren't properly rotated" as they are now suggesting, than it was most likely not recommended by them....

I recently traded in 2 vehicles and purchased a new vehicle at Sill TerHar Motors. TJ was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process from start to finish. Once he learned what type of vehicle I needed, he found one in the inventory. Along with others on the team, Jeremy and Jeff, the whole process wrapped up within a few hours on a busy holiday weekend. TJ was right there available to assist me with each step and that made the process go more smoothly. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I appreciated that TJ listened to my concerns and addressed each one. A special thanks to Jeff who is an expert on vehicles and very willingly and patiently shares his knowledge with the customer.

I recently(3/20/2018) purchased my 4th car from Sill-Terhar Motors--The ONLY dealership I use and tell my friends and colleagues to do the same.
I have been a client for almost 20 years and have received superior service from every one of the staff members --from the highly trained technicians, customer service representatives to the most knowledgeable sales staff. I have experience with both the Jaguar and Volvo staff and have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy! I feel like they are trusted family members always ready to assist with any need I might have. I believe this is all due to the stellar leadership demonstrated by Jack Terhar!! I must mention a few members of the Sill-Terhar family: Molly, Tina, Brent,Lars, Tom, Zayne and my new favorite - Steve Theurer!! Bravo to the best family owned business in Colorado!!

Came in requesting they simply check my brakes as I'd been told the work I'd had done elsewhere would be incomplete due to my car being a hybrid. Indeed that was the case, and they made the necessary modifications quickly, efficiently, and with a great deal of courtesy. I've had similar experiences with this dealership every time I've used them, and would recommend them to others.

Today, Mitch the service Manager, Jason the service rep, and Cody, the tech, went above and beyond the call of duty. They actually took my truck down to a reputable off road shop, and showed them a mistake the shop had made with the installation of an after market light kit. This after much back and forth on why they weren't working correctly. Cody the tech was very professional, and patient while representing the dealership, and Ford. As I have said before, this is the reason I have purchased 4 vehicles from Sil Terhar, and continue to rely on them for service. Great job fellas!

We first worked with Chris on a Ford Focus ST. He made the purchase, easy, fun and no hassle. Sadly that vehicle was totaled so we returned with no trade, no money down, and no expectations after seeing how repeat customers were treated by other dealerships.

Chris is the reason I am starting to enjoy buying cars. We ended up in a Fiesta this time and love it every bit as much as the Focus. We received if possible a higher level of service this second time through and will not be buying a car from any other dealership again!

Work with Chris, avoid the run around of a traditional dealership, and know that you will get the BEST DEAL, on the BEST CAR, every SINGLE time!!

Ok so this was my first time buying/leasing a vehicle ever and the team at Stil-Tehar Motors was phanominal. Scott was the associate aiding me with my vehicle selection and he had no problem showing me plenty of models from the explorer plantnum to my fusion he let me decide on what was right didn't push me for one or the other and let me really get to experience the vehicle. I will definitely return because of the job he did. Once I decided on a vehicle to test drive which I test drove many different models that day he went to work getting me the best deal possible. I went in for a warrantee issue. I have a new 2018 ford SHO. The driver side passenger window did not seal properly and it produced a loud wind noise at over 60mph.... right in my ear! I have been living with that rushing air sound for 25K miles and was hoping the window would one day seal properly.
Nicholas at Sill te har was a nice enough service guy but I do not feel he went to bat for me with Ford. The noise was obvious but Ford said NO REPAIR.
I felt let down and cheated by FORD
I also think that Sill the har should have been more on my side than Fords. The air noise is totally obvious.

I bought a Ford, Focus, from Jeff Callies, this is the second car that i have from him, this sell was not easy i am a newly married, and it has not been easy to find a car for my wife, at first we tried to buy a used car that did not work out then Jeff suggested another route, that did not work either, then finally Jeff Figured that we could lease the focus. It was perfect, i can not say enough about that. then we worked with Russell in finance and he was awesome very down to earth and really a good guy. i would be happy to buy a car from them again, in fact this was car #11 that my family has purchased from Sill-Terhar. thank you and when the time comes again we will be back.

Recently bought my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium from here. It was a great customer buying experience, they truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I bought the car for a competitive price and the salesman was super helpful and wanted to help me the best he could. This is a great place to come and purchase your 1st, 2nd and 3rd vehicle from. The process of buying our used Traverse with sales...

The process of buying our used Traverse with salesperson, Mark Auerbach, was smooth, quick and uneventful. There was absolutely no drama, no heavy sales-pitch and no pressure put onto my husband and I. Mark was knowledgeable and expedited the process so that we could drive home in our new (used) vehicle that evening. We owe Mark and Finance rep, Russell, a special thanks for staying late for us. Our kids were not actually ready to leave the play area!!

Mark followed up with us after the sale to see if we were still happy with the car. Very few - if any - car salespeople pay any attention to you once the deal is done. Mark also stood by his word to mail us a few free oil-change certificates. I can honestly say that I did not expect those to show up in the mail! I will gladly return to the Sill Ter Har dealership and refer all my friends and family there as well. Thank you, Mark, for the exceptional service.

The service was great after I finally got an appoi...

The service was great after I finally got an appointment. Service manager Zane very helpful and kept me informed of when my car would be done. He also explained to me of the turn overs in employees making my making appointment so difficult. I tried the app on my phone, no luck, I tried the form on your website, no response, I called the number on the website to Brittney (or someone) and finally stopped in on my way by the old fashion way and set an appointment with Zane. Once again he was very helpful. The service was finished in the amount of time he quoted but the car wash seem to take sometime. It was my choice to stay and have is washed so that is on me. All in all I waited a little over 2 hours.

Wonderful customer service! I came to this dealers...

Wonderful customer service! I came to this dealership because I had been having issues with my previous one and these guys blew my husband and I away! We came in with a somewhat tricky situation but our salesman Steven Power took it all in stride and offered us great suggestions and we ended up leaving with a great deal. The finance and customer service teams spoke to us in terms we were able to understand and followed up with us to answer any questions or concerns we may have about our new Ford Escape. I highly recommend this dealership and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.
